呢一個西多士真係不得了,非常邪惡!佢嘅西多士炸到金黃色,咬落去非常脆。多士入面係夾咗一層厚厚嘅花生醬,真係超級好食!上面仲淋上了很多朱古力醬同白朱古力碎,食落去超濃朱古力味,我相信任何鍾意食甜點嘅人都會好鍾意呢一個西多士。

肥妹仔我去到茶餐廳就一定會叫一杯凍奶茶黎試下嘅!佢呢個凍奶茶沖得好滑好順口,茶味同奶味比例啱啱好,水準不錯。

餐廳新開無耐,但今晚係第二次幫襯!上次第一次係假日,今日即係星期五晚。第一次試純粹因屋企人提議試新餐廳,本身plan 好六點去:一係平時屋企習慣早食晚飯(屋企六點幾開飯),二係將軍澳區假日一過六點,大部分餐廳都係排「長龍」、「中龍」、「短龍」。但最後六點九先到餐廳,眼前屬一條「中龍」。結果等左四十五分鐘,但因餐廳座落大屋苑商場,四十五分鐘行陣唔會覺得好長既。今晚(星期五)屋企人都係七點幾先去,但據聞(因小妹屬遲到的一個)完全唔洗排隊。小妹去到嗰陣已開始菜到:先介紹一下,呢間餐廳菜如其名,絕大部分既菜式係用砂煲上 (連甜品都係,但未試),碗碟杯都屬砂煲質地,幾得意,裝修係懷舊同摩登既結合!最記得上次一入餐廳,聽到佢播緊「似水流年」,有feel!最快跑出係「竹笙杞子京湯浸時蔬」!竹笙好爽,雖然唔知京湯係咩,但個湯唔會太咸或太淡,白菜唔會太淋身,好足料!上菜速度啱啱好,每道菜唔會隔好耐,幾道菜都係差唔多時間上!之後係豉椒炒大蜆,如下圖,大蜆係大蜆,並非花甲size!99% 係開哂殼,食貝殼類海鮮最怕有大半係殼未打開又或者有沙,但呢個真係okay!屬會番炒既一道菜!有菜有海鮮,跟住係三杯雞煲,

先介紹一下,呢間餐廳菜如其名,絕大部分既菜式係用砂煲上 (連甜品都係,但未試),碗碟杯都屬砂煲質地,幾得意,裝修係懷舊同摩登既結合!最記得上次一入餐廳,聽到佢播緊「似水流年」,有feel!

上菜速度啱啱好,每道菜唔會隔好耐,幾道菜都係差唔多時間上!


之後係豉椒炒大蜆,如下圖,大蜆係大蜆,並非花甲size!99% 係開哂殼,食貝殼類海鮮最怕有大半係殼未打開又或者有沙,但呢個真係okay!屬會番炒既一道菜!

有菜有海鮮,跟住係三杯雞煲,媽子至愛既雞肉!三杯雞味道有種泰式風情,因加左唔同香椒,好清新同開胃,雞肉好滑,大部分亦去皮,keep fit 既朋友食一兩件都唔怕。

三餸跟住當然要有一飯 —— 煲仔飯!


呢度既煲仔飯幾特別!材料唔係傳統嗰幾款鳳爪排骨、臘味..等,雖然佢都有一兩款係傳統之選,但有得揀,小妹當然揀特式嗰d,再加上...傳統嗰幾款感覺比較肥膩!


上次試左鰻魚櫻花蝦,今次試蒜香海龍皇(姐係海鮮什錦)。有蝦、青口、魚塊、魷魚...美中不足係,比起上次,今次個飯較濕,變左難有飯焦!唔知係因為個材料組合問題,定係廚師今晚失準!?

本身食素既,但唔係要求嚴格執行嗰啲,尤其係香港出街食我都會話冇肉就得。雖然唔知製作過程,但食左個南乳齋煲,分開一煲煲煮感覺上放心左,最重要係好味,食素既人可以多個選擇,同埋問佢地都會再仔細幫我問清楚廚房係唔係素既。不過加錢個湯就冇素既,因為食南乳冇理由唔加飯,但對於我黎講有得咁揀已經好好👍🏼我屋企人就唔係食素,佢哋話其他野都幾好食,細細煲唔會話驚食唔晒浪費,我地四個人叫左三個煲啱啱好食晒。價錢我覺得都算係咁上下,不過最滿意係坐得都算舒服,雖然要搭枱,但唔會話迫到好辛苦。下次都會去食

東港城,一年光景食市番天,好多地方都轉左,多左好多間餐廳,咁兒時好友要慶我回歸坑口,特別和佢蝦子餅入來請我吃飯,找找東港城食市,見砂煲兄弟這個名字有親切感,早一天打電話去訂枱,話冇得訂,如果晚市6點應該有位,咁就早吃啦!星期六,6點前就見長龍,數一數未過30,有位掛,等了10分鐘左右開始入坐,有臨窗位置。食物叫了兩個煲仔飯,松露雞&窩旦牛,兩個餸,當日廚師推介有蝴蝶蚌&沙蜆,我地叫左沙蜆同甚麼京湯海鮮菜煲,待應話《京湯》系佢地秘制。整體食物吾錯,味精應該吾多,可惜兩個餸應該漏左單,足足等左45分鐘

個汁同牛尾係完全分離, 咬落牛尾又韌又唔入味, 感覺唔到有一齊煲過既味道, 汁還汁, 牛尾還牛尾
好明顯係分開煮, 上菜撈兩撈既手法, 個汁入唔到去, 牛尾既精華亦溶唔到落個汁, 而且個汁根本就唔係紅酒牛尾, 加醋整色整水, 失敗

住得係坑口,厚德商場、東港城、連理街、南豐廣場呢d都係我必到嘅食堂,自從有次去東港城諗住響中銀入錢,驚見中銀汁左,貼哂廣告話有新餐廳開,我就一路都捕住睇下有咩野會開。今日終於有機會嘗下鮮,原來呢度開左間砂煲兄弟,茶餐廳是也。餐廳主題以舊港式茶餐廳為主題,餐廳真係左好多砂煲係度做佈置。環環都幾順眼,座位都幾寬敞舒服,可以長坐消磨。望下餐牌,早餐黎講有d小貴,唔知係咪因為係早餐時間,無野同砂煲有關,叫左個A餐轉炒蛋。早餐同餐飲都幾快上檯,通粉大大粒,唔會淋滋滋嘅,係我鐘意食嘅果款通粉。平時食開鮑片火腿通,都會覺得有d甜,佢地加左扎肉做配菜,送入口咸甜剛好。炒蛋不過不失,下次我會叫佢煮生d,腸仔唔鐘意食,咖啡叫左濃d都唔多濃。🤔性價比唔多高,韓樂好食d。

🤔性價比唔多高,韓樂好食d。
