Birthday Dinner for the Niececoming over for dinner again. very interesting idea to put Watter Melon into soup, I really like this one. Since the taste of duck is really strong, yet match well with Water Melon.. I would def. try this soup when I come next Stir-fried Prawn with Broccoli and Sesame & Fish Fillet of Sole and A Sparagus in Black Bean Sauce
well, I eat the fish fillets non-stoppingly. Too savory for me Stir-fried Spare-rib in Stone Pot and Deep Fried Crispy Chicken with Dark Vinegar, Suchi and Tangerine Sauce Braised Bamboo Pith Fungus with Seasonal Vegetables Stir-fried Cashew Nuts and Eggplant in a Crispy Nest Lettuce wrapped with Minced Pigeon Meat
too salty for this dish indeed... better served with rice Steamed Crabs on Sticky Rice "Yung Chow" style Fried Rice and Stewed Noodles with Porcini Mushroom Dessert Combo
