不停聽身邊嘅朋友話過到灣仔一定要試呢間嘅燒春雞,奈何對一個九龍人嚟講特登去食真係有啲遠,適逢有日去開灣仔嗰邊有嘢做就一於試一試佢Lunch hour 1點幾去到都要等一陣先有位,餐廳裏面好大,係典型香港茶餐廳格局。坐低即刻叫咗燒春雞同一個常餐。員工好貼心叫燒雞嘅會俾埋手套你可以就咁撕嚟食。等咗一陣隻雞就送到你檯面,熱辣辣咁睇得出啱啱炸起。如果用手撕嘅真係要攤一攤,廢事辣親手。每份雞都會配埋泰式辣醬同椒鹽,但係我覺得隻雞本身已經夠味,再點椒鹽會太鹹。一撕開隻雞,裏面啲肉好滑,睇相都可以見到啲肉汁,真係好好食啊!至於個常餐真係麻麻地,大家去到可以主攻燒雞總括嚟講,個雞同我想像中一樣咁好食,下次去開灣仔都會再食。 continue reading

早幾日老婆介紹灣仔有間港式茶餐廳叫薔紅,有好美味嘅燒春雞食,於是就同老婆和女兒去品嚐一下。餐廳位於灣仔軒尼詩官立小學對面,都非常易搵,去到餐廳嘅時候,見到餐廳貼晒紅色及有花圖案既牆紙,一望就知唔會搵錯餐廳。餐廳大部份員工都係上咗年紀,證明餐廳都好有歷史,老闆都好有感情。我哋一坐低已經諗好要食啲咩,所以好快就可以order,而上菜嘅速度都非常之快,所以我哋用餐時間只係半個鐘就已經食完我哋嘅午餐,問個女鍾唔鍾意食下次再唔再嚟幫襯,佢諗都唔使諗就答‘Yes’,仲諗定下次食乾炒牛河。脆皮燒春雞餐廳必食推介,唔好以為上菜好快,但燒雞出到嚟係熱呼呼,雞皮亦有脆卜卜嘅效果豬扒包配肉醬意粉性價比非常之高,豬扒包入邊有蕃茄蔬菜酸青瓜,令到個包唔會覺得好油膩,食落口都幾新鮮。而肉醬意粉份量非常之多,簡直係物超所值 continue reading
