今日同屋企人過嚟飲茶,呢間我係第一次嚟,見咁多人寫食評講到咁好就嚟試吓。點知開頭就俾職員話。話說我填完點心紙交俾職員,我見個職員睇都唔睇張點心紙,我就同個職員講我叫左四款點心、一款炒烏冬。跟住個職員同我講「唔使同我講咁多野」,我當堂呆左,究竟係咩態度?老實講,我呢個level 4已經好耐無同人寫食評,但你迫到我要特登寫食評,你呢位職員都算世一。其實去到呢個位,基本上我介紹啲食物都沒意思,因為心情一定唔多唔少都有影響。但我都要公平啲講,食物方面有一定質素,特別係個芝士蝦球烏冬,芝士味濃,蝦球肉質彈牙,夠滑。蝦餃、燒賣夠大粒、足料,味道唔錯嘅,再配埋枱上嘅XO醬,更加好味。其他食物都不過不失,整體食物質素都係唔錯嘅。但想問大家究竟一個職員態度惡劣會唔會影響到你對呢間酒樓嘅觀感?你問我嘅話,我就話一定會,就算食物質素唔錯,但我要受職員氣,點都有影響,好難有下次。 continue reading

午餐同屋企人嚟食中菜,已經回訪呢間中菜館好多次啦,佢哋嘅餐牌有好多種菜式,非常豐富🥰 每一次嚟都必點以下幾道菜~▫️香煎蘿蔔糕由細食到大嘅一道傳統小食~ 蘿蔔糕每一塊都好大,外皮煎得好香脆,食落去內餡好軟糯,而且調味啱啱好😋 蘿蔔糕嘅清香,再點少少辣椒醬一齊食味道更加豐富👍🏼▫️豉汁蒸鳳爪呢個真係每次嚟都點,鳳爪蒸得好軟好爛,入口一吸就脫骨!獨特嘅醬汁令鳳爪充滿咗鹹香味,仲有少少微辣嘅口感,非常入味好食🤤▫️椒鹽鮮魷鬚呢道菜要趁熱食!外衣已經炸得好金黃酥脆,魷魚鬚新鮮彈牙🤩 椒鹽嘅香味非常濃郁,一上菜冇幾耐我哋已經食晒😂▫️蠔油芥蘭最鍾意呢度嘅蠔油芥蘭,一點菜苦味都冇,反而帶住一股新鮮嘅清香味🤤 芥蘭口感爽脆,配搭簡單嘅調味料已經鹹香味十足~ 簡直就係米飯殺手!🙌 continue reading

嗰日我阿媽嘅遠嫁表姐返咗嚟香港,我媽就book咗呢度同佢一齊食晚餐。自從我開咗工,我好耐冇同阿媽一齊嚟新竹園軒食嘢啦,所以嗰晚就湊熱鬧一齊食。我哋點咗佢哋幾道招牌菜,特別係紅燒乳鴿皇同埋招牌小炒皇。 佢哋燒嘅乳鴿皇可以話係我食過最好食嘅, 外皮脆脆,但係肉質好juicy,而且仲食到肉原本嘅味道。佢哋嘅招牌小皇炒睇落去就好吸引我,裡邊有蝦,有江魚仔,肉絲等等,所以顏色非常鮮豔。裡邊嘅料全部搭配到超好食,超送飯。接落嚟就係我從以前到依家都鍾意食嘅蜜椒雞翼同埋黑椒脆薯牛柳粒,味道冇變過。蜜椒雞翼嘅味道仲係一樣甜甜嘅,最鍾意佢哋炸到雞翼外脆內嫩,好食😋 黑椒脆薯牛柳份量十足,黑椒嘅味道好香,而且牛肉柳的口感唔會好難咬,唔會驚老人家食唔到。仲有我特別記得佢哋嘅秘製欖角骨嘅味道,無知如何形容,但係係好食嘅。食入口嘅口感唔錯,肉搭配豆豉同芝麻味好香,好入味。椒鹽鮮魷鬚就一定唔使講,酥酥脆脆,椒鹽調味都啱啱好,佢哋知我鍾意食就卑晒我食😆 做細嗰個真係好,哈哈哈! continue reading

一家人去尖沙咀飲茶,發現咗一間性價比超高嘅餐廳。餐廳裝修唔單止優雅,環境舒適,食物價錢公道,仲好美味。首先食咗蟹籽燒賣皇,口感好鮮美,外皮柔韌而有咬口,入面嘅肉鮮嫩多汁,加上蟹籽嘅點綴,食落去令人覺得脆脆地,非常爽口。之後仲有蜜汁叉燒腸粉,食一啖首先感受到蜜汁嘅微甜,咀嚼後口感肉質軟嫩,香味四溢,而腸粉皮滑溜嘅口感一下就滑入喉嚨度。再嚟就係豉汁蒸排骨,排骨蒸得又嫩又滑,仲帶住豉汁同骨頭嘅香味,豉汁味道鮮美濃郁,鹹香回甘,屋企人好鐘意。之後食咗蜜椒雞翼,甜甜地嘅雞翼,帶有一絲絲嘅椒辣味,雞翼咬落去好有彈性,咬口十足,充滿肉香嘅滋味,好食。我哋仲食咗山竹牛肉球,牛肉球口感滑嫩,充滿咗牛肉嘅香味,咀嚼之間仲有清甜嘅味道,真係一流。最後叫咗蛋撻仔嚟食,蛋撻酥脆可口,鮮甜好食,食落去成口都係蛋香味,完美咁結束我哋嘅午餐。 continue reading
