佢地用一個好大好靚既碗盛載啲蟲草花忌廉湯,蟲草花用火背乾,做出好脆的效果。好靚,而且湯好濃忌廉味,配蟲草花好飲又好食😋


來到main course,澳洲慢煮牛里脊肉,因為慢煮,所以炆得好淋,肉汁亦鎖住喺肉度,好幸福既感覺。配上松露汁,肉有嫩既口感,亦有濃郁既菌香。由於坐bar枱,望住廚師好有心思把主菜上碟,值得為主菜拍多幾張相。


佢哋既Latte 拉花好靚,好creamy, 咖啡味幾香,中上既水準,值回票價。


中環食飯貴,係無容置疑。呢個set 一啲都唔平,但食到好精緻既西餐,碟碟菜都美輪美奐,見到廚師既功力和心機,真係好似置身法國餐廳食 fine dining。做野咁辛苦,都算值得既。

This is not a classic fine dining place but a cozy and chill kitchen to offer the high-end fusion menu. Everything was quite on point, I especially loved the add on snack chicken wing and dessert!
The Butterfly Cut Chicken Wings was so delicious, the lemon peel dressing was so refreshing, totally enhanced the flavour for the wing, and it actually is like a schnitzel version of wing, every bite was so meaty and so satisfying!
The Homemade Sourdough Pineapple Bun w/ peanut & cranberry butter was mouthwatering good, the peanut & cranberry butter melting in the warm bun, how can u resist from this!

Overall, I enjoyed all the innovative dishes from Daap, the fusion of western cuisine with Chinese twist, nice vibe and reasonable price, a small hearty restaurant that worths more recognitions.

Came to Daap for lunch with my mom. We both got the same soup and dessert, but different mains. The soup was tasty and velvety smooth, with nice presentation. They don’t use a spoon to scoop out the soup, they use a professional cone. However, it could have been served a little warmer. Our mains were good too, we liked watching the chef toss the carbonara with the sauce on the pan in a very professional way! As portions are quite small, we felt hungry after the main but after having the dessert

Before they change the winter menu, gonna rush this post out 😂Wow I like wo, unexpected delicious, especially the cherry tomato homemade pasta, it tasted like Tom yum flavour w/ a nice pasta texture, very interesting. Liked the pan fried Queensland grouper, crispy skin and yumm creamy sauce but slightly salty for me. Also, the corfyceps flower cream soup and their homemade sourdough were yumm too, sourdough so good! High expectations for their pineapple bun but I was disappointed, didn’t WOW me
