新鮮焗製的酸種麵包外層鬆脆,帶有嚼勁,配以香濃牛油。係我食過咁多sourdough中,比較好食的!

沙律材料十分豐富,有生菜,醃製的紅菜頭,小蕃茄,紫洋蔥,合桃,配以黑醋汁,十分開胃。喜歡吃芝士的人,還可以加$28加配山羊芝士。

我選擇了三成熟(medium rare), 外圍微烤,入面半生,帶點紅色。肉質鮮嫩多汁,油脂分佈平均。配以胡椒醬同埋香草蛋黃醬。

來自緬因州的龍蝦個頭一點也不小,蝦殼微微燒焦,肉質鮮嫩,蝦身有鮮橙色的蝦膏,十分香濃,餐廳很貼心地拆了蟹鉗的肉,讓女士們也能輕鬆保持table manner。😸

自家製柚子芝士蛋糕,清新的柚子,配以香濃的芝士,出奇地相襯。

Canale 可麗露
因外型似小鈴鐺,所以有天使之鈴的美名,傳統法式甜點,表層是硬脆又厚實的褐色焦糖外殼,內部是半融化狀的蛋糕糊,新鮮焗製,散發著酒香和香草味。

店如其名,相信店主是想各位食客記得這間法式小餐館。

上層綠茶泡沫,中間濃縮咖啡,加以牛奶,調和Bourbon Whiskey。十分容易入口。好有特色,仲有一片佢哋餐廳特色嘅朱古力片做裝飾!打卡一流!

相信大部份人的童年時光都是充滿色彩繽紛的,這杯雞尾酒以菠蘿,斑蘭葉,Rum酒,雲呢拿,椰子汁製成,層次十分豐富,香甜豐富。

TARO TOWER
粉紅色嘅奶昔狀cocktail其實係芋頭,加上焦糖伏特加、白可可甜酒、榛子醬,味道好香濃嘅芋頭味,另外又有朱古力同埋焦糖嘅味道,甜而不膩。

焦糖代嘅又焦香嘅香脆外皮,裏面有煙煙韌韌又半融化嘅吉士味道,又有酒香同埋香草味。


招牌朱古力梳乎厘配雪糕
外層朱古力烤到微微焦香,內餡相對上好濕潤又充滿朱古力嘅濃郁味道。是日雪糕係野莓雪糕,帶點酸甜味又可以中和朱古力嘅甜味。
