雞皮餃子:雞皮整得幾薄,炸得香脆又帶點煙韌,內餡滿滿,食落唔油膩。自家手作雞肉棒:雞肉棒size 幾大支,有肉汁,點上蛋黃同醬汁,蛋黃令口感更嫩滑,味道香濃。牛舌芯:鍾意厚切牛舌有口感,牛味香濃,唔韌內裏柔軟。雞肝:沒有內臟腥味,烤得剛好,外皮微微焦香,入面粉粉的。炸秋葵+冬菇:炸皮又薄又香脆,秋葵炸得乾身,冇菜青味,食落唔會濕濕淰淰。冬菇肉厚,肉嫩juice。伊佐木刺身:原條魚上檯,打卡一流。肉質結實有口感,唔係魚油味重嘅魚,反而係鮮甜爽口。可以wasabi 配醬油,另外有薑蓉、蘿蔔蓉,蔥花同酸汁提供。比較喜歡點少少酸汁,感覺更清新。辛味噌牛筋鍋:牛筋牛腩份量十足,還有不少蔬菜同薯粉,滿滿一鍋大滿足。薯粉吸收湯汁後變得QQ又入味,好食。野飲叫左青蘋果特飲同生啤。呢度環境充滿日本風情,座位闊落,同朋友吹水邊食邊飲非常舒服。

事實證明,好嘅食材係唔需要太過班門弄斧,清酒煮大蜆用最基本嘅做法,基本上就已經食到清酒同埋昆布帶出黎嘅味道,再加上大蜆嘅鮮味,真係一絕。另外三點盛合就係三文魚腩、吞拿魚同埋大蝦嘅刺身,非常之肥美🐟🦐。天婦羅亦都炸得岩岩好,啲粉漿薄薄地一層,唔會好似出邊咁食到好厚粉,最出色嘅係鵪鶉蛋炸到半流心,個口感好正🤤令外主食叫咗個燒飯團,平時食飯焦就要食到尾先有,今次第一口就已經係飯焦😌最後配上一條燒伊佐木魚,為呢一餐居酒屋錦上添花🌸🌼特別注意,記住記住記住黎呢到食千祈唔好揸車,因為唔係就無得飲佢地嘅自家製梅酒,仲有佢地嘅清酒四色盛。🍶🥹

飲品方面叫咗suntory黑啤$58同青蘋果梳打$29。


總結:荃灣呢一區都比較少居酒屋,揀係呢一區開,而且價錢大眾化,地方都坐得幾舒服,可以一試。
