2. My friend ordered a Hainan Chicken Clay Pot Rice, and I was a bit more adventurous so I ordered this  Eel Clay Pot Rice in Matcha Flavour with Sakura Shrimp. We shared the two pots and were actually quite happy (and full!) with the quality of food.
3. The matcha flavoured clay pot rice might sound strange at first, but it’s actually surprisingly nice. The slightly burnt rice at the bottom, together with a hint of matcha is definitely a hit! Not to mention the delicious eel on top, as well as the tiny bits of sakura shrimps that go with the dish.
4. The Hainan chicken clay pot rice is also good, but comparatively less exciting that this matcha one. The boneless chicken was so tender and smooth, and the yellow rice was even more tasty than ordinary “ginger oil rice” because of the clay pot.
5. I adore the interior design of the restaurant, as it reinvented a 70s Hong Kong style dining vibes with a bit of modern touch.

今日係將軍澳東港城見到一間港式餐廳,個店名幾盞鬼叫「砂煲兄弟」,再望一望內裏嘅裝修似七,八十年代所以吸引到我注意同幫襯。晚飯時間都有幾多人排隊,不過等左一陣間就已經入得喇 ; 本身諗住佢有章魚既煲仔飯,不過可惜係無既。最後叫咗臘味煲仔飯同蝦多士。蝦多士 : 雖然爽口彈牙,但唔夠熱同比較油膩。臘味煲仔飯 : 份量幾大,潤腸味道好濃郁,有入口即溶既感覺 ; 臘腸都好香,而且重有啲腩片同飯焦都好脆口,不過味道始終不及街邊咁地道,就算落左佢地既豉油食,味道都係差啲。整體黎講如果想食煲仔飯又想方便既話可以幫襯下,如果唔係都係去廟街食會好啲。

臘味煲仔飯 : 份量幾大,潤腸味道好濃郁,有入口即溶既感覺 ; 臘腸都好香,而且重有啲腩片同飯焦都好脆口,不過味道始終不及街邊咁地道,就算落左佢地既豉油食,味道都係差啲。


整體黎講如果想食煲仔飯又想方便既話可以幫襯下,如果唔係都係去廟街食會好啲。

今日同同事放lunch去咗公司附近嘅東港城覓食。近排食得太多西餐就想食d中菜。今次揀咗依間出各食煲仔類嘅餐廳。餐廳嘅裝修幾有特色,主打香港情懷,環境亦不錯,光線充足。小食方面,我地點咗個炸蝦雲吞。雖然放咗一陣,但個炸皮依然好鬆脆,而且個炸皮唔會好厚,點埋個泰式辣醬就更惹味。煲類方面,我地叫咗個推介嘅懷舊砂窩雲吞雞($88)。雞湯唔會太咸,有鮮味。份量都好足夠,有紹菜同少量洋蔥,雲吞大概六隻,雞大概係1/4隻,雞肉肉質結實,雞味冇因為浸過湯而變淡。牛類嘅煲都有幾款揀,我地就揀咗個紅酒牛尾,都係$88,再加$28配白飯同湯。個紅酒牛尾煲好夠熱,上嘅時候個汁仲熱到起氣泡,而且牛尾煲嘅紅酒味同蕃茄味都好濃。牛尾燜得好腍,煲嘅蔬菜好足料,有生菜、蕃茄、豆角等。最後點咗杯咖啡涼粉作結。

和朋友飯敍,選了這間有懷舊裝修的餐廳。餐具幾特別,看似瓦的食具,其實是膠造的!先來一個三蔥牛仔骨:三蔥應該是京蔥、洋蔥和大蒜, 加了特製的醬汁 ,特別juicy,牛仔骨不肥膩,又不韌,味道香香甜甜。花雕醉雞翼: 花雕酒味不會太濃烈 ,但淡淡的酒味同雞翼是一個好配搭,雞翼皮爽爽的,肉很滑。臘味煲仔飯:熱騰騰的飯有淡淡的燒焦飯味,飯裏面有臘腸、潤腸和臘肉, 全部都已切好一片片 ,所有的香味滲落了入白飯裡, 再配上煲仔飯豉油 ,色香味俱全。 最好的是飯並沒有因為臘味而很油。竹笙杞子京湯浸時菜:有竹笙、杞子 、白菜、雜菇 ,配上一個濃濃的菜湯 ,不油膩,清清甜甜真的好味。竹笙更吸收了所有菜的精華,美味可口,我們結果整個菜湯飲清光。還有透心涼的紅豆冰奶茶:珍珠奶茶飲得多,這個飲品把兩種有香港特色的飲品合二為一,奶茶味濃郁, 紅豆夠綿,幾啱key。

經朋友介紹先知呢邊開左呢間野都一段時間所以就黎食下 話明砂煲兄弟咁就當然要食哂所有砂煲嘅野食不過諗下好啦我地就叫左惹味麻香胡椒雞雞肉好嫰滑而且已經起哂骨食落好方便胡椒味都好重好香濃最特別係有好多三色椒好清甜 另外仲有呢個鰻魚煲仔飯飯唔算好飽滿但飯焦超香脆如果鍾意食煲仔飯飯焦既真係要試下而且飯加埋豉油好好味而鰻魚肉質好腍煮得好好特別係魚油滲入左飯度好香好惹味 呢個邪惡金沙西多士都係廚師推薦所以我地都叫左個呢款小食真係好邪惡係一座西多士山每一舊西多都好似磚頭仔咁一啖食落去好滿足西多士炸得好香口而且朱古力粒同朱古力醬好足料好香濃西多入面既花生醬都好濃郁如果有埋牛油就真係完美 再飲埋呢個紅豆冰就夠哂杯野好大杯配埋餐用半價買好抵而且紅豆好足料飲落比一般既紅豆冰更香濃更加甜

東港城除了近一田超市開了幾間新食店外,亦開了這間砂煲兄弟。砂煲兄弟這名字感覺很親切亦很貼題,應該是以煲仔飯煲仔菜為主打。砂煲兄弟名字設計得卡通化。裝修方面,磚仔牆身磚仔地板,加上模仿舊式窗花的裝飾,顏色則用上帶黃的綠色與木色,新潮與懷舊兼備。餐廳除煲仔飯煲仔菜外,亦有脆皮豬手、小食、甜品及懷舊飲品。秘製脆皮慢煮豬手脆皮豬手於商場海報就已經見到其踪影,應該是餐廳推介。脆皮豬手的價錢與西餐廳相比,實在算是十分便宜。豬手皮與豬手肉上枱時已經分離切好,豬手皮比一般燒肉皮要厚,入口較硬身但依然脆口,豬手肉味道不鹹,軟硬適中,可以點上黃芥末增添辣度。東瀛抹茶櫻花蝦鰻魚煲仔飯此煲仔飯加上抹茶味,味道比一般煲仔飯清香,感覺較不油膩。鰻魚切成細細件,肥美甘香,想不到抹茶與鰻魚都可以煮成煲仔飯。竹笙杞子京湯浸時蔬此菜煲加入乾菇菌提味,即使是菜煲亦不會太清淡。竹笙小白菜吸滿高湯味道,入口很濃郁鮮甜。
