We might be the first table guests for their brunch, and got 30% discount, it's only about 270 per person. Very good quality food, many raw materials really came from Span. The crispy skin pork is amazing delicious, the sauce on Benedict egg is very good. Desert plate is impressive, it contains ice cream, sorbet, cheese cake, and chocolate mousse, all high quality.

來到戲肉了,就是四色飯。何謂四色飯,其實是四款不同的Paella,大廚Juanjo特地以不同的材料煮出分別為「黃」、「綠」、「紅」及「黑」四款的西班牙飯。先由「黃」開始,即是傳統的西班牙海鮮飯,由青口、蜆、魷魚及豬肉製成,每一口除了有著海鮮的鮮味外,還有豬肉的肉香,是小弟的第二最愛。

至於「綠」就是鱈魚蜆肉青椒伴香草飯,顏色鮮豐,青蔥翠綠,本是不錯的,可是調味濃郁,有點點咸度,吃不慣的。「紅」就是蒜香蝦汁煮地中海紅蝦飯,賣相與黃差不多,真是有機會混淆了,可是一吃便知道不同,皆因此道蝦味出眾,更為鮮甜。

臨近尾聲,也是小弟的至愛,冒著變烏咀的夗機也要吃的「黑」,就是小墨魚伴黑毛豬火腿及西班牙朝鮮蓟飯。烏卒卒的飯裡有著西班牙黑毛豬火腿的香味,也有著一種墨魚汁咸鮮的味道,加上炸得香口的雅支竹,確是非常美味的組合。

今日去左依間西班牙餐廳,裝修幾有西班牙特色,都幾有情調!而且D waiter都好友善咁介紹食物俾我地~首先叫左兩個tapas, 依個係西班牙銀鱈魚蛋餅,賣相好令~上面白色既汁係銀鱈魚既汁加olive oil,加埋蛋餅酸酸地咸咸地好好味!入面既鱈魚好大粒好多,好足料~另外依個脆炸和牛薯蓉球賣相好令!入面都好多牛肉,加埋上面D汁酸酸地幾好食~不過就比較普通之後就係主菜啦!依個西班牙乳豬烤左好耐好香口,配上燒汁, 最特別係配埋依個肉桂蘋果,加埋一齊食出奇地夾!D皮好脆又唔會好膩,好味!最後仲叫左甜品,西班牙吐司配乳酪雪糕,吐司好軟熟,有D Belgium Waffle既感覺~加埋面頭既餅碎同雪糕,又凍又熱咁唔錯~仲叫左一jar classic sangria, 酒味唔算濃,幾rich幾好飲~happy hour仲買一送一添!本來一jar就幾貴,但買一送一都飲得過!整體黎講,依間餐廳野食好味服務都唔錯,但價錢有點貴,特別日子先會去食啦,都值得推介!

一個非常之識食嘅朋友,經常同佢周圍食好嘢,今日佢介紹一間不能錯過的西班牙餐廳,位置又方便,係尖沙咀地鐵站附近,而且餐廳環境舒適,背景音樂舒服,店員亦都非常之有禮熱情,完全配合到西班牙嘅風格,朋友話食物一樣好友西班牙風,尤其黑毛豬,一定要點! 特選黑毛豬柳拼盤呢一個拼盤一共有三款黑毛豬:presa, pluma, secreto ,每一款都各有特色,各有唔同嘅味道,侍應介紹,黑毛豬由左至右去食,左面豬味比右面嘅黑毛豬冇咁濃,但左面比較嫩滑,右面比較實,如果要點黑毛豬,一定要點呢一個拼盤,試晒所有唔同款式!香煎西班牙蛋餅伴辣椒洋蔥呢個西班牙蛋非常之特別,煎蛋煎到好厚,入面加左洋蔥同辣椒,淡淡嘅洋蔥味,再加上少少辣味,味道淡淡地,幾好食!朋友一向都冇介紹錯,今次亦都唔例外,呢一間西班牙餐廳認真不錯!
