北京填鴨半隻 - 吃京菜不能不吃有我至愛北京填鴨. 已預先起皮起肉, 半隻填鴨份量不多不少, 四人剛剛好, 不會過膩又可滿足吃填鴨癮. 鴨件比較瘦, 但也滿是油香, 皮肉分佈均勻, 切得厚薄如一, 配上烤餅皮, 京蔥, 青瓜絲, 海鮮醬等, 正宗吃法最令人津津樂道.雖然有點意猶未盡, 但總比太多而吃厭更珍貴.

大娘燒肉餅 - 饀料有豬或羊選擇, 我們不吃羊所以只點了豬肉. 這應該是中式漢堡飽始祖. 以中式飽點外皮加上肉末和蔬菜粒, 口感豐富, 肉餅部份夠入味, 配上清淡飽皮剛好中和味覺, 又夠飽肚感.

午門面青 - 又是一個要估的菜式. 原來是淮山片炒豬肉, 看似平凡, 但吃落不平凡. 淮山片切得很薄, 然後炸至香脆, 配上豬肉條同炒, 加上醋, 焦糖等調味, 入口甜甜酸酸的, 淮山片仍帶有脆意, 估不到平時不被人留意的食材可以製作出如此美食, 有驚喜之作.

拔絲草莓 - 朋友指定要點, 果然不負眾望. 上菜時賣相先聲奪人, 紅卜卜的士多啤梨粒上繞了鳥巢式的金絲, 相當吸晴, 連不愛拍照的男士們也忍不住拿起手機拍照起來. 這是考技術的功夫菜, 金絲是焦糖, 拉得幼細而濃密. 草莓飽滿多汁, 相當鮮甜, 加上糖絲, 甜美精緻, 金光閃閃, 很有貴氣.

Have been interested in this restaurant for ages and I finally got to try you!!The roasted duck is simply amazing 好怕啲鴨得啲肥膏 但呢到隻鴨 烤得啱啱好 唔太肥唔太瘦 正呀! 一向都中意食水煮魚 而北京老家的水煮魚十分出色 啲魚好滑 而且湯入面的芽菜 薯粉都吸哂啲辣汁 十分入味 仲試左餃子 湯丸 炒菜等 但印象不深 味道普通~ 但整體 成間餐廳都唔錯 性價比高 環境有特色 一定會再encore!!!

The roasted duck is simply amazing 好怕啲鴨得啲肥膏 但呢到隻鴨 烤得啱啱好 唔太肥唔太瘦 正呀!
一向都中意食水煮魚 而北京老家的水煮魚十分出色 啲魚好滑 而且湯入面的芽菜 薯粉都吸哂啲辣汁 十分入味
仲試左餃子 湯丸 炒菜等 但印象不深 味道普通~
但整體 成間餐廳都唔錯 性價比高 環境有特色 一定會再encore!!!

頭盤是老家心靈美,據服務員介紹是北京特產的紅蘿白切成絲,再以些醋調味而成的冷盤。
一放進口中先會感受到醋的香味,接着就是蘿白本身的甜味
每根蘿白絲也切得分明,口感相當爽脆,有別於我們平日所認識的蘿白。

再來就是主角北京填鴨
這裡的靈魂填鴨醬較薄身,味道也較清淡。
填鴨每片也連皮帶些嫩肉,不光是只有鴨皮。吃起來沒那樣油膩。
包皮一定要趁熱食,中間夾住蔥段和青瓜條中和,完全提升鴨的味道。
雖然此菜式吃了多遍,但還是樂此不疲,真偑服昔日古人對食的追求。

主食是大娘燒肉餅
外面的烤餅皮烤得很乾身,中間夾着厚厚的豬肉層,肉汁四溢。
豬肉層的豬肉也是用人手撕成絲狀,再用醬汁調味,十分惹味。 
比起平常吃到的叉子燒餅更多汁更好味。

午門面青-名字有趣, 完全摸不着是什麼食物.
細問下原來是豬肉炒脆淮山, 豬肉炒得乾身香口, 沒想像中濃味,
不過最妙之處是其炸到卜卜脆的准山薄卡, 中間夾着一塊肉來食,
異常好味,我忍不住馬上來碗白米飯, 成件事就更完美.
是整晚的亮點.

胡同牛肉刀削面- 這款刀削面面質和平日在坊間吃到的刀削面不同,
是較滑身, 好像在吃粉似的, 我個人比較愛硬身一點,不過各方各地也有其造法.
而其牛肉味濃和肉質柔軟, 加上看似濃郁但味清淡的高湯, 作為主食,感覺又不錯.

最後是萬眾期待的拔絲士多啤梨, 特別時同行的女友人, 一坐下就要說吃這個名物.
上枱後,女友人又尖叫又狂拍照, 看來她實在很是欣賞.
有別於一般的拔絲, 這沒有炸漿包住生果,又不需浸水讓其分開.
一切來自然簡潔, 直接鬆開一只放入口, 先脆後JUICE, 先甜後微酸.
既滿足甜品的胃又能解點飽滯, 妙極.


友人們也很滿意是晚的傳統食物,認為師傅用心製作,一絲不苟才能做出傳統的味道。

可以揀豬肉或者羊肉,我地叫左4個都係羊肉,上枱見到幾靚仔,燒餅表面烘得微焦,不過食落有啲漿口唔夠鬆軟,硬身左少少,但羊肉用孜然少過,再加上少少辣椒,好香口,如果包身冇咁粉再軟身返就更好!

朋友們好快手地食左2粒我先記得要影相,佢本身係有6粒。相信會食下中國菜既你唔會對豆沙高力陌生,其實「高力」係指將蛋白打至企身,再加生粉等等既材料攪成蛋白漿,而豆沙高力係會入面包豆沙餡再拎去炸,然後「碌沙」,姐係沾砂糖上食。要做到外脆內滑,而且唔會太過空氣感,呢到做得唔錯,美中不足係豆沙餡實在太少。


唔錯既中國菜,都算正宗,雖然食物唔係最最最完美,但以呢個價錢呢個裝修黎講已經完全附合性價比,同朋友們黎唔錯。

黎到專食北京菜既「北京老家」點可以唔食北京名菜式「北京填鴨」?已經好耐無食北京填鴨,以前係北京生活過一個月,果時都間唔中去食下,都食過啲好令我回味既餐廳,佢地既北京填鴨真係為之驚人,相隔左一段時間冇食,好令我期待。不過是日上枱速度好慢,眼見遲過我地入座既食客都已經上左呢道菜,但我地等左成個鐘都未有,呢點有啲令人泄氣。上枱後覺得擺盤有啲懶散,望落份量好少,餅皮較為稔同厚身左少少,放上烤鴨、青瓜條、京葱等配料,再沾上甜面醬,烤鴨皮脆,帶少許油脂,但肉質就比較嚡口同韌啲,整體中規中矩。


埋單總共係$500左右,唔算好貴,有飽肚感不過都唔係話特別飽,但都夠既,我就覺得以佢既裝修同埋食物黎講,價錢合理,如果服務同埋食物上枱時間再好啲就更好。

很久沒有吃我們至愛的片皮鴨,今晚一家人便來北京老家吃飯。店內裝潢古色古香,有很多傳統擺設,感覺很特別,侍應服務也不錯。老家心靈美 紅色的蘿蔔切成幼絲,用糖醋汁調味,是一道很特別和開胃的前菜。北京填鴨半隻 填鴨賣相不錯,餅皮很薄又熱辣辣,加上青瓜、京葱和甜醬真的很美味,只可惜份量少了一點。五門面青 豬頸肉爽口,醬汁甜甜的,淮山切成薄片再炸得香脆,令人吃得停不了。葫蘆香鴿 乳鴿炸得香脆,盛在葫蘆形的器皿內,侍應會把乳鴿剪成小塊方便客人食用,吃時加上附上的香料會惹味些。胡同牛肉刀削麵 牛肉用京葱炒過很香,而且份量很多,但刀削麵略為軟身了一點。高力豆沙熱辣辣的高力豆沙一點也不覺油膩,豆沙餡份量和甜度也適中,使我們非常滿意。

依家香港越來越多食北京填鴨嘅地方, 今次就試咗有三間分店嘅北京老家!黎呢度食飯北京填鴨一定唔少得! 呢度嘅北京填鴨唔係得塊皮,連埋肉,皮都算係脆身,都唔錯!食左一樣叫老家燜子既菜式,非常驚喜!其實我唔太清楚係啲乜嘢,但係外脆內煙韌,醬汁好似係蔴醬,出奇地幾好食,所以可以試下。除咗北京填鴨之外,我哋都試咗葫蘆香鴿,鴿肉Juicy,味道相對較濃,鐘意重口味既人應該都幾鐘意。甜品方面,拔絲香蕉就見得多,今次試咗個叫種係拔絲淮山!淮山爽口,配上外見既拔絲,新穎得黎都幾夾,食埋甜品先至完滿!

甜品方面,拔絲香蕉就見得多,今次試咗個叫種係拔絲淮山!淮山爽口,配上外見既拔絲,新穎得黎都幾夾,食埋甜品先至完滿!
