古今位於銅鑼灣軒,係一間充滿日式風情既居酒屋,提供各式美味料理,令人期待!今次我試咗幾款招牌菜式。首先係日式炸餃子,外皮金黃酥脆,內餡鮮美多汁,餃子充滿肉香,食到清甜蔬菜,層次豐富。接住試咗刺身赤羽太,魚肉鮮嫩,切工精緻,配上清新醬油,味道鮮甜。另外,網燒牛舌好出色!牛舌肉質厚實,燒得剛剛好,帶有淡淡炭火香味,咬落去一啲都唔油膩,令人回味無窮。而唐揚雞軟骨則係另一道令人驚喜既菜式,外層炸得酥脆,雞軟骨食落夠彈牙,口感獨特,好適合伴酒。最後,吉列炸蠔同網燒味醂魚乾都好唔錯~炸蠔外脆內滑,香氣十足!而味醂魚乾則帶有淡淡甜味,完美搭配酒精飲品!總結來講,古今不單止提供美味日式料理,環境亦相當舒適,非常適合朋友聚會或家庭聚餐。如果下次黎銅鑼灣,我都會再次到訪~古今地址: 銅鑼灣軒尼詩道525號澳門逸園中心21樓 continue reading

今次同朋友約食居酒屋,想試銅鑼灣呢間居酒屋好耐啦環境乾乾淨淨,普通居酒屋裝修啦,但係覺得枱同枱距離太近,逼左小小。食物呢度出名卷物,所以叫左2款卷物,味道不錯,可以一試。串燒水平麻麻,而且調味不夠,食落無咩味。生蠔有驚喜,非常大件,而且好鮮甜。可能呢度食刺身會比熟食出色。另外叫左個海鮮鍋,等左半個鐘有多先上,等極都唔滾,食物普通,下次唔會再叫啦。呢間居酒屋價錢不算便宜,食物質素中等,大讚生蠔,其他食物就不推薦啦~ continue reading

What we ordered:壽司薄餅(鰻魚)青龍卷網燒牛舌網燒味淋魚乾高體若日式麻醬豆腐沙律自家玉子燒明太子雞翼芝麻雞翼清酒煮蜆蒜香牛油栗米蒜香牛油燒帆立貝鹿兒島豚肉露筍The one that caught us by surprise was the sushi pizza. We thought it’s cold sushi on top of regular, room temperature sushi rice, but it turned out to be warm, with a hard base. The unagi was sweet and fatty. The surprised base of the pizza was done by pan-fried rice. The grilled ox tongue pieces had good texture. They were big and not that chewy. The 高體若 whole fish sashimi ($398) was fresh and sweet. It’s an off menu item and was recommended by the staff. A number of fish had been flown in from Japan the same day, with the 高體若 being one of them.
