1st time visiting this restaurant on the Friday night. It was pretty full house, a very busy restaurant that has only run for about 1/2 year. Few waiters/waitresses used to work for Shark's Fins Restaurant at the TImes Square and I could recognise them. Heard that their chef is a serious one that used to host popular/famous restaurant in Jordan of Kowloon peninsula. I have never been to that place. Anyway, ordered deep sea fish; it was weighted after you have chosen from their big fish tank. The

The chicken ordered 鹽焗雞 was a famous dish - we liked it. It gave you fresh taste.
The fish congee 泥鯭粥 was also super yummy - we liked it very much. It is far better than those at 生記
The vegetable with thousand year eggs was average.
The daily soup was okay.
The overall services was fantastic, the lead waitress - in black suit and short hair was very sweet and attentive.
We will come back.
