家门口的米其林推荐小食,应该是香港最贵的越南米粉?(旁边不远的一碗面也是号称香港最贵的中式面)这家店营业时间挺短,晚上关门很早,周日还休息,以前来的时候门口总是很多人,也没有什么耐心排队,终于工作日下班的时候经过发现没什么人,赶紧打卡。店内环境还是很不错的,装修的比较小清新,有点像西餐厅的风格,桌椅,餐具也不错,印象最深的就是土豪金的汤勺了。点了特级生牛肉粉加牛筋配上苏打水,上菜速度还是挺快的,粉的分量一般般,味道确实还不错,汤底很入味,生牛肉分量有点少,牛筋加的感觉物有所值,12块给的蛮多的,自己如果口味重还可以加一下调料,整体而言挺好吃。服务一般般吧,店里一开始就我一个客人,两个服务员坐在附近,跟看着吃一样,不太喜欢这样的感觉。总体而言,人不多的时候可以尝试的一家越南河粉店。

再黎係試佢既粉質,有口感,但唔算最出色,係香港真係唔錯!

另外加左個春卷,not bad!

整體PHO、牛肉粉可以尋回地道的感覺,最值得一提係份量啱啱好,因為實在去過太多間粉太多,直到最後啲粉又開始將將地,越食越多啊!
以後食晏又多個選擇啦

閒日下午,午飯時間,花了15分鐘左右排隊。幸好店舖安排門口有一把大風扇,烈日當空等待還可忍耐。附近環境清幽,有不少特色小酒吧和小咖啡店。這裡也是店子小小,中間一張大枱,非常西式的設計。進餐廳前在點菜紙上選擇食飯。像吃日式拉麵一樣,越南粉可選大中小程序的蔥量、莞茜量等等。價錢也和吃一碗拉麵差不多。一坐下,二話不說點了生牛河。非常好吃。最重要的湯底,沒有失望,非常清甜,牛肉也鮮嫩。越南粉最重要的其他配菜,全部也做得剛剛好。河粉口感非常好,洋蔥、芽菜、香草、青檸配搭得宜。嗜辣的朋友可問餐廳拿一碟紅椒,不另收費。但一碗河粉份量較少,對男生來說,恐怕要加底或另叫小食才會夠飽。

As stated in the title, brass spoon's pho was expensive and did not worth the hype nor the wait. Went there for lunch and the wait was 30 minutes for the 3 of us, which was quite dreadful especially in the summer. Soup was quite bland and portion was extremely small. Noodles were slightly overcooked, therefore did not have a nice chew to it. Although, beef was flavourful and tender. If you want an overpriced fancy bowl of pho, Brass Spoon would be your go-to. As stated in the title, brass spoon's pho was expensive and did not worth the hype nor the wait. Went there for lunch and the wait was 30 minutes for the 3 of us, which was quite dreadful especially in the summer. Soup was quite bland and portion was extremely small. Noodles were slightly overcooked, therefore did not have a nice chew to it. Although, beef was flavourful and tender. 

If you want an overpriced fancy bowl of pho, Brass Spoon would be your go-to. If you want some authentic and flavourful pho, try some place else. In summary, it's a bowl of pho I'd pay at most $60 for, definitely not worth the $88.

是日下雨天。今早去金鐘做完野,就準備為今日既午餐打算一下。上網發現呢間有米芝蓮加持既越南粉面店就響附近,既然係米芝蓮推介店,就即管去試一試!其實餐廳位置都幾難揾,首先要響灣仔同金鐘交界揾一氣大斜路行上去,然後再穿過細巷先到達。黎到店門前已經有5-6人排隊,雖然係下雨天,但都無阻大家排隊等食既心情,之後店員會預先派筆同點餐紙比客人,等左大約15分鐘出入座,被店員安排坐於吧枱位置,可以望到廚師於面前製作,感覺不錯。 點左「越式生熟牛肉粉」另跟一碗香料 (青檸﹑芽菜) 比客人,甫上枱就即刻試下頭啖湯先~ 果然,湯底清甜而濃郁,飲完湯都唔覺口渴,貌似無添加味精;生牛肉呈淡淡既粉紅色﹑熟牛肉肉質鮮嫩唔老;河粉滑溜呈幼身,同濃郁既湯底同吃確實幾夾,不過份量奇少,以一個正常女仔既份量都略嫌不足,何況更要索價$85/碗,價錢係離地定係貼地,恐怕都要閣下自行定奪喇!
