BRICKLANE 金鐘店位於中信大廈, 由地鐵出口要走一條長長天穚才可到達, 如非到此上班或公幹, 一般人很少到此, 在假日更見清靜；筆者近期對 All Day Breakfast 產生濃厚興趣, 於是到此品嘗了解其著名的 Eggs Benedict 水準。店內佈置跟一般主打 Brunch 的食肆差不多, 主要營造出讓客人放鬆心情, 於是在牆上掛上單車, 給食客感覺正在假期中的感覺。BRICKLANE 金鐘店菜色提供也不少, 都是以英式食物為主, 價格和一般 All Day Breakfast 店差不多, 以地點及區堿來說是合理。到此當然試其 Classes Eggs Benedict ($88), 其賣相相當不俗, 荷蘭汁微酸, 鬆餅吸收了醬汁, 切下水煮蛋, 蛋黃湧出, 選配上風乾火腿, 再加上黑松露 ($20), 美味。 另點了 All Day Breakfast ($118), 其份量不少, 最特別是有芝士片, 當然有主打炒蛋, 多士, 薯餅, 香腸, 另加上血腸($25), 其主要成份為豬血和牛血, 混入一些肉及脂肪, 在英國食店出品中常見；整體水平是可以。Fish & C

朋友的介紹說這家的Egg Benedict 好正,這天難得的在閒日取了一天假,揀了這間比較偏遠一點的來吃,很早在十點多來到,但想不到店子是11點才開門,在外面走了回再來,挑選了坐在外面的地方,可以有一殅點的海景,看見四周沒有太多人,可以很悠閒的在享受 .除了Egg Benedict 還點了all day breakfast,點了柸有單車花的咖啡很有特色,而朱古力也很漂亮,Egg Benedict是如此的香滑快要從嘴邊漏出來似的,all day breakfast要讚是那些磨菇很香很新鮮.還有當然是這裡的裝修好讓人有學院的感覺,很想坐多一會. 

Wanted to find somewhere cozy that can accommodate kid for lunch at HK Island. As it was Christmas day it was really hard and choices were very limited. At last I’ve chosen Bricklane at Admiralty as I think less ppl would go there for lunch on a public holiday and I’ve wanted to try Bricklane for a long time.I only found out that Bricklane only serve a Christmas menu after arrived the restaurant and the staff didn’t mention it when I book the table. 地方寛倘舒適可以選擇室內或室外用餐室外係露台, 可以欣賞風景叫左----all day breakfast (every thing) $118---內有薯餅, 煎蛋, 火腿, 煙肉, 烤磨菇同蕃茄, 茄汁豆, 香腸, 煙三文魚, 多士Toffee Banana Crumble $72食後感:all day breakfast (everything)-------食物種類多. 份量夠, 微熱全部味道正常, 無特別優勝既地方Toffee Banana Crumble-----頂係一球香草雪糕, 之後係熱騰騰既香脆層, 底係香蕉肉同拖肥醬 (toffee), 口感好好, 凍雪糕同其他配料幾夾, 甜度適中總結:all day breakfast 正常味Toffee Banana Crumble 水準唔穩定, 之後再食變左微暖同太甜, 重要個底烘焦,  很差黎依度都係為個環境而已

Bricklane is a lovely place for brunch. The restaurant is cosy with great ambience.  Arrived at 11am, and was not too packed. Ordered the Smoked salmon bagel and Classic egg benedict. 這個十月，人總在金鐘，食已經不是我生活中最重要的事。 轉眼一個月的紀念日就要來了，就讓我重拾吃喝的樂趣，來到最就近的中信大廈，在BRICKLANE吃了一頓滿足的晚餐。六時半，全店竟然空無一人，環境非常清靜，可選室內或室外，但我們待在室外實在太久了，所以選了室內。是因為政治問題影響了生意嗎？朋友以前在週末來過，上次經驗相同，上班時間外這兒本來就人不多，看來地點不方便才是冷清的主因。裝修有情調，在我們用餐期間，職員更開始加添萬聖節的佈置，連牆上的單車也掛上一個南瓜呢！食物方面，我們都覺得很美味、有質素。我吃了Egg Benedict with scottish smoked salmon($98)，那雞蛋一切開，蛋黃汁馬上流淌而出，單是賣相已令我食指大動，加上荷蘭醬、菠菜，味道很搭配，另外煙三文魚夠大片，值得推介！ 朋友吃了Brick Lane Combo($159)，份量多，感覺很豐富。個人認為：腸、蘑菇、蕃茄、焗豆、麵包都是很容易控制的食物，所以值得評價的是那炒蛋，不是極滑，尚算不過不失。最令我印象深刻的是那約克郡布丁(Yorkshire pudding)，賣相一般卻令我想起公公

一行3人隨便的找間餐廳食早餐 (不過都已經係11:30左右), 環境唔錯, 我地選擇左坐露天位置, 好舒服。大家都點左All Day Breakfast-Everything, 和不同的咖啡, 我就點左Rose Latte.All Day Breakfast-Everything份量好大, 細食既可以選擇All Day Breakfast-3 choice, 不過味道一般, 沒有驚喜, 而且要問侍應先比牛油, 仲要等左好耐。Rose Latte偏甜, 但味道仍可。如果不是在金鐘, 都唔會特別再黎呢度食。

工作總是令人忙得不可開交，常常連假期也被佔用。這一天，親愛的他看不下去了，好吧，那就放假半天，去吃個brunch 吧！假日的金鐘沒有了昔日的人來人往，我們穿過高樓大廈，向海邊走去。商場裡的幾層餐廳早上都沒有營業，幸好，我們想去的brick lane 在大堂貼了告示，說他們是日正常營業。到了brick lane , 餐廳的座位半滿，我們在露天的座位坐下。午市已經開始，可我卻跳過lunch menu, 還是選了all day breakfast 。在英國的時候沒有那麼喜歡英式早餐，反而現在卻開始懷念那些在鳥語花香裡吃得飽飽的快樂早晨。Bricklane 這個full English breakfast 裡有芝士，茄汁豆，半個番茄，一個薯餅，一塊多士，一塊大菇，一些煙三文魚煙肉和火腿肉腸，再加上一些沙律菜和兩個蛋。滿滿的一大碟，一聞上去已經覺得有很多快樂的卡路里在裡面。薯餅炸得剛剛好，熱騰騰的，香氣撲鼻，咬下去不會滿口是油。烤香了的番茄不會太酸，還撒了點鹽提味。烤過的大菇一點也不乾，還蠻juicy 的。露天的座位讓我們可以感受到微微的海風。Waiters 的笑容都很好。在這個懶洋洋的late

一個人的下午茶  由太古廣場走到這裏還真是有點難受那酷熱的天氣真讓人一刻也不想呆在室外(我太怕熱)下午的時段餐廳內客人稀少  服務員領我到靠牆的sofa位餐廳內無處不見的『BRICKLANE』  點了Skim Latte  不消一會便送到不過燙  温度剛好入口  期待的主角終於到來  雖然份量看起來頗小吃起來是剛好看那美麗誘人的蛋黃醬  覆蓋著整顆雞蛋和三文魚  一刀切下去時蛋黃可是溶漿狀地流出吃下一口  蛋黃醬香濃不膩  三文魚肉嫩  滑嫩的雞蛋  清爽的菠菜  配上薄薄的English muffin是一次過嚐到三種味道 (有層次的哦~)另一件加了黑胡椒提味  味道更上一層樓!

I have not make any reservation but I was thankful the receptionist arrange me a seat at outdoor.  It's a lively, friendly place, with a communal table that runs the length of the long space.Checking the lunch sets menu and the prices are very decent, anyway I prefer to have the well-known dishes of bricklane so i did order the salmon egg Benedict. 一行6人，由於訂了位，而且12﹕15到達，因此入座順利，位置安排在相隔室外的大玻璃前，日光充足，感覺溫暖舒適。只有一位order set lunch 羊架，約$145左右，配mix green和mushroom soup. 其餘的都order all day breakfast, 3 choices $88, everything $118.我點了All day breakfast 2 eggs+3 choices side (portobello, cheese, sausage), 其他還有一般all day breakfast有的材料選擇。份量適中，大胃王就略為不夠飽，材料一般，其中但以portobello 代替mushroom，我很喜歡。其餘沒有什麼驚喜，但也美味可口。他們的水浸有橙，本人認為沒有檸檬般配合；另外每粒白方糖也黏有一粒粉紅糖箱(似花塔餅般)，很可愛。下午1時左右就差不多full house，環境就有點嘈吵，感覺有點煩躁，侍應也開始忙碌。可以再去但不會在lunch time了。

情迷all day breakfastAll Day Breakfast、窩夫、多士盒漸漸在香港興起，很多港人都對此趨之若鶩，對它們抱有莫名奇妙的好感。對我來說，認為人生最大幸福，便是在假期睡到很晚起床，然後穿戴漂亮，打扮得花姿招展，再悠閒地吃一頓豐富的All Day Breakfast。來到bricklane的感覺是環境舒適、陳切精緻，員工充滿也是活力，讓我感受到美麗一天的開展。我喜歡All Day Breakfast，什至算得上迷戀All Day Breakfast！總覺得任何時候想吃就能吃到是一種虛榮，一種被驕縱的特許任性，一種迹近特權階級的品位示範，享受身邊人的艷羨目光。Bricklane 的all day breakfast真的很不錯，是傳統的all day breakfast組合，有雞蛋、香腸、煙肉、多士、焗黃豆、薯餅、煎大蘑菇、番茄。雞蛋有炒蛋、煎蛋和水波蛋可選擇，選了炒蛋，雞蛋炒得很香很嫩滑，煙肉不會過胖過瘦，肥肉適中亦不會乾身，至於多士，微暖脆口，同樣不會乾身，塗上芳香濃郁的牛油就更是倍增滿足，整個早餐全都配合得恰到好處，吃完亦覺意猶未盡！每個人都希望任何時候起床就可
