Absolutely nice environment to chill with friends. Staff are friendly to introduce their menu to us.The menu takes care people with different dietary preferences. Each dish is marked the short form for customers to recognize the dietary preferences.We chose the brunch menu which contains 6 courses at just $378. A 60 mins free free flow of wine, beer and Prosecco is included. We don’t drink alcohol so we change to sober one.Mamagaio $60Yuzu, calamansi, shiso syrup, lime, sodaYellow Bird $60Pineapple juice, passion fruit, lime, sugarSALMON TIRADITO This dish was a refreshing start, with the bright citrus notes of yuzu complementing the sweetness of the mango salsa. The radish added a crisp crunch, making it a vibrant palate cleanser.DADINDHOS DE TAPIOCAThe creamy cheese paired beautifully with the chewy tapioca, while the sweet chili sauce provided a perfect balance of sweetness and heat. First visit to this lovely Japanese-Brazilian boteco via dining city. I was captured by their bountiful elite signature dinner menu during the restaurant week promotion. She probably expected a stronger coconut flavor but I found it quite balanced. ✨𝕊𝕞𝕒𝕝𝕝 ℙ𝕝𝕒𝕥𝕖✨𝓢𝓪𝓵𝓶𝓸𝓷 𝓣𝓲𝓻𝓪𝓭𝓲𝓽𝓸 The salmon sashimi alone is full of umami so briliant choice to go with light seasoning. Turned out the uncooked protein excels other meat, as more finesse is required for the latter.𝓓𝓪𝓭𝓲𝓷𝓱𝓸𝓼 𝓓𝓮 𝓣𝓪𝓹𝓲𝓸𝓬𝓪Signature and most recommended. Tapioca is such a fluid ingredients and is so fun to be served in this way. The crispy crust with gooey interior somehow resembled Hong Kong traditional 蘿蔔糕. I would suggest the restaurnt goes for the 揚出豆腐 to emphasize the fusion theme.𝓒𝓪𝓻𝓪𝓶𝓮𝓵𝓲𝓼𝓮𝓭 𝓔𝓰𝓰𝓹𝓵𝓪𝓷𝓽The miso-based tare is a bit salty, eggplant is a common veggies to play with in many cultures. The concept is great but again not precise enough.𝓡𝓸𝓪𝓼𝓽𝓮𝓭 𝓒𝓪𝓾𝓵𝓲𝓯𝓵𝓸𝔀𝓮𝓻Their veggie based dishes outperform the protein one in generally and this is the most impressive dish for the night. Seasoning is just on-point. Nice contrast with that crunchy cauliflower and the creamy & buttery herb mayonnaise👍🏻𝓒𝓱𝓲𝓬𝓴𝓮𝓷 𝓞𝓴𝓸𝓷𝓸𝓶𝓲𝔂𝓪𝓴𝓲I can't relate this to Brazilian cuisine at all. In frank this is just a regular fried chicken you may find at a Izakaya, plus the chicken is dry without a decent crisp.✨𝕄𝕒𝕚𝕟✨🅰🅳🅳 🅾🅽 $3⃣8⃣𝓒𝓱𝓪𝓻𝓬𝓸𝓪𝓵 𝓖𝓻𝓲𝓵𝓵𝓮𝓭 𝓑𝓮𝓮𝓯 𝓣𝓮𝓷𝓭𝓮𝓻𝓵𝓸𝓲𝓷The tenderloin is way too chewy...We ask for medium doneness but still couldn't save it. Should have go for the Salmon instead. 𝓖𝓻𝓲𝓵𝓵𝓮𝓭 𝓒𝓱𝓲𝓬𝓴𝓮𝓷Japanese sweet corn base is a nice touch. I would suggest the kitchen to choose a bigger cut of chicken rather than serving 3 small chunks so that seasoning could be more even while preserving the juice of the chicken. Now as the result of dehydration, the chicken is too salty and dry. ✨𝔻𝕖𝕤𝕤𝕖𝕣𝕥✨𝓑𝓻𝓪𝔃𝓲𝓵𝓲𝓪𝓷 𝓨𝓸𝓰𝓾𝓻𝓽 𝓣𝓪𝓻𝓽After exposing to intense flavors this refreshing tart is much needed to cleanse up the palate. The acidity of the berries perfectly counters the rich mealThe overall dining experience was satisfactory, the concept of Japanese-Brazilian cuisine is an intriguing field to explore. Execution wise the kitchen seems to struggle with the doness of their protein. Some dishes didn't really adhere to fusion but merely a Japanese/ Brazillian cuisine. The generous portion and friendly staff do showcase their enthusiasm. Personally this restaurant could hardly bring up to me if I am craving for some late night feast, I would probably go straight up to a Izakaya.
