小辣的雞煲對於不太吃到辣的朋友都能夠入口。雞肉亦很入味,肉質也很細膩。

蟲草花野生竹笙花膠濃湯鷄煲 (HKD 668) 喝起來很清甜濃郁的湯。
口感脆嫩的野生竹笙很大條,吸收了湯的精華更可口。
還有膠原滿滿的花膠十分爽滑彈牙。這個雞煲用的更是新鮮雞,肉質就更為嫩滑。

以前吃雞煲總是越吃越咸越口渴,這間鮑魚花膠雞煲完全不會,鮑魚超級大,肉質細嫩,口感軟糯腍滑,新鮮到完全不需要雞來提味就可以吃出本身的鮮甜味道,太好吃了,花膠口感飽滿,質感厚實充滿膠質,太好吃了都忘記拍照了,雞肉也是肉质细嫩甜汁入味,越吃越有味秋天到了,要開始補身的人真的很建議這道富有營養的鮑魚花膠雞煲,不用自己煮另外我們還吃了在地朋友極力推薦的野生特級竹笙皇,口感爽脆清甜,吸飽雞煲的原味精華湯汁,不知道在其他地方能不能吃到餐前小食有蝦多士和油炸鬼墨魚滑,零油感入口香脆

周圍搵野食,見到blogger介紹呢間雞煲,所以咁岩去開太子提早book左黎試下。7點已經好多人,好多係熟客同老世員工有講有笑~好多人食乾鍋,但怕熱氣揀左食雞湯鍋,個野生竹笙好巨型同花膠都好好味,個湯可以飲唔會咸,叫左手切牛肉,海鮮同菜盤,份量幾足料同幾新鮮~小食試左油炸鬼拼蝦多士同埋炸牛坑腩,脆口部啤酒一流!我唔飲酒所以叫左大檸茶,好大杯好抵飲! 朋友都食得好開心~幾推薦大家試下~不過都幾多人,建議大家提早book台先~
