聽朋友推介呢間店好耐了,今次過來試下。見到好新奇嘅朱古力豆花就點咗一碗,仲點咗煎釀豆腐同埋一杯豆漿。先試咗煎釀豆腐,煎得好香口,釀豆腐裡面嘅肉好好食,豆腐又香滑,好食。豆漿豆味夠濃,甜度適中。最後食嘅喺我最期待嘅朱古力豆花,上面淋咗朱古力醬,意外d覺得好夾,食到碗底朱古力味更濃d,建議食之前可以稍微攪一下,咁樣朱古力味會更加融合,甜咗少少,不過都喺好食。

人和荳品廠成日都聽,今日我地行街行到好夜,過左正常食晚飯時間,大家又唔想食太多野,所以去咗呢間人和荳品廠食野。我地叫左一個滷水豆腐($16)、柴魚花生粥($20)、鼓油皇炒麵($16)、魚肉煎豆腐 ($16)同埋一個芝麻糊豆漿$12。所有野食都係清清地,冇話咩好令人讚歎嘅反應。個粥煲得好綿好滑,D魚肉煎豆腐一定要加辣醬食先正。整體都唔錯,清清地唔會好多人,又填飽到肚。環境方面,有D 逼,因為鋪頭有好多人,入左夜都仲係有好多人係度食野,有少少嘈,不過呢D 就係香港老字嘅餐廳嘅特色。有機會大家可以試試,雖然食物選擇唔多,但做精一樣就可以做得更加好,價錢唔貴,食物亦不錯。

魚肉煎豆腐見到滿滿油都黏住豆腐之上,可能為咗唔黐底。我印乾左好多次油先敢食,但食落去依然滿口都是油。不過豆腐都係滑,而且用筷子夾起來都不會爛。再配合佢哋嘅豆瓣醬簡直一流👍🏻

去到銅鑼灣行街諗住食個下午茶但係又唔算好肚餓見到人和豆品於是就入去試吓啦佢人氣一向都好高嘅。估唔到已經係下晝五點鐘,餐廳建議係充滿着人客而且人流係滔滔不絕侍應做到踢晒腳。我哋叫咗一碗豆腐花少甜同埋一個魚肉煎豆腐。豆腐花非常之香豆味而且入口即溶非常之滑溜希望食完皮膚都可以好似佢咁滑溜溜魚肉豆腐方面係啱啱新鮮煎起嘅所以非常之香口,我反而認為呢一個豆腐嘅豆味唔算太重但係配上魚肉同埋餐廳特製嘅醬汁食落去都不錯。最後臨走我哋仲買咗支無糖豆漿豆味非常非常非常之濃,飲落去係飲得出冇溝其他化學物質嘅值得一試。

去到銅鑼灣行街諗住食個下午茶但係又唔算好肚餓見到人和豆品於是就入去試吓啦佢人氣一向都好高嘅。

估唔到已經係下晝五點鐘,餐廳建議係充滿着人客而且人流係滔滔不絕侍應做到踢晒腳。

我哋叫咗一碗豆腐花少甜同埋一個魚肉煎豆腐。
豆腐花非常之香豆味而且入口即溶非常之滑溜希望食完皮膚都可以好似佢咁滑溜溜

魚肉豆腐方面係啱啱新鮮煎起嘅所以非常之香口,我反而認為呢一個豆腐嘅豆味唔算太重但係配上魚肉同埋餐廳特製嘅醬汁食落去都不錯。

最後臨走我哋仲買咗支無糖豆漿豆味非常非常非常之濃,飲落去係飲得出冇溝其他化學物質嘅值得一試。

同朋友傾開計,話今日去銅鑼灣想食清淡啲,跟住佢就介紹咗我呢一間粥品店。佢連個名都唔係記得好清楚,我只係憑佢一啲形容: 佢話店入面只有一款粥品,柴魚花生粥和要食煎釀豆腐,就摸到嚟。由我入去食嘢到我離開的時候,間店舖都係滿座。柴魚花生粥好足料,有啲魚乾、豬骨、花生、蠔豉, 粥都好綿。豉油王炒麵比較乾身,但係唔鯁頸。魚肉煎釀豆腐豆腐好滑,加啲甜醬辣醬同埋秘製豉油好惹味。豆漿, 豆漿我覺得比較甜,不過原來佢有一款無糖豆漿。
