舖頭細細大約十幾個座位, 平日lunch time都要等一輪先入到. 燒牛肩胛拉麵 $108黑蒜濃湯真係好濃. 牛肩胛燒過牛肉香味更出. 溏心蛋好夠入味, 半熟甜甜哋好食麵口感唔會太腍招牌三色沾麵 濃蝦湯 $148三色沾麵有齊炙燒豚肉、慢煮雞肉、慢煮A4 和牛, 岩哂選擇困難. 三款都好唔錯, 最欣賞灸燒豚肉, 厚切但唔會乾柴. 反而煮得腍身炙燒過好香, 比平時拉麵店薄身叉燒好食. 下次黎會直接選佢. 雞肉同A4和牛都唔錯蝦湯都幾濃稠, 沾麵係粗麵好掛湯阿波美雞皮餃子 $48以雞皮包肉餡, 如果皮再脆d 會更可口 continue reading

自從食開果間黑蒜沾麵結業,已經好少去搵沾麵食。呢間話有黑蒜沾麵,可以一試。裡裡外外都好傳統既日式拉麵店,完全令你感受到果種”氛圍”。拉麵款式也不少,最留意當然係沾麵。人氣慢煮安格斯牛小排沾麵安格斯牛小排雖然唔係大大片,但一碗有成十片,個量都算多。最關心既沾麵用石鍋上,喜出望外,因為好夠熱,直頭滾,加上石鍋,令沾麵湯唔會即刻凍晒,影響整個體驗。黑蒜味唔霸道,入口反而似黑椒味多,熱湯底下都幾好食。比晒咭片教你最佳享用三部曲,不過我淨係沾麵已經幾乎食晒啲湯。招牌三色拉麵(豚肉、雞肉及A4和牛)三色拉麵有齊豚肉、雞肉及A4和牛,加埋糖心蛋同紫菜,賣相唔錯。拉麵湯揀左雞白湯,清香唔鹹,個人認為比較適合拉麵。 continue reading
