【加泰羅尼亞特色豬肝醬】$68 , 呢個豬肝醬食落好特別, 豬肝醬採用新鮮豬潤攪拌壓碎而成, 所以不難吃到一粒粒的豬膶干, 豬肝醬帶點粉, 裏面混入各式香料, 最適合就係配以蒜蓉包。 香脆嘅麵包上面鋪滿豬肝醬,口感一流。 喜歡食豬潤嘅朋友絕不能錯過。

【脆炸和牛球薯蓉球】$45, 此乃待應推介嘅小食, 果然冇令人失望。 薯蓉球被炸得金黃鬆脆,上面淋有garlic olive oil sauce,醬汁辣辣哋有啲煙薰味。一切開, 馬上令人有驚喜。 裏面嘅和牛面頰炆得非常之軟淋, 而且牛肉味濃郁, 炸薯蓉球同和牛面頰互相輝映, 認真不錯。

【特選伊比利亞黑毛豬柳拼盤】$238, 伊比利亞黑毛豬簡直有如西班牙嘅國寶, 黑毛豬食橡果長大, 肉質除咗嫩滑之外, 亦冇平時豬嘅騷味。 呢個拼盤係由餐廳特製嘅橡木烤爐炮製而成, 實屬不可不試系列。 呢個黑毛豬拼盤有幾個豬嘅部位, 每個部位都各有唔同嘅口感。 呢三個部位大概係背脊、 腩位、 同埋豬肩肉, 背脊位置較為煙韌, 但肉味最濃厚, 腩肉較為淋身, 充滿油花, 肩肉食落爽口,充滿肉香, 三個部位都各有千秋, 令人食唔停口, 用來配襯啤酒就最適合不過。

【Classic Sangria 】$88, Classic sangria 用紅酒作主,加上Brandy, 同橙汁調配。 個人覺得Classic最好飲, 酒美濃得黎亦非常之容易入口, 果味芬香濃郁, 裏面有大量新鮮嘅生果, 無論係提子、蘋果、抑或係檸檬,每種生果都非常甜美, 飲落非常之清新。

When I was walking around TST east area, surprisingly  I found that Yayakiya is closed down and a Spanish restaurant Alzina took over the space! There is a display of veggies at the entrance and the interior uses small tiles embracing a strong Spanish vibe. The structure and the interior is same as Yayakiya but the colour tone is different. There is a wide range of cold and hot tapas for you to choose from and we have chosen a cold salad tapas to start with something light. It's basically a pile of mayo potato+carrot+peas salad, topped with a few slices of tender flavourful octopus dressed with herbs dressing that is less pungent than pesto sauce.

It's very creamy but is not overly greasy from the mayo. The octopus pieces are lightly grilled until smokey and the warmed up seafood releases its seafood taste throughout the Russian salad at the bottom.

Paella Negra with Spanish baby cuttlefish with Iberico pluma and artichokes $178
Our paella surprisingly came second before our meat dish which is probably not the order of Spanish cuisine because I would always have paella as the last course. Anyway, in Hong Kong, no one really cares about the order of the food anyway and we often treated like hungry animals because the dishes come so quick that we don't get to enjoy everything in the right temperature.

We have picked Negra because I have always been craving this since my last visit to Barcelona. I remember I used to have those paella with actually small broken pieces of pasta instead of paella rice. Their Paella Negra is interestingly complimented with one of the most popular cut of pork pluma and deep fried artichoke pieces. There are also some clams, mussels, and some hidden pieces of black cuttlefish mixed in with the rice.

The rice itself is not al dente but it's also not completely softened. I liked that they know how to use aioli to go with their paella because that's the one and only way to bring out extra flavours from all the seafood in this pot of rice goodness. I can also taste a hint of shrimp flavour so I guess they have probably used a seafood stock as the base of their paella.

Both of their clams and mussels are fresh with a juicy texture. Especially for their mussels, you can definitely taste the prominent white wine floral flavour from each piece of the mussel meat. Absolutely delicious and there is no better way to enjoy paella with these classic seafood ingredients.

Despite the delicious seafood, I quite appreciate their artichoke. First of all, it's not easy to find artichoke dishes in Hong Kong and most of the restaurants do not know how to prepare them. Instead of the usual bake / boil technique, Alzina decided to deep fried their very thinly sliced artichoke pieces, then deep tried until perfectly golden in colour and crispy in texture. The oily taste can also be cut through by the aromatic squid ink taste from the flavourful rice. What a powerful tray of paella to share with friends.

There are around 4 thick pieces of pluma and they are just the beauty. They are succulent, packed with porky flavour. It almost tastes like beef because of that strong meaty flavour from the perfectly cooked meat.

At first , we were quite undecided of what to choose for our meat dish because they do have a good selection of pork, fish, and seafood dishes for you to choose. We have chosen an assortment of Iberico which is like a big sampler plate with 3 different cut of the delicate Spanish pig. The pork slices are served with 2 daily roast vegetables and we have got a big halved potato as well as a piece of zucchini.

Three different cuts are with 3 different flavours and textures from milk to strong and we were recommended to enjoy them one by one in order.

Same as the cut from our Negra paella. It's super soft but with a rich flavour that would melt in your mouth. A simple straight up meaty goodness that is going to blow your mind!

The next piece has an even stronger porky taste because it's also fattier with less meat ratio. It's also super succulent and the flavour of the pork changed a bit because it's a different cut even though it's just next to Pluma

Secreto
This "Secret" cut of pork has a bit more darkened in colour. Also, it's also fattier with the strongest taste in pork flavour. It's another level of mind blowing pork taste. It's amazingly smoky with a nice char grilled black colour on the surface. It's the cut of meat that we die for and you would want to enjoy them when they are still warm.

Though I still miss Yayakiya, I think Alzina is a nice alternative for people in TST to enjoy some quality Spanish food with good ingredients especially their meat. I think I will come back to try more of their tapas like egg tortilla and croquettes. The price is relatively reasonable for Spanish cuisine, it's so worth trying if you are a fan of this European style of meal.

聖誕是一個適合吃大餐我日子!這次就到了alzina來一頓豐盛的聖誕大餐!來到這些滿有情調的餐廳,當然要喝喝小酒,放鬆一下!我們選擇了蘋果口味的白酒,有淡淡的酒香,加上蘋果的甜味,既不太甜,又很容易入口,是十分適合女生的選擇。在主菜之前,叫了一個小吃開一開胃。炸薯蓉球內容有和牛!聽起來就十分吸引,而重點是醬汁,辣辣的,是我未曾嘗過的配搭,但意外的美味。但如果不能吃辣的朋友要小心,因為真是偏辣的。到了主菜的部分,我們點了肉成分較多的presa。不誇張,這真的是我吃過最好吃的豬肉。向來都覺得豬會比較硬,但這不僅是嫩滑,而且有肉質口感。不是落了很多鬆肉粉而變得軟滑的質感。而且肉不是用大量的醬汁調味,而是輕輕的用了鹽調味,令簡單的鹹味帶出肉質的鮮味。另外,連配菜茄子和薯仔都很美味!最後就去到甜品的部分,熱熱的churros外脆內軟沾上巧克力醬和雲尼拿雪糕,令整個晚餐畫上完美的句號。但份量有些少近來吃的餐廳水準都很高,而這間真的是超水準。雖然對學生而言有點貴,但連酒和食物,價錢都尚算合理。如果有能力想吃貴一點的餐廳,這是十分推薦的餐廳!!!

没想到我們聽着西班牙的音樂,真的很浪漫呀!  I can really enjoy for drinking Sangria and such a Romantic Dinner tonight, I am so happy we will planning to Spanish on this coming summer too !

香港的節日唔少,但講到氣氛,莫過於聖誕及新年長假,大部分人皆會送禮開派對,選擇共度的一伙人若非年紀相若,就是志趣相投,跟過農曆年與親人團聚不同。我們不例外,時近假日心情好,胃口亦大開,四處覓食來到這條街,遇上了Alzina ,廚窗內的新鮮蔬果吸引了我過來。全部來自西班牙,原來是一家西班牙餐廳。才新開不久,走傳統風味。裝潢結合現代西班牙及樸實鄉村風,以花紋磁磚及紅磚牆佈置比較少見,柔和的燈飾點綴亦非常協調。進門先經過酒吧處及開放式廚房,外藉廚師不害羞,見我拍照馬上配合,對比雜誌上的照片,有可能他就是西班牙藉的行政主廚。工作人員戴上聖誕老人的紅帽子,真有氣氛!環境其次,最重要有好吃的,密密麻麻的排列,飲料一張紙而晚餐有兩頁紙。西班牙的酒吧餐廳自然少不了 sangria,有6款口味的選擇,相比一般的多,除了同樣可配紅白酒或汽酒外,原來增加了未見過有的水果口味;例如萍果、提子及桃;但論另類,依然不及 hot cocktail 及 hot mocktail,一般酒吧若然有熱飲,只會是咖啡或茶,別樹一幟的又怎可不試。Tom & Jerry一杯十分有心思及創意的暖酒,需多花工夫,蛋白要打至起泡方成。

嚟到呢個位,啤酒已經飲得七七八八,開始要為下半部嘅酒精打算,由於一坐低嘅時候外籍侍應話佢哋嘅 sangria 係 the best sangria in town ,又話自己放工之後都會嗒番杯至走又盛盛盛,佢講到咁天花龍鳳,我忍唔住嗌咗一杯試下,一試之下,果然不得了,完全扭轉咗我哋呢啲港孩一直以嚟俾其他餐廳 ill treat 左咁多年,對 sangria 嘅負面感覺。從來 sangria 呢樣嘢喺我心目中都覺得係餐廳將一啲極度廉價嘅酸叔紅酒再溝埋一啲廚餘狀態嘅水果乜乜乜,配合沉哂底連攪勻都懶嘅糖漿,加幾粒冰咁就賣你一百幾十,但係原來成件事並唔係咁嘅,好似呢間餐廳咁,只要啲紅酒用靚少少,生果亦都夠新鮮夠靚嘅話,糖漿其實係唔需要多落嘅,食一啖新鮮生果嘅鮮甜,再飲一啖酒,啲酒係會被生果嘅甜味帶到出黎嘅;啜一啖新鮮檸檬嘅酸,之後啖酒嘅味道又唔一樣,完全帶領我去咗一個另外嘅領域,一個從未開拓過嘅領域。俾人 ill treat 得多嘅朋友,不妨黎呢度試試,呢個我人生中最好飲嘅 sangria 。

香蒜辣椒橄欖油煎海蝦 108,海蝦俾香蒜橄欖油煎過,未擺上枱都已經聞到佢嘅香味,香草香蒜辣椒同橄欖油呢個組合,只要分量掌握得好,本身已經無得輸,唯獨是係個蝦方面如果再新鮮啲嘅話,相信會更加好食。

特選伊比利亞黑毛豬柳拼盤238,本身無諗住嗌烤肉,因為覺得食西班牙野,主要都係食 tapas 同埋個西班牙飯, 不過個外藉店員話佢地個店名喺加泰羅尼亞語嘅意思係橡木,佢哋嘅燒烤正正係用橡木去燒嘅,伊比利亞黑毛豬本身已經係食橡木長大,再用橡木去燒烤,嗰陣香味,簡直非筆墨所能形容,特別揀咗個豬柳拼盤,可以一次過試哂三個有唔同口感,油脂同埋香度嘅部位。

中間嘅係 Presa,大概係等於膊頭附近嘅位置,係肉味同脂肪最為平衡嘅一個位置。

6pm -9:30pm 是happy hour, 所有飲品都是買一送一的,酒精飲品的選擇也有多種,除了有冷熱的cocktail 和mocktail外,西班牙菜當然不少得Sangria的份兒, 這𥚃有多達6款口味的Sangria,除了有最classic 的紅,白口味外,更有比較少見的味道sparkling,蘋果,西柚,和桃味∼ Sangria 就像是水果酒的化身,味道較甜,容易入口,可是base 還是用上紅酒或白酒來調配,由於友人滴酒不沾,對於酒量淺薄的筆者來說一個人喝上2杯一定倘不過來,所以遺憾的今天無緣與它碰杯了!

目不暇給的menu 另我們很爭扎,不知道如何選擇,有Tapas,cold cut,paellas,傳統主菜和燒烤類等等。我和友人也是獨愛傳統,口味當然也相若,我們今天沒有點Tapas,取而代之點了兩道份量十足的主菜,異口同聲的也要想吃最傳統的西班牙乳豬及西班牙海鮮飯。可是當看到隔壁點了一大堆Tapas 後,總覺得沒有tapas 的西班牙菜像缺少了什麼似的。

煮飯的海鮮有大蝦、青口、蜆,和魷魚。全部海鮮也非常新鮮,蝦味突出,顯然不是雪藏貨,青口和蜆也煮到恰到好處,非常嫩滑,還隱若吃到蜆內的海水味。橙紅色的海鮮飯以海鮮湯熬煮成的,秉承傳統西班牙味道,飯內更放有洋蔥,番茄和Paprika辣椒粉一同煮成的,所以飯的味道蠻豐富的,除了有香濃海鮮味外,更帶有番茄和paprika 的酸甜味。而且米飯更粒粒分明,米飯軟梗度適中,富有彈性,不會稀稀爛爛的,個人認為這樣更貼近道地燉飯的口味;米心要稍微有點咬口的才算是正統∼

上桌時細心的西班牙服務員為我們講解怎樣吃這道乳豬。乳豬旁邊配有2個醬汁,一個是店家特制的黑醬油,另一個是肉桂味蘋果容。服務員叮囑我們一定要先把乳豬夾到碟上後才用匙子把醬汁占上,這樣才不會讓乳豬的肉散掉。

由於一般西班牙乳豬的做法工序是非常繁複的,要做到外脆內軟確實不易,要先把乳豬用上湯慢煮然後才去烘焗才會有這樣的效果。

這裡的乳豬甘香豐腴,微焦的豬肶外皮薄脆,焗得非常鬆脆,皮與肉之間帶有一層薄薄的油脂,油脂並不算多,肉質依然嫩滑,軟稔美味,吃下去還是滿滿肉汁的,果然沒有讓我們失望,不用配上醬汁已經非常滋味。 可是香甜的蘋果容和乳豬的味道尤其搭配,果味和肉味的交融更能突出香甜而不騷的豬味。再輕度的占上帶有微甜的黑醬油,這種豐富而不膩的味道在口裡徘徊良久後才緩緩散去,令人回味無窮。

最後熱情的服務員還提點我們現在只要在Facebook 上打卡便可免費享用甜品甜品有四款選擇,更有筆者大愛的焦糖布丁呢∼可是我們都太飽了,所以只好放棄∼ 

總括來說,這裡的味道正宗又好吃,服務人員熱情又細心,正正可以感受到西班牙人熱情好客的感覺,歡渡一個非常愉快的晚上!臨走時,服務員們都向我們揮手,還做出鬼馬的表情給我們拍照,非常可愛!

仲有,隻脆皮乳豬,d皮真係脆卜卜架,但係d肉一d都唔硬仲好似煲過湯咁淋😂😂,食落就梗係好嫩滑啦😋😋😋我就覺得唔駛點sauce都已經好夠味,鍾意點野既仲可以點佢配埋既蘋果蓉。
之後黎個黑毛豬柳拼盤,呢個拼盤有3種唔同部位既豬肉,分別係Presa, Pluma同埋Secreto,都係屬於黑毛豬肩同上背既部分。我覺得其實3隻既肉質食落差唔多,d肉都係嫩滑既,我就最鍾意presa,覺得係最嫩滑。其實佢地用既醃料唔同所以先有分別姐😆😆不過3隻都係好味既😋😋😋
最後仲有個脆炸churros,即係好似油炸鬼咁,不過西班牙呢種就幼身好多,仲加左肉桂,不過我就唔太鍾意肉桂味,所以就點好多朱古力醬同雪糕黎蓋過佢既味,但係食落去好酥軟,好味呀😋😋😋
總括黎講呢餐食得好滿足😚😚

Nothing better than celebrating the end of a semester with a nice dinner, that’s why we chose this restaurant to treat ourselves something nice for the night!
Locating in Tsim Sha Tsui, this is classy Spanish restaurant with cozy dining environment. 

We really like the service of restaurant, probably it is more like the Western style, thus if you are having trouble with the choice of food, just go ahead and ask them for their recommendations.
One more thing to notice about is the portion of the food is usually shared-size, so it seems better to share the dishes with 3 or 4 people.
And to try more variety of the food, we have ordered both Tapas (you can think that as snack or appetizer) and main courses (usually are paellas/rice or cold cuts).

Before going into the signature dish that is highly recommended, I would like to mention about the two Tapas dishes. The first one is the Mussels in “Tiger” Style. The name is kind of funny, probably intended to make us aware that the dish is spicy.
As someone who is reluctant to spicy food, I think this level of spicy is acceptable. We also found it very interesting as the mussels were served in a unique way, covered with a crisp layer, the mussels has been pre-cut into smaller pieces and cooked with some spices. It tasted just fine!
Therefore, we recommended this to you if you want to try mussels that served in a different way.

The second snack we ordered is the Spanish Omelette filled with Cold fish. It was the first time that I tried the omelette in Spanish style, it was very delicious, probably is because it filled with pepper and onion

At last, the highlight of the night – the Red Lobster Rice in a Spanish Casserole
. And it was served as 1 WHOLE LOBSTER!!
It cannot look any more attractive, and the red lobster sauce that came with the rice tested so well also! Although the lobster could taste just fine without the sauce, I thought dipping the meat with sauce would make it even better. And please take photos once it served, as the server needs to serve it to your plate before the lobster was overcooked.

For the dessert, we only tried the lemon sorbet. It was a good combination to have the cinnamon crumble in the lemon sorbet, worth trying if you still not full after the main courses.

昨晚跟好友一行三人來到這家朋友介紹的西班牙餐廳共晉晚餐,由於新張期內食品半價,飲品七折,所以滿心期待。。。來之前到OpenRice 查看餐廳資料,沒有食評,看相片餐廳裝潢似乎亦是走中價路線。。。至昨晚浦進餐廳,感覺確實比想像中高格調,朋友亦戲言說追女仔可以帶她來,環境和氣氛都不錯,亦沒有酒吧般品流複雜之感!昨晚粲單:原隻龍蝦正宗西班牙飯(原價$248)個人學覺得這是最全晚最美味的菜式,龍蝦十分足料,也見鮮美,至於飯底是湯飯,廚師用了家鄉方法烹調,龍蝦鮮美滲透在湯飯之中,齒頰留香,確實是首選推介,今次半價更是超值之選,份量亦足三人品嚐,讚!西班牙燒乳豬配蘋果蓉(原價$298)這味賣相一流,相信是餐廳的招牌主食。一碟乳豬有四大片,足四人享用。乳豬皮香脆可口,肉質也上佳,但個人口味而言則覺得膩了一點,淺嚐半片剛好滿足口腹之慾。餐廳亦為客人配上蘋果蓉消膩,在乳豬的油膩中帶點清新的點綴,十分貼心!燒羊架(原價$238)這道羊架也見可口,惟跟其他餐廳的口味相若,$238略嫌太貴,今次半價則覺得價格相宜,所以亦十分滿意。西班牙火腿冷切拼盤(原價$148)這碟Cold cut 有Parma ham,

這碟Cold cut 有Parma ham, salami 和兩款西班牙肉腸,$148半價,每款有至少七八片,十分超值,兩款肉腸更是初嚐,十分好吃,配上紅酒相信更佳 ,可惜我們飯後要開車,不能沾酒。。。

Black Current Tea (原價$208)
這是經理推介的,他最先叫我們點sangria 的,但我們說不能喝酒,他就為我們推介這jar Black current tea,herbal tea配上鮮果再打汽,又是一大讚!$208略貴,不過七折,足三四人份量,圍一圍每人也不過是$50,比到酒吧喝coattail 還要便宜呢!

西班牙甜品Torrija (原價$52)
西班牙甜品Churros (原價$52)
兩味甜品都不錯,其中那個西班牙多士配雪糕也見特別,多士面鋪上焦糖,外脆內軟,吃落味道似曾相識,我們朋友三人卻又頓時想不出是什麼味到。。。最後給我想出了,對啦對啦!是白兔糖的味道!很有感覺!

總的來說,這餐十分滿意,能成為首個食評者,也感榮幸!
