晚上下着毛毛細雨,進到這西餐廳,在柔和的燈光下,播着一首又一首的情歌,十分有情調。餐牌上有我最喜愛的扒餐,牛扒一定是必選的,而什扒也非常吸引,很快便決定下單了。熱熔芝士紐西蘭牛柳配薯菜 ($206)這個五成熟的牛柳,肉質十分嫩滑,而且很香重牛肉味。再加上熱熔芝士,淋在香嫩的牛肉上,芝士與牛肉的香味互相融和,是很美好的配搭。吃扒什扒配薯菜 ($196)一個餐滿足我多個的「肉」望:魚柳、煎蛋,豬扒、牛扒、雞扒、煙肉、司華力腸。多款的肉扒肉質嫩滑,黑椒汁淋上鐵板時,散發陣陣的香氣。西班牙咖啡 跟餐+$17飲一啖杯中間的黑咖啡,再食一啖雪尼拿雪糕,口感順滑,咖啡味中有陣陣的雪尼拿的甜味中溢出,美味香口。以上的扒餐只需加$25,便有餐包、湯、飲品、甜品。非常豐富、滿足👍(需加一服務費) continue reading

晚上約左舊同學,就在舊校園對面的#吃扒開餐,進食時餐廳在播放緊我哋年代嘅歌,大家懷舊一番,共同回憶當年,真係咩情懷都番黎,認真係盞🙊。我地點左2個餐共同分享,再加$20配搭套餐- 有餐湯及飲品。餐湯要了羅宋湯,足料香濃飲落酸甜,我哋額外再滲了些胡椒粉更加正。羅勒香草忌廉海龍王意大利飯,有大虎蝦1隻,炸魚熟度剛好,炸得香脆可口,肉柔軟幼嫩,調味恰到好處,意大利飯用了蜆肉、墨魚仔同雜菌同煮,飯面鋪上很多蟹籽,入口層次感豐富,我哋都食得好開心😉。 熱溶芝士紐西蘭牛柳配薯菜,店員先會添加熱溶芝士,再倒進醬汁在熱辣辣的鐵板上,Wow☺️。雖然點了7成熟度,在鐵板上一陣都己全熟了,但牛柳還是很柔軟的,再點埋芝士跟醬汁,味道更加捧。餐茶叫了傳統的熱咖啡☕️跟熱檸檬茶。 continue reading

因為喺旺角有啲嘢做所以就諗住食埋嘢先返屋企因為想食扒 就喺OpenRice度search到呢一間嘢見到佢評價都唔錯喎,有咁多個like所以就決定試吓點知一點餐 就覺得有啲中伏啦佢signature 個熔岩芝士已經無貨之後點餐問你羅宋湯定係豬骨湯?好奇怪 點解唔係正常係白湯,會係中湯⋯點咗一西冷一肉眼兩塊都有筋 完全冇牛味 冇肉味嚟得呢啲地方都唔會有啲咩期望但冇諗過連少少牛味都冇 唔知自己食緊啲乜嘢 仲差過茶記幾十蚊叫塊扒檸茶同奶茶都超難飲 我飲咗一啖放棄咗埋單$400幾,成五舊水,我唔知自己食過啲乜嘢食完都唔飽 我真係唔明點解可以有咁多好評其實我個人覺得懷舊扒房,就應該去返啲懷舊餐廳不過朋友想食就試吓啦花園餐廳都冇咁差唉 貼錢買難受 continue reading
