最近終於有機會去試下米芝蓮一星拉麵店,試咗招牌貝汁鹽味拉麵,真係冇令我失望。首先,湯底係拉麵嘅靈魂,貝汁嘅鮮味同鹽味完美結合,濃郁之中帶住清爽感。每一啖都可以感受到貝類嘅自然甜味,又唔會覺得油膩。而且湯上面加上白松露醬,湯底再加多左層次。拉麵彈牙有咬口,能夠吸附住啲湯汁,每一啖都充滿層次。配料方面,叉燒肉質嫩滑,入口即化,同湯底嘅鹹香好夾。半熟蛋嘅蛋黃係流心狀,濃郁但唔膩。總括嚟講,金色不如歸嘅貝汁鹽味拉麵唔單止係味覺享受,仲係一場視覺同嗅覺嘅饗宴。每一個細節都經過精心設計,令人回味無窮。呢次嘅用餐經驗令我深刻體會到,拉麵唔只係簡單嘅麵食,而係一種藝術。期待下次再嚟試埋佢其他味道。 continue reading

禮拜五晚6:30 只坐了10個客人左右,等埋朋友點左2個麵,一杯飲品,幫手take order 個位男待應問多句係咪可以選擇麵嘅軟硬度都唔太耐煩,等左大概10分鐘,黎左第一碗,待應小姐一擺低講左句我地聽唔清嘅野就走左、 我地又要再叫返佢返黎問清楚碗麵係咩黎貝汁醬油拉麵 黑松露味道好出, 一片低溫叉燒,一片三層肉,2樣都偏肥,湯底偏重蜆湯,麵嘅味道係仲食到少少生麵味,最後賣單,杯野飲漏左, 禁少客人服務味道都禁,真係好難同米芝蓮一星餐廳掛鉤 continue reading

昨天經過H zentrr,心想時間不早,不如早點吃晚餐再返家。見到這間拉麵店,再看一下食評,好壞參半,但有的寫是米芝蓮一星,就進去試試。本來侍應只安排細檯,但全餐廳只有2位顧客,所以我詢問可否轉另一張檯。侍應亦答應。其實直至用餐完結,亦再沒有客人入內。拉麵只有4款,但其實只是湯底的分別。鹽、醬油、豬骨和辛味。我們選了鹽和醬油。食物很快被端上桌,但拉麵和湯底的味道不似預期,我最終只吃了半碗。我去過沙田新城市廣場某間不同品牌,但也是米芝蓮拉麵店,雖然價錢相若,但味道好很多。所以是次有點失望。但最難以置信的是炸物很難吃。炸雞和雞皮墨魚滑賣相很好,但味道很糟,吃了一塊已不想再吃。餃子的肉亦有騷味。吃剩了的炸物和餃子帶回去,供家人試吃,他一吃,便把雞肉吐出來,證明味道真的難以下嚥。究竟是食材不新鮮,還是調味的問題呢?啤酒的味道亦不新鮮,好像存放很久了,沒有一般生啤的新鮮清爽。整頓飯,最好吃的是隨生啤附贈的兩個小吃,是全晚亮點。整頓飯花了700多元,但我只感到2個小吃是美味......不肯定是師傅失手?是食材不新鮮?還是其他原因?但我相信應不會再到這拉麵店或其他同名分店用餐了...... continue reading

今日下午係尖沙咀睇完戲想食拉麵,就打算試下米芝連既金色不如歸。大概5:30pm黎到,無乜人,現場環境都比較暗,職員服務態度良好。我地叫左最出名既貝汁醬油拉麵,等左大概5-10分鐘就有得食!唔錯,湯底食到蜆味,幾特別,有2片豚肉,一肥一瘦,麵就個人中意食淋身啲,呢度就稍為硬左少少🤏整體感覺唔差的,不過價錢略貴。 continue reading
