因為是朋友介紹所以事前沒做太多資料搜集,只知道是火鍋。而事實是該位朋友原來都是第一次來,所以大家都迷迷糊糊的 一行樓梯上來連門口都搞錯了 一邊是小菜,另一邊才是火鍋呢店員開初告訴我們食用時間兩小時,朋友希望時間可以久一點,然後店員就建議我們任食,可以食四小時,可能因為平日客人不多吧,最後我們選了任食,除了自助醬料還可以任飲指定飲品,包括罐裝啤酒看過 MENU 才知道原來這裡牛是唯一的肉類,喜歡食牛的人都有福了,任食會先來個牛拼盤,幾乎每個部位都有,我們要依著牆上的圖畫才知道正在吃哪個部位,而且大部份都有註明時間,很貼心其中個人覺得蠻詭異的就是有部位需要涮 5 分鐘,一直都以為所有牛肉都只要涮一會就可以食坦白說有些地方都是差不多味道,其中比較欣賞的是叫作「脖仁」的部位,應該就是頸肉,口感很爽另外「腿肉」牛味比較重這個牛拼盤只會出現一次,並不可以再點,但店員哥哥人很好,為我們 ENCORE 了脖仁!但是這不代表食牛的環節經已完結,因為還是有其他種類的牛是任食的,例如牛肩、牛柳粒、牛丸等另外因為沒有豬或雞肉,我們都點了一些蔬菜平衡一下,整晚都食牛有點單一呢,蔬菜類包括菇類、響鈴、豆腐都可以點

其中個人覺得蠻詭異的就是有部位需要涮 5 分鐘,一直都以為所有牛肉都只要涮一會就可以食


坦白說有些地方都是差不多味道,其中比較欣賞的是叫作「脖仁」的部位,應該就是頸肉,口感很爽
另外「腿肉」牛味比較重

這個牛拼盤只會出現一次,並不可以再點,但店員哥哥人很好,為我們 ENCORE 了脖仁!

為了食好味牛肉火鍋,行兩層樓梯到饕牛記,都值得。牛肉拼盤唔記得影相,到記得時,已經食得七七八八😅。不同部位的牛的確好味,同坊間所謂肥牛不同,牛味濃郁。唯一有影相的是後補的牛舌,可以見到非常新鮮肥美。呢度仲有小炒,招牌的芥蘭炒黃牛肉,牛味同樣出色肉質亦嫩滑,是會再安哥的菜色之一。

饕牛記牛嘅種類非常之多,基本上係全身嘅部位都食到,店舖周圍都貼滿左牛唔同部位嘅名堂,如果食嫌咗傳統牛肉嘅可嚟呢度試吓啲新款式,佢有款牛肉拼盤可以叫,適合一啲想試晒咁多個部位嘅顧客,佢亦有提供每個部位需要涮的時間,據聞真正嘅潮式火鍋係將全部牛一次過倒晒落去個鍋度煮,之後夾返上嚟,用嚟食依種潮式火鍋嘅道具亦有提供,小編覺得幾新奇😂

Most significantly, the beef platter had 14 different types of beef cuts, every one of them different in texture and taste than the other. As seen in the menu, you can also cook them for a different amount of time. I enjoyed the chuck region the most as the meat had a good texture in the mouth and absorbed the soup well.
