尋日同老友兼舊同事出油麻地飲茶,去咗兩三間都執咗笠,見有間有開,於是抱著一試無妨的心態,大約12點左右上到去,午茶居然唔駛等位,入到去人唔算多(約1/3),職員都好積極,(A職員問飲咩茶去開茶,又有B職員又問飲咩茶),食完職員都好快收走碗碟唔好積晒啲碗碟喺枱上,服務態度雖好,但亦有一點 需要改善,就係點餐時點咗兩個「甜品」(薑汁糕及燉蛋)居然最快上,食完其他食物,到食甜品時啲甜品都凍晒,如果改善埋會更好。另外叉燒飽爆汁值得推介題外話用餐期間見到一個怪現象,一家三口兩個大人加一個小朋友居然要分兩枱,分枱的方法是兩張枱中間加一個透明易拉架!

We ordered the suckling pig and roast goose and crispy chicken, they were all cooked to perfection! The pig was nicely cut in immaculate square pieces, all skin and meat, no fatty bits at all. Delicious! The chicken skin was super crispy, like how do they even get it like that?! YUMMY! Every dish was amazing and the waitress we had was very attentive and always smiling and telling us to man man sik. You can tell she loved her job as she strategically placed each dish on the glass circular table and how she rearranged the plates when we finished eating so we can enjoy the food and grab it with ease.  Service really does make a difference! We all left with very happy bellies and will definitely be going back for more!

我一家三口今晚去新斗記吃晚飯,環境擠迫,人聲鼎沸,坐下來冷氣下的位,卻沒有點冷氣,叫部長,他說壞了,叫我找另外的桌子,隔離的兩座大聲喝酒,連大家坐旁邊的說話也聽不到。食物一般的水準,桶蠓梅的,蟹飯好多油,服務員沒有禮貌,怎能算是米之蓮食府?!

見到隔離枱點,又好想食蠔煲,有時會覺得隔離飯香啲,我覺得我個蠔煲比人細隻,但知道桶蠔都係pack好曬,要大細隻都未必控制到,成用左炸粉包圍住隻蠔先炸,炸粉吸收著很香嘅薑蔥味,辣辣地幾香口,這些餸嘅份量,兩口子食真係好夠,我咪7兩個都好滿足,捧腹而回家呢!希望老公喜歡我這安排啦!
