見同屋企人未食過法國菜,今日中午經過見呢間有油封鴨腿,之前喺其他店鋪食過好好食想介紹俾屋企人品嚐和回味一下,而且有班尼迪克蛋我都未食過,好想試,所以就入咗呢間鋪試下 當打算叫幾個午市套餐時,侍應話星期一至五冇班尼迪克蛋提供,原因係工序繁複 唯有改叫其他套餐。 最終選咗黑松露雜菌烩飯、法式牛肉漢堡配薯條和香橙油封鴨腿蘆筍燒薯粒。三個餐頭盤要咗個個餐湯、炸黑松露蘑菇球,同埋加錢要西班牙白毛豬火腿(50g)。蔬菜蓉忌廉湯:入口好香菜味同好creamy,另外加係湯嘅金華火腿粒帶少少鹹香炸黑松露蘑菇球:新鮮熱辣炸起勁熱,外脆內軟,好香黑松露味西班牙白毛豬火腿(50g):冇得輸,鹹香啱啱好恰到好處,好好味黑松露雜菌烩飯:整個飯好香黑松露味,飯粒硬度恰到好處。 唯一係鹹咗少少法式牛肉漢堡配薯條:薯條好脆,牛肉漢堡入口好juicy多汁香橙油封鴨腿蘆筍燒薯粒:鴨腿有香橙味,但有少少鹹 而且鴨肉質唔似我在其他食店,入口唔使用力即融嘅感覺,呢間要用少少力咬,比較遜色,蘆筍比較老有啲渣呢間法國餐廳唔算上等衹係普普通通,而且啲位有啲逼枱面唔夠大,叫多幾個餐就冇位放

Odelice 位於沙田新城市廣場嘅分店採用了半開放式設計,餐廳周圍放置了花草🪴怖置,魷魚置身法國巴黎街頭嘅餐酒館感受到浪漫🌹愜意嘅vibe👍🏻一貫對於法國菜嘅印象都係價錢比較貴,Odelice 有別於其他餐廳,主打家庭式法國菜,以親民價錢就可以品嘗到地道法國菜😌另一大讚嘅係店員嘅服務相當到位,會留意👀食客嘅需要同進食速度,好以安排下一道菜👍🏻👍🏻除咗a la carte menu ,仲有2-5人晚市套餐可以選擇,無論二人晚餐定家族朋友聚會都非常適合🈴我地今晚就揀咗二人晚市套餐,任選兩款小碟,兩款主菜連餐湯及餐前小法包🥖法式點心拼盤拼盤有6款小食點心,法式醃蘿蔔爽爽脆脆,沾上秘製醬料一齊食,別有一番風味☺️西班牙火腿鹹香十足,迷你蛋批同蟹肉塔,細細件一口size 好方便,炸黑松露蘑菇球係小妹最愛,外脆內軟👍🏻👍🏻巴黎式芝士蛋糕🍰芝士蛋糕較一般更濕潤,入口順滑綿密,配上酸酸甜甜嘅紅莓醬,平衡芝士嘅甜膩感。再配上額外加配嘅XTC雪糕,冷熱搭配更加滋味❤️原隻烤龍蝦🦞原隻開半龍蝦面頭鋪滿芝士同芥末荷蘭醬,邪惡感十足🤭龍蝦肉爽甜超級新鮮。記得用埋餐廳提供嘅拆殼用具,大大隻龍蝦鉗入邊仲有好多龍蝦肉🤭仲附上即叫即炸粗薯條,都唔使另外再嗌小食😆阿根廷🇦🇷安格斯牛脊肉 7成熟安格斯牛鄭肉熟度剛好,外面煎到焦糖化而入面仲係粉紅色,切落去啲肉汁即刻流晒出嚟😆😆淨係睇到流晒口🤤🤤沾上鴨肝砵酒醬汁更滋味,伴碟嘅燒薯粒同埋烤蘆筍都唔可以錯過👍🏻

呢間餐廳原來有五間分店, 今次就試下新城市廣場既分店先, 佢係走巴黎小酒館風格的法式餐廳, 以法國菜為主, 餐廳以藍色格調和外圍有花草群作裝飾, 裡面感覺優雅, 坐位舒適。晚市雙人套餐 $538包括有兩個頭盤 + 兩主菜。Starter/甜品,可以各一,或者兩個頭盤/兩個甜品都可以, 自由選擇~*餐湯甘荀打蓉製成既濃湯, 湯好濃郁又夠熱, 好飲。配埋小法包, 牛油加左小小鹽, 更有味道~*法式點心拼盤拼盤6款小食各有特色, 小蘿蔔仔好得意爽脆, 點埋特別醬料一齊食, 好有新鮮感, 香濃迷你蛋批和蟹肉他他塔唔錯, 西班牙火腿有鹹香味, 外酥內軟的炸黑松露磨菇球我就最喜歡, 黑松露味道香濃~*煎鴨肝,油封鴨腿意粉 (+$35)鴨肝煎得外脆內軟,食落濃郁, 鴨腿拆肉, 不會太咸, 意粉軟硬適中掛滿忌廉汁,好creamy。*油甘魚海鮮鍋
包括有油甘魚,黑青口,蜆同薯粒。個海鮮濃湯汁味道唔錯。*芒果,紅莓醬可麗餅-椰子雪糕可麗餅上面鋪滿鮮甜的芒果粒和塗上紅莓醬,加上很香的椰子雪糕,味道有層次。我自己完show後, 當然要飲番杯酒開心下啦, 叫左杯 House White Wine, 要fruity啲, 店員介紹左(Nuala)俾我, 唔錯, 好香又易入口, 朋友就叫左杯花茶飲(ChamomileTea)~呢到整體服務良好, 會再次光臨試下其他食物。
