我呢日就係食LUNCH 嘅,因為BOOK左位,所以唔駛等就可以入座喇。佢環境好,裝修好,牆上面的晝都好有特色,而且台與台之間又唔會太近,坐得舒服,所以價錢都偏貴。佢LUNCH基本有兩款SET,麵SET OR 客飯麵SET就係一碗麵,配一個小食而我地今日就叫客飯,因為全女班,唔大食,所以5個人叫左4個餐客飯有湯、小菜、飯同糖水分別係紅燒茄子、醬爆雞丁、糖醋排骨同糖醋魚當中我推介紅燒茄子同醬爆雞丁份量大╴味道好

到底香港邊到有正宗嘅北京填鴨同北京菜食?上網搵咗啲資料,北京老家係非常出名食北京菜,而且環境係超級有中國風味,所以就約咗朋友去食個晚餐。門口真係好特別 好有博物館嘅感覺,充滿濃濃嘅中國風味。枱下係有養住金魚嘅盤仔,好吸睛之外仲要好有古代風格,未食就大飽眼福打卡一流啦。麻辣土豆絲嘅土豆絲非常脆口,啖啖入口都充滿麻辣嘅醬汁,又麻又辣嘅感覺惹味又過癮作為一個前菜非常開胃。大娘燒肉餅好多餡料好厚身,外面嘅包質感似饅頭比較乾身,但餡料夠多同夠肉汁,而且味道好濃岩曬我重口味人士,完全解決咗面包乾身依個問題,好食。北京炸醬麵好濃味香口,麵身質感軟硬適中仲帶點煙un。午門面青姐係淮山炒豬頸肉,醬汁嘅味道係帶啲甜味,豬頸肉好入味同埋份量好夠多,好岩用嚟送白飯或者送酒。最尾我地哪叫咗北京填鴨,有得揀嗌全隻或半隻。皮、鴨肉、京蔥再加大匙醬料,再一啖送入口,鴨肉嘅油脂好香唔會太肥或太瘦,皮又夠薄 京蔥又可以解到膩,食多十幾塊都唔係問題。高力豆沙好甜好好味,外脆內鬆軟嘅外皮,加上入面又綿密又香嘅紅豆餡,作為一個美好嘅ending。

胡蘆白鴿,我對這款菜式有少少失望,起初以為像是燒乳鴿的,好像整隻乳鴿拿去燒感覺有點兒浪費,不過這樣的食法還是第一次,外皮脆炸了鎖緊乳鴿肉汁,但要立刻吃,職員還會幫你拆細剪細份。

早兩日同屋企人去食北京老家,裝潢設計由外到內都係濃烈嘅傳統中國色彩,就好似在仿前朝的飄逸咁。其中最難忘嘅係師傅現場拉麵條畀我哋一班食客睇,由師傅嘅手打麵,可以睇得出師傅功力深厚,一揉一拉,每條麵條粗度一樣,就好似機器一樣精而準,不用三兩下功夫就拉出麵條來。第一道係北京老家馳名嘅招牌菜-老家心靈美,係必點嘅名菜,一試難忘,酸酸甜甜咁十分開胃。第二道就係北京填鴨,熱辣辣皮香肉嫩,唔會太油膩,唔會膩口令人想一食再食。再來就係蒜蓉炒白菜,雖然係家常小菜,但都與別不同,薑絲同蒜蓉好入味,又可以消滯解膩。最後就係紅油抄手,食得出非一般功架,老土都要講句皮薄餡靚,再加上淡淡的蒜香同辣油,令味道層次昇華。
