為了飽肚的燒飯團,本身不帶任何期望,估不到燒飯團可以做得這麼出色,飯團表面燒的剛好,飯焦脆身,但又不會弄黑表面,內裏的飯糰十分煙韌加上淡淡的咸味,完成了一趟豐富的晚餐。

*燒飯糰:貪心既我地決定食個飯糰作完美既句號,本來想試既明太子飯糰已經售罄,就試下木魚(柴魚)同梅子。燒飯糰受熱均勻,但比想像中乾,米粒好香而且偏向飯焦味,我既木魚碎都幾特別,但會令到本身已乾身既飯糰更乾.....或者同串燒配搭一齊食會無咁dry,單獨啃就唔建議啦。

高質既燒物,絕對不限於Yakitori!!! 雖然價錢偏言,但可以試咁多款同好氣氛,都係唔錯既選擇!

同個朋友響銅鑼灣行完街, 大家慶之所志好想傾多陣, 佢帶左我黎呢間類似居酒屋既小店.雖然鋪頭唔算大, 但環境開揚, 而家天氣涼, 有D風吹下吹下, 又飲下野, 好舒服.先要個玉子蛋, 個蛋暖暖地, 入口好滑, 軟腍腍, 蛋味好香.燒雞翼燒得香口, 雞皮脆脆地, 但又唔會太乾, 肉質夠入味.燒豆腐外脆內嫩, 表面加左D調味, 所以夠晒味唔覺淡, 豆腐入口夠滑.燒芝士年糕, 燒到熱辣辣, 軟熟好煙韌, 芝士味偏淡, 所以無咁覺漏, 好有日式風味.燒物仲要左是日speical燒油甘魚, 燒魚零舍香, 表面香脆, 但入口肉質非常軟嫩. 加埋鹽燒所以唔點調味都已經夠晒味, 食出魚既原有鮮味, 非常好味.仲有黑毛和牛棒, 好似免治既做法, 用左D汁一齊燒, 口感唔乾, 而且好入味. 肉質亦好嫩滑, 肉味香濃, 食材非常讚.呢度既日式串燒或燒物都做得非常好, 而且環境舒服, 好適合黎relax食下野吹下水.

最近天氣總是很悶熱,先來一碟冰凍的黑松露蕃茄,帶來一陣涼快,蕃茄鮮甜中帶點微酸,是一道涼透心的開胃菜。芝士控的我,又如何可以放過燒芝士年糕呢?年糕軟軟嫩嫩,煙韌痴纏的它怎能缺少芝士作伴,流心的芝士帶點淡淡的香氣,味道溫和,略帶鹽味。烤豆腐大大件,表面塗上濃濃的醬汁,咬開豆腐的表皮後,便會發現嫩滑帶點微甜的豆腐正在埋藏著。烤牛舌是不錯的選擇,厚實的它完全無違和感。舞茸黑豚卷,黑豚味道豐厚,舞茸吸收了不少黑豚及醬汁的味道,帶來爽脆的口感,令人一試難忘。烤松葉蟹蓋難得一遇的海鮮,蟹蓋舖滿松葉蟹柳,味道鮮甜可口,配上蔬菜增添了深層的口感。鹿兒島豚角煮是令人驚嘆的一道,豚肉煮得軟稔入味,入口即化的油脂,令人甚是滿足。最後拉下落幕的是冰凍烏冬,淡淡的醬油味配上幼細的烏冬,為這頓飯畫上最美好的句號。
