食完澳門 君悅mezza9返來點都想寫返個食評,並非想幫它做廣告,只係希望更多人認識呢間物超所值嘅餐廳,不枉費朋友預定了半年時間及施展十八般武藝遊說我,令我都想介紹返呢間餐廳比所有人認識,我相信只要去食過一次,必定會encore嘅一間餐廳。價位700蚊/位,但野食質素真係冇得輸。龍蝦,蟹,鮑魚任選任食。單龍蝦已有多種煮法任由搭配,淨龍蝦已可回本價了。開放式廚房 完全無需擔心龍蝦新鮮問題,因你可即時見到一隻生猛龍蝦變成你盤中佳餚,橙汁也是新鮮即榨,完全沒有滲水成分,相比其他buffet,誠意100分!甜品方面也十分優秀!梳乎里必食,即做即焗,仲有姜味 !木糠布甸也是必食!香味甜味恰到好處,香久而不甜膩!唯一食兩杯嘅甜品!並非其他差!只因真係胃不夠大😂 服務員質素更無需多講!10分滿分!相信此店唯一缺點就係訂位時間太長,今日1月訂已經最快要5月才有位了!但這也證明絕對值得一去!!偶爾豪一餐,當犒勞自己吧!

主打海鮮:對於鍾意食中式海鮮既我來說,呢間的確係近年自助餐界入面最正既一間,沒有之一。原因係佢有不同食材,不同中式煮法去烹調海鮮。主要海鮮食材有魚、鮑魚仔、龍蝦、蜆、蝦、蟹、魷魚;烹煮方法就有避風塘、薑蔥、上湯、豉椒等等 (詳情睇相啦,仲有其他10種方法)。咁你可以試一D之前有諗過,但唔捨得試既做法。例如我自己就試左避風塘炒龍蝦、豉椒炒龍蝦同埋薑蔥炒龍蝦….平時食龍蝦唔係芝士就上湯,我真係未聽過有人會叫「豉椒炒龍蝦」,詭異程度同「豉汁蒜橙」其實差唔多,但原來食落都好好味。所以晌呢度你可以發揮晒你自己既想像力去配搭點樣煮海鮮喇~! 呢一Part除左食物質素之外,因為佢既創意我覺得真係要俾滿分Mezza 9~!

甜品:試左某幾款,食落都OK。女士們如果鍾意食甜頭的話,可以預留少少空位,食埋個甜品先叫完美呀。

服務:個個員工都係微笑住咁serve你,其實點先搵到呢D員工或者點樣先訓練到呢D人出黎….? 頂級呀!

總結:呢間野食物質素算好,同埋真係好抵食~! 圍起$700港紙一位就可以試一D如果你唔晌任食既地方試,你就一世都唔會試既食物配搭 (椒鹽龍蝦/ 美極龍蝦你會唔會晌三聖/ 流浮山試?) !! 抵到我直頭計劃緊去多一次,希望到時質素維持到就夠~!

最後,對比起香港間巴巴閉閉要兩個月前Book既自助山真係一流對九流,除左食物質素之外呀,當自助山仲係serve緊濃縮橙汁 (都痴咖~! $750 serve濃縮橙汁...!?) 、用D舊式熱水保溫盤既時候,Mezza 9已經用緊保溫盤、自動榨原個橙汁機了….邊間有誠意、邊間值得去,高下立見~!

You need to order seafood and wait for the cook to cook it with your favorite cooking method, e.g. boil, grill, bake with cheese or garlic or soy sauce.
For sure, it is an international buffet that you can find Japanese or western or chinese style.
Last but not least, the dessert is pity good with a wide of variety.

基本上我食咗好少款已經好飽,但真係食得好開心,我講咗有咩好食先,有鮑魚夠淋,避風塘炒龍蝦和蟹,上湯龍蝦,乳豬,手切豬肉,羊架,甜品推介紫薯酥,主打楊之金露,椰子布甸都好好食,唔好食既有花甲唔係因為味道而係有沙,牛橫隔柳太un和濃,西冷都唔掂。葡撻唔好食,飲品我鐘意西瓜汁和鮮橙汁。我哋差唔多8點先去到,煮食都好快。其實眼見有意粉,三文治,甜品,菜,粉麵檔,但我都通通無食到,但因為我要留住個肚食海鮮,有機會想再去一次。真係回味無窮,

今天來君悅,我個目標就係呢間位於君悅酒店三樓的的「Mezza 9 - Macau」餐廳,過來試下自助晚餐。週末想來MEZZA 9一定要盡早訂枱,我 就提早係Hopetrip旅遊網上book咗。大堂非常寬敞, 每一張枱都有2個人位以上的距離,  雖是BUFFET卻也有私人聚餐的感覺。餐廳由創意無限的日本室內設計公司Super Potato全力操刀,全場292席的闊落空間,以切面粗糙而帶原始味道的岩石組成櫃臺和牆壁,配以觸目耀眼的格子圖案金钃屏風,充份表現出時尚潮流感。服務員第一樣跟我們推介的就是龍蝦, 煮法好像有8種, 我們點的是上湯炒, 芝士焗跟蒜蓉焗, 其中以上湯最好吃。

餐廳很大,食物清楚地分為不同區域,座位間有足夠空間讓食客走動,整體感學舒服。

不知是否因為抱太大期望,海鮮質素沒想像般好,除龍蝦、蜆及花甲外,其他海鮮均屬冰鮮貨,火喉控制亦有待改善,但食物種類及款式確實多不勝數,可說是眾自助餐之最。

服務態度:     ★★★★☆

大份服務員都十分親切有禮,雖然負責不同崗位,但並不死板。有見廚師幫忙傳菜,傳菜幫忙拿餐具、經理幫忙榨橙汁等,大家都靈活走位,互相合作。對食客的查詢都很有耐性解答,前會詳細講解每區特色。

龍蝦旁是3款凍海鮮跟焗蠔, 焗蠔每次一出便被搶光, 但我就覺得味道一般。3款凍海鮮則以蟹鉗最好吃!每隻都是啖啖肉, 愛蟹人士應可吃到10隻, 哈哈~

之後逛了一圈, 入口的是泰國菜跟小炒海鮮的位置, 看回照片也有12個煮法, 而我便試了清蒸石班魚塊, 避風塘炒蟹, 避風塘炒鮮魷, 蒜蓉蒸扇貝, 豉椒炒蜆, 跟果皮蒸鮑魚仔! 避風塘跟豉椒炒的菜還是大排檔好吃, 可能毛蟹肉太少了, 吃到一半便放棄。最推是魚跟鮑魚仔!

轉角便是中菜, 有燒味檔跟菜檔, 旁邊還有中式燉湯, 我把2個西式湯, 冬陰公湯(非常咸)跟這個燉湯都喝過, 燉湯是做得最好的!另外, 最驚喜是有乳豬吃, 上碟時會有一半脆皮別一半肉, 也可自己夾青瓜跟大蔥還有乳豬醬跟夾皮一起吃。前面還放有五花腩叉燒, 也是好吃但欠了用大火爐烤出來的燒烤, 雖比較健康, 但還是愛傳統的!其他非即煮的菜式我沒有試過, 因吃完之前點的已有七成飽了。

之後是我最少吃到的肉類跟飯意粉COUNTER, 因為真的太飽肚了, 雖然最後也狠下心吃了個羊鞍, 好吃!上碟還會有配菜跟薄荷醬, 而非除便的把羊鞍上枱。下次一定要吃到燒牛肉, 因為我看見每一枱都會點~

這裡面還有一個自肋的沙律吧, 客人可自己組合想吃的沙律, 同時也可看到大廚在煮龍蝦, 但我只拍了芝士便離開了。

最後是甜品櫃, 有中西葡式的甜品和少量生果, 只吃了西式甜品, 蛋糕的話不算差但是沒有香港某些甜品出名的酒店做得好, 聽說GRAND HYATT最好吃的蛋糕都放在Lobby Lounge。

在我以為把全部counter都吃過, 想上廁所後離開時, 才發現去廁所的路上有日本料理counter, 只好坐下來再吃了, 但只能吃下2片魚生, 天婦羅也吃不下了。

這裡除了食物令人滿意, 更好的是服務, 負責我們這枱的女服務員非常貼心(很抱歉當時沒有把她的名字記住, 好想致函讚揚她的好服務), 看見我們把水喝到一半已立刻過來再添, 飲品櫃雖在旁邊而我們也沒有機會自己去取飲品, 因她都會快速拿到我們枱上。知道我們是住客還會介紹明天可到哪裡玩, 我還以為自己是包場了, 怎麼老是有人跟在身邊

如此食物, 環境跟服務資素, 在香港的話$599應該吃不到吧, 很期待下次再有機會再去吃!

龙虾做法不重样,很好吃,极度推荐鲜嫩的葱炒!新鲜的海鲜炭烤也很棒。还推荐牛排。说到现在都流口水,plus,甜点也很棒。总的来说,是非常值得去尝试的自助餐,但是一定要预约!

適逢個女生日又想去澳門玩天浪淘園,我就四出揾自助餐資料作為慶祝生日晚餐,和比較香港,澳門的自助餐抵食好多。在網路搜尋資料見到Mezza9 自助餐有即煮海鮮,咁新穎當然要試下。幸運地訂到位,餐廳仲安排唱生日歌和送咗生日蛋糕俾兩位壽星甫進門就係海鮮區,目光投向都放在新鮮的海鮮上。隔離係麵檔,燒味檔,為了海鮮都未有品嚐。點海鮮的時候,服務員都會耐心介紹和推介烹調方式,下單後等服務員拿到枱就可以享用。水吧有一個大雪櫃,裏面放滿汽水,水味冰水,通通都是自取,比起一般自助餐感覺更顯大方。有兩部自動榨橙汁機,新鮮又健康。即席烹調有龍蝦區,海鮮區,牛扒和鮮魚區,意粉區。當晚最愛清蒸龍蝦蒜茸粉絲蒸扇貝爸爸對煎牛扒亦讚不絕口今次生日飯真係好開心,食味美味加上周到的服務,令我有理由短期內再踏足澳門。
