每月一餐,節日食豪點,友人喜歡Camping,揀了以露營為主題的日式燒肉,Thanks友人book定位,20:30。適逢佳節門面設有聖誕佈置,唔少人打卡。餐廳面積頗大,設有室內及戶外,室內燒肉,戶外酒吧。以露營為主題的餐廳,裝潢設計甚有露營風格,灰色石地、水泥牆身及植物的佈置,營造自然之風,天花板上的露營天幕、撐起的帳篷、露營燈、營具的餐桌椅及餐具等的設置,仿如置身郊外露營。戶外酒吧(19:00-02:00),設有聖誕佈置,閃爍的聖誕樹及雪地,飄雪的效果,住節及Sat更有Live Music,充滿歡樂氣氛,節日期間最低消費每位$150。我地5人,坐的是露營椅,都幾矮,但坐坐下就慣左(我腳短🙈),友人比較高坐得唔太舒服,都係一個體驗🤣。餐牌,揀左陣都係要Set,四人精選套餐,每位$438,用餐時間100分鐘。海鹽菠蘿梳打,杯邊有海鹽,菠蘿梳打正常。伊比利亞豬肋條,正常水準。雞爽肉,正常味道。本身係濟州三花卷豚爽肉,但當日售罄,變左雞爽肉,個職員又唔講,之後睇單先知。月見醬燒飯團,外層焦香脆口,內裡軟綿,配上蛋汁更美味。A5宮崎牛肉三角腹肉,油脂豐厚,肉質軟嫩入口即化,十分香口美味!燒肉拼盤,有齊豬牛雞,有香蔥蒜末牛舌、牛肋肉、牛胸腹、伊比利亞豬肋條、豚五花及雞腿肉,香蔥蒜末牛舌,薄切牛舌口感有嚼勁,配合大量蒜末好惹味,牛胸腹軟滑又香口。花切長牛舌,大家都好期待呢厚切牛舌,口感有點韌,味道唔算好濃郁。A5宮崎和牛幻切沙巴當,由店員代勞燒(都啱,靚野燒禍左就🙈),燒得幾好,口感軟嫩,油香豐富牛肉味濃,好味!香蔥吞拿魚蓉蛋飯,吞拿魚蓉份量適中,香口美味。熱帶風情海鮮雞尾酒杯,初步相信頭盤來,但食到中途先上似乎係漏單,雞尾酒杯以食用花作點綴賣相精緻,內有吞拿魚、北寄貝及帶子配上粒粒水果,青提醋啫喱味道酸酸甜甜,清新醒胃。味噌蟹肉甲羅燒,味道鹹鮮,但差唔多最後先上冇飯及其他伴食,有點膩。荔枝雪山冰,有荔枝味,個人覺得偏甜。食物味道都幾好,價格偏貴,服務態度上有禮貌,但上菜有漏單同疑似上菜次序錯左,有特色的餐廳,喜歡Camping可一試。 continue reading
