入到間鋪以為好細點,點知原來有二樓,二樓空間大,一家大細黎食都坐得舒服!
當我地睇緊餐牌既時候,店員就首先拎左碗湯比我地一路飲一路慢慢睇!燉湯熱辣辣又足料,湯配料有雞腳、龍眼肉,紅棗、豬肉等,飲落口好清甜,作為開首暖一暖個胃就岩哂!
望落餐牌,我地諗到唔諗就叫左個餐,當日固定供應既海鮮材單包括:聖子,鮑魚,蠔,蝦,龍蝦,龍躉腩,蟹,鮮魷腸粉,當中仲有一啲隱藏菜式,包括蒸蔬菜、蒸飯同埋甜品黑糖冰涼粉!
第一道菜係蒜蓉蒸聖子,黎到店員幫我地計哂時,我地只係係度等食。聖子非常鮮甜,配合蒜蓉去蒸真係好正!可惜,每人只係得一隻,食完有點不夠喉

鮑魚我們選擇了果皮去蒸,店員服務非常周到,店員會幫客人起埋肉再上碟。鮑魚雖然果皮味唔係好出,但係鮑魚食落口好OK!
彈牙又好好口感,正!
由於當日冇花甲關係,餐單上改由蠔代替。我地選舉左用薑蔥去蒸,食落口一啲腥味都冇,非常鮮甜呢~

接著是每人兩隻大蝦,清蒸依然鮮味十足,讚!

食前比較期待的是龍蝦,食後果然冇令我地感到失望,食落口肉感一流,清蒸亦好有鮮甜味!

蟹雖然是一人半隻,但都好多肉食,同其他海鮮一樣肉感鮮甜,非常美味

龍躉腩我們選擇左XO醬,一開始以為龍躉腩上面果啲就係XO醬,食落先知原來係黑松露醬。黑松露、配搭XO醬在龍躉腩上非常美味,大家不妨可以試下呢個配搭。
鮮魷腸粉一開始我以為因為鮮魷似腸粉,所以成碟都係鮮魷,食落口先知原來真係鮮魷同腸粉混在一起。廚師事先已經將沙嗲醬同麻醬滲入左去每一條鮮魷同粉腸入面,雖然口感幾特別同幾好食,但兩個人食的話份量真的太多,會愈食愈"腻"。
最後的一說菜係蒸飯,份量非常多,如果前面一堆蒸菜都食你唔飽既話,呢道菜一定會填飽你!雖然係最後一道飯菜,但用料非常多,飯入面有臘腸,臘肉,排骨,腩片,蝦乾,南瓜,芋頭,粟米等等,蒸十多分鐘後加入豉油撈埋就食得。雖然口感冇話好特別(可能係我地已經好飽),但我地竟然都食得哂成個飯,哈哈!

順道一提,食咁多味海鮮中間仲有一份蒸蔬菜作"中場休息",大家唔洗咁擔心淨係食海鮮冇蔬菜落肚啦!
食到最後仲有一碗黑糖冰涼粉。有別於傳統涼粉,呢度既涼粉係透明狀,配上黑糖和提子乾真係好好美,作為咁多道蒸菜既收尾真係非常完美!大家如果唔係食既話,店員話仲可以再添呢,哈哈!

蟶子我們選了蒜蓉蒸,兩大隻蟶子上舖了粉絲和蒜蓉,蟶子味道鮮甜,入口爽彈。粉絲索滿了蟶子的鮮味和蒜蓉的香氣,雖然是配料,但也非常美味。

鮑魚選配了果皮蒸,一揭開蓋,已聞到陣陣的果皮香氣,陳皮的味道滲入鮑魚內,味道和口感也很合拍,值得一讚是侍應除了幫我們看著蒸煑時間外,當他見到我們對著這隻鮑魚無從入手時,還幫我們把鮑魚起肉。

餐牌上原本是花甲,但當天無貨,所以改了蠔。兩隻鮮蠔選了薑葱蒸,蒸至剛熟的蠔,我先喝一口蠔汁,味道帶著海水鹹味,肉質鮮甜。

鮮魷腸粉,呢個本身已經有d 沙嗲醬同麻醬,上面仲有d 花生碎。個魷魚幾好味,幾香索到個醬既味道。不過d 汁唔夠多,腸粉食唔到個味,所以唯有點甜醬。如果個汁多d 就好喇,又或者轉做粉皮都應該更加好食。

食完個腸粉其實都飽,佢仲有其他配菜,都室得飽你。雖然清蒸,但加左d 鹽吊味都ok, 除左蕃薯比較乾身,其他食落都夠腍身同多汁,我自己就最鍾意個草菇同椰菜花。

最後一道蒸菜係蒸飯,份量見到未食都已經飽晒😆。材料真係超多,臘腸,臘肉,排骨,腩片,蝦乾,南瓜,芋頭,粟米。臨尾再加埋花生,蔥花同豉油就食得,仲有店員幫你撈埋。 個飯蒸出黎煙煙韌韌又唔會太乾,味道仲好豐富,最鍾意個搽左蝦醬既腩片,同埋排骨都好好味。 最後今本無可能食得晒,所以打包左一盒番屋企。(外賣box 加$2)

成功8點前離座✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻,折左唔使$200, 真係抵到爛。店員服務態度幾好,特別係個後生既四眼哥哥仔,都好有heart 咁介紹。 不過愈夜就開始唔係好夠人喇, 但係個七折優惠真係超值👍希望keep 住呢個質素,下次會帶埋屋企人黎再幫襯😁

👍總結海鮮真係幾新鮮,抵食又夠飽肚,因為早黎既關係其實兩個鐘啱啱好,不過如果想確保食到個七折優惠,就再預多少少時間喇。
