朋友介紹去這新開的樓上居酒屋,說一定有驚喜,果然在永光中心一層一店的樓上食肆中,它屬於裝修較平實,但又不失型格風味,開放式廚房及一排列日本酒櫃,又設有一精緻VlP房,當然最重要的是食物質素,先來個時下的潮吃小食燒鱈魚片,香脆伴酒一流,另一醒胃小吃蕃茄,很特別口感,原來將茄蓉打成啫哩狀,為味蕾打開序幕,刺身秋刀魚,刀章一流,炸(唐揚)軟殼蝦,想不到可以如此好味,再來條燒池魚,只佰二元,抵食夾大條,要試它的串燒包括鹽烧牛舌、荔枝煙肉卷、雞翼、豚肉野菜卷,也只不過佰多元,超抵食好味,見隔離枱突然吞雲吐霧香氣撲鼻,原本是店內名物荔枝木燒芝士配海苔,當然一試,果然好正,仲未够喉,一客活赤貝寿司彈牙鮮味,另一主角松葉蟹肉伴拖羅蓉,簡直一絕,食到成枱餸,每人也不過四佰餘,真無介紹錯,已約定下次試其他菜色。

特上刺身盛(4點),一上菜已經覺得好靚,同埋刺身睇落都好厚切肥美新鮮🤩食落果然都唔差,每一舊都好鮮甜,食得出原本刺身既原始風味😋且口感柔軟食得出十分之新鮮,4種入面我就最鐘意生蝦🤣食落去質地鮮嫩又彈牙,每咬一口都有蝦既鮮味!好食😋

黎到居酒屋點可以唔叫串燒,我地就叫左5串,分別係手羽先、一口牛(7成熟)、冬菇、豚腩肉、白燒鰻魚,每一樣都燒得好出色都唔洗多講🤣特別想讚下一口牛同白燒鰻魚,一口牛食落去內裡超級嫩滑,唔會超難咬,燒得岩岩好👍🏻而且牛味都好濃郁,每一口都令人滿足😋而白燒鰻魚外皮微脆,內裡都係好鮮嫩,啖啖鰻魚既香味真係好出色!鰻魚控必食!

壓軸登場既係馬友一夜干,人生第一次食一夜干!聽講一夜干係可以保持魚類既油脂同鮮味😮即刻試下有咩分別先!馬友魚表皮鹹香焦脆,肉質嫩滑又鮮甜,口感細膩,果然係可以保持住魚既鮮味,令我地食極都停唔到口🤣!隨碟仲附上柚子酸汁,可按個人口味加上蘿蔔蓉,令馬友魚口味更上一層樓😋(不過本人鐘意原汁原味多啲🤣)

真係多謝朋友推介可以令我食到一間咁好食既餐廳,環境又舒適食物又高質,不過今次就冇叫到酒類飲,下次會想同朋友上黎飲住酒食住串燒傾下計放鬆下🤣

這座中心食肆林立,要搶佔一杯羹也绝不容易,居酒屋勝在食物多元化,今晚首次光顧約有一半座上客,也算热鬧,除餐牌指定食物外,也有厨師指定時令食材,先來一個開胃菜叫日出是冰鎮番茄,但茄肉造成啫喱狀,特色兼醒胃,正好預備食鮮味刺身秋刀魚,雖然薄身,但可看出厨師刀藝,接著最正的松葉蟹肉伴拖羅蓉,既鮮味突出外,捲上香脆紫菜,好正。重味的菜陸續上枱,蘋果木煙燻芝士伴海苔,香氣撲鼻,串燒Order 咗手羽、厚牛舌、荔枝煙肉卷、豚肉野菜卷,都很有水準,主菜是燒池魚很滿意,意猶未盡,再試了兩件活赤貝壽司,平均每人也不用500元有此水準,真心堅正。
