尋日收工,去咗新記買外賣返屋企食,有招牌小食,生滾煲仔粥,粉麵,小菜,炒粉麵飯等。揀咗椒鹽豬扒跟白飯例湯,係霸王花豬骨湯,同埋帶子牛肉炒麵。椒鹽豬扒份量足,有好多塊,肉質鬆軟,一啲都唔韌,好入味,好惹味,送飯一流!霸王花豬骨湯亦足料好飲。帶子牛肉炒麵嘅味道就較為清淡,濃味多少少較好有芽菜做配菜,牛肉塊亦都較少。小菜嘅質素應該都ok,但炒麵類就有待改善。有機會嘅再試其他種類食物!

豉油王炒麵,一上到枱已經一浸酸餿味叫職員過嚟,佢話聞落有餿味,可能係洋蔥有酸味,我認為無論咩食材出現異味變壞都係餐廳責任! 仲叫我哋會唔會試吓先,當時即刻愕然,竟然一間食肆職員會咁樣回答客人,連基本道歉都冇,仲喺我哋成餐飯嘅過程中不斷單單打打服務態度奇差。過了一會兒,經理竟然叫廚房炒了一碟沒有洋蔥的豉油王炒麵出來,在我們面前吃,並在說:沒有洋蔥就沒有酸味!炒麵正常味道沒有其他怪味。經理行為十分奇怪,明明不是我們做錯,但是要我地感受到無形壓力,覺得不受尊重!

每次去元朗都想試呢間店嘅𨿸粥,但是一直未有機會食過。 咁啱喺佐敦見到有間分店, 終於可以一嘗這店嘅招牌貴妃雞粥。 叫了一碗貴妃雞粥, 另外一碟銀芽炒河粉。雞粥到來上枱果刻,有點愕然。跟單張上圖片差別很大,果然是圖片只供參考。 成碗雞粥大概有五,六件無乜肉嘅𨿸,雞件味道偏鹹,完全唔係我認知中嘅貴妃雞, 確實令我失望。 至於粥底有點稀,唔夠綿,但味道算是ok。另外碟銀芽炒河粉, 唔知道點解炒河粉會用幼身河粉來炒。炒出來河粉黐埋唔散,河粉唔滑,須然味道是可以,但鑊氣口感欠奉。

已經唔係第一次食,因為佢嘅雞粥真係用驚艷嚟形容。生滾貴妃雞粥 配 炸兩 配飲品 (下午茶價 $64)一上枱已經聞到雞香味,一食落去味道更濃,真係未食過其他地方可以做到咁。雞肉係嫰嘅,唔係麵粉雞亦唔鞋口。粥就做到綿綿口感。蠔仔肉碎粥 配 豉油王炒麵 配飲品(下午茶價 $64)正正常常嘅蠔仔粥味,勝在唔吝嗇材料,啖啖蠔仔,充滿蠔仔鮮味。炸兩熱辣辣出爐,算脆。豉油王炒麵唔太咸唔太油,配料算足。結論係, 用蔗渣價錢買到燒鵝嘅味道。
