嚟咗港島區返工之後,一直想周圍覓食,識下唔同餐廳。呢晚終於俾我搵到另外三位識食之人,同我一齊試下一間潮式打冷。佢哋嘅招牌菜有潮汕滷水、傳統潮州手工菜同各式各樣嘅特色湯羹、小菜。我哋會揀佢,因為佢完美將懷舊潮菜同新派元素結合,令無食開潮式料理嘅人,都可以更容易接受;而且佢算係陳儀興呢個老字號嘅高檔版,裝修具有中國古典優雅風,檯與檯之間都有古色古香嘅屏風相隔,好適合三五知己聚腳。

二十年老菜脯燉鮮豬肚 🐖
佢哋選用嘅豬肚非常新鮮,無任何羶味或異味,而且細細一盅居然有三至四塊又大又厚嘅豬肚,真係好抵食。二十年老菜脯係由蘿蔔經長時間天然發酵熟成,由於要儲存喺陶甕中反覆醃、壓、翻、曬,工序極為繁複,有黑金人蔘之稱。

呢款燉湯溫潤甘香、湯底清甜,不見一滴油。冬天飲後感到非常滋潤,而且仲有化痰止咳嘅功效,飲完真係好舒服。

陳儀興潮州菜位於鰂魚涌1001既7樓 陳儀興潮州菜先來一味爽口前菜 涼拌雲耳 $68,雲耳咬落好脆口,醬汁少少辣,辣度2/10,好開胃!湯類 二十年老菜甫燉鮮豬肚 $78一碗豬肚軟硬適中,湯好濃味!可以一試😃主菜1 富貴石榴蟹 $118賣相好精緻,好富貴!外皮比較似水餃🥟皮,皮唔會太厚!內餡似蝦滑,不過蝦轉咗做蟹,有實在口感,不錯!主菜2 清燉荷包鱔 $118魚肉新鮮,有少少骨,但只係好少!外皮鬆軟,好易咬開!湯底清新,有陣陣菜香味!主菜3 乾貝春菜🥬煲 $128首嚐春菜,都幾好味!有好多乾貝瑤柱,可提升春菜煲既鮮味!最後試一口純正功夫茶🫖,個人覺得好苦,試下無妨!整體而言,陳儀興潮州菜館有多款手工菜,環境好,枱與枱之間有分隔開,坐得舒服😃有各種海鮮,相信同樣值得一試😀
