主菜方面,今次點的燒肉有四款,牛小排,牛肩肉,下腰西冷 及封門柳。
本人最推介的是牛小排及下腰西冷。
下腰西冷油脂比較豐富,食落都有咬口,配埋個靈魂燒肉醬汁,味道一流!
另外牛小排肉質軟嫩,有肉汁,肥瘦適中,配白飯一流!
另外餐廳還可以點燒蔬菜,蔬菜非常新鮮,解油膩之選。
配上小店親自製作的竹蔗茅根,就唔怕熱氣了

最令人驚喜的是甜品環節,老闆特地進口了意大利的Gelato雪糕,雪糕味道有別於傳統甜品店,這次我們點了龜苓膏味及豆腐味,
龜苓膏味雪糕更伴有嘉應子一粒,非常有心思。
下次希望過嚟試更多味道。
這裏的員工和老闆態度都非常之好,更定期進口不同國家的燒肉,

食燒肉最怕就係熱氣,細心既餐廳則準備左清熱雙寶—竹蔗茅根同檸檬薏米。好喜歡餐廳既竹蔗茅根,有淡淡蔗香清甜,又唔會好似其他蔗汁飲品咁甜口。至於檸檬薏米水,筆者就十分欣賞佢既薏米仍然好有咬口,唔會一飲落口就變左粉漿咁既口感。

筆者對隨餐附送既白飯、沙律、羅宋湯亦都十分滿意。好中二餐廳用上珍珠米,令到成餐感覺好似去左轉日本食燒肉放題咁。另外沙律既菜亦十分新鮮,絕對唔係普通青瓜車厘茄,而係爽脆清新既沙律菜,配上胡麻醬,lv up!羅宋湯用料就完全不馬虎,十分足料,飲落濃濃既蔬菜同牛肉味。

今日和友人行過廟街發現這間店,在出面望入去感覺很有文青感覺,環境很簡潔,這裡有兩層,地下就石燒,樓上是可以烤肉,今日我們就選了石燒,坐下後我們揀選了180G的封門柳套餐和下腰西冷套。套餐有個餐湯,今日餐湯是羅宋湯,味道正常,裡面仲有好多蔬菜,都算幾足料。下腰西冷套餐到,除了西冷外,還有沙律和白飯。西冷面積都算幾大件,石板燒得熊熊的,放上西冷,一上枱熱騰騰的聲音隨即响起,未食已烴流晒口水。西冷牛味比較濃,口感會比其他部位硬一些,但好在用石燒,生熟由自己來定,我不嬲都喜歡西冷的口感,用石燒可以幾時都可以吃到即時熟的牛扒,真係大快朵頤。封門柳雖然比西冷的體積小,但封門柳肉質鬆軟,不會靱,很有牛肉味。如果驚牛肉過熟可以將牛扒先放在碟上,食時將牛扒放上石燒加熱,這樣會保持每件肉都剛剛好熟度。這裡還有自家製的雪糕,我就選了紅棗茶,友人就算了火麻仁味,紅棗茶味吃落有淡淡的紅棗味道,不會太甜,很可口,火麻仁有一陣陣的麻仁香味,很特別。他們還有廿四味雪糕,但今次還沒有機會試,下次一定要試下。

星期二晚去咗廟街一間日式燒肉專門店食石燒牛。餐廳走文青路線,以白色為主,格局簡約清新但很舒適。餐廳同時供應石燒和網燒,午市還有井飯和烏冬,價錢仲好親民添!套餐除了有塊400日榖飼牛外,還奉上用料十足嘅羅宋湯、粒粒飽滿嘅珍珠米飯和新鮮沙律前菜,百多元就有交易,在外買塊靚少少的牛扒都吾得,認真是超低!石燒邊食邊聽到吱吱燒肉聲,感覺治癒。牛肩(180g)套餐($128)牛肩是牛味最濃郁的部位,油脂豐富,最適合就是烤焗或燉煮。用石燒更加能散發其濃郁牛香味。肉質軟淋又滑嫩,點埋醬汁餸飯非常滋味可口。下腰西冷(180g)套餐($168)西冷即牛的下腰部位,運動量較多,所以肉質較結實,口感韌度強,有嚼頭。雖然如此,但卻肉細多汁,口感鮮嫩。食完石燒牛,雪糕是最好不過的清熱甜品。這裏的雪糕味道種類特別,有些味道從來沒有聽聞,例如二十八味味、火麻仁味、紅棗糕味,還有沒有諗到的龜苓膏味。當晚就選擇了龜苓膏味雪糕來清清熱氣。果然食得出有龜苓膏味道,感覺挺新鮮,店家還貼心地奉上一粒陳皮梅。另外我們還叫了椰子味雪糕,椰子味和奶味的比例適中,椰香散發在每一口雪糕當中,食到真的停唔到口。
