想同朋友仔找個好地方吃個飯傾傾計,找到這裏。由於時間太早,入到去只有我們兩個,好像包了場一樣。一位相信是老闆的男士來介紹menu, 他說剛剛轉了新餐牌,我就叫他介紹一下。最後決定各揀一個set,來分享。這裏地點不算很就腳,但是想到來環境很舒服, 有燭光晚餐的感覺!入黑了氣氛更加良好!包包熱辣辣香脆, 不錯!沙律新鮮,流心蛋配黑椒吞拿魚。兩個人分享剛剛好。凍湯有薄荷的清香味,感覺很醒胃。青口很肥美,不過略咸左啲啲。意大利飯口感不俗, 因為係share, 這個份量剛剛好!我揀咗呢一個雞卷,一攞到來非常香!切開之後芝士流出來的!嘩!巧巧味!!有驚喜!朋友仔揀了三文魚,她說也不錯!自家製甜品,口感也算可以。飲品就沒有什麼特別了。整體來說食物環境也不錯,感覺他們很有誠意做好啲西餐。值得支持!

朋友介紹後今晚來到銅鑼灣的樓上西餐廳,全海景的西餐廳頗是浪漫誘人,吃個晚餐的確是很好的選擇。先送上自家製法包。自家製麵包鬆軟軟熟,烘得香脆,散發出濃郁的麵包香味。伴上醋油,味道出色誘人,添加多一條也是必然的。帶子和魚蓉製成的他他,入口鮮香甜嫩,配上麵包片,非常細膩得出色,輕輕一口,帶子爽嫩甜美,魚蓉增加黏度更為出色。魚香濃郁沒有絲毫腥味,伴上麵包粒,吸盡湯中鮮味,更是惹味。魚湯打得幼滑,滿滿鮮味,香甜無比。羊架烤至5成熟是餐廳的主打菜式,粉嫩的羊肉羊味濃郁,羶香滿滿不膩口,煎得香嫩焦香,肉質頗為嫩口,擦上旁邊的蒜粒味道更是出色,蒜香滿滿又是另一層次的味道。

My starter was Chicken Ceasar Salad.
Vegetables were so fresh and green.
A waitress told me they were all from organic farms.
No wonder they tasted different from the ordinary one.
But the chicken was a bit overcooked. It was not that tender.
But if you goes with a really good extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar,
that the restaurant provided,
the taste was inspired.

想跟朋友靜靜咁傾吓計,於是係openrice找咗間樓上有海景嘅餐廰!晚餐主要題供SET DINNER!我今日揀咗沙律!係我最鐘意嘅水牛芝士蕃茄沙律!面頭有我最鐘意嘅rocket,我鐘意rocket獨有嘅香味,而且帶有甜味又有少少辛辣嘅感覺,層次比一般嘅香草豐富!另外,水牛芝士味道清新可口,質感比較煙韌、扎實,有一種好似食緊肉類嘅感覺!通常水牛芝士都會用來配沙律食嘅,水牛芝士配上蕃茄再加上橄欖油及香草!蕃茄亦好鮮甜!鵝肝煎得剛剛好!表面香脆、內裏仍然十分嫩滑!食起來油香滿口、味道甘香!再配上旁邊既蘋果泥可以降低油脷嘅感覺!旁邊嘅多士也很香脆!Main course我揀咗西班牙黑毛豬!肉質鮮嫩、味道濃郁!即使厚切仍能保持鮮嫩、鬆軟腍身!燒嘅時間、火喉亦控制得剛剛好,中間肉質部位仍然係粉紅色的,十分鮮嫩!甜品係焦糖燉蛋,唔係太甜,蛋味濃厚!最後飲返杯咖啡,圓滿收場!

由於鵝肝好細塊,吾會好膩,不過夠技巧的話都切開兩片配兩塊面包.
塊肝吾算好香好香,食落都係有少少苦味,同埋少少烤焦味(特色??

1.)BEEF CHEEK(下圖)
得2位同事叫左衣個,我地分少少黎試,個個都後悔冇叫衣碟...
牛得兩塊面,所以CHEEK肉其實係好特別同好珍貴~~
經理都係咁叫我地試衣個,但因為同事好保守,所以都係叫牛排.
細細一塊牛面肉係好林好林,好似食牛腩咁!燜左好耐ge牛腩mode.
基本上吾係好洗點切,用把叉大力少少已經可以扯開d纖維.
食落去林得黎又好有口感,係需要用牙咬ge林度,吾係散曬咁.
叫左全熟但都吾會有"un"的感覺.

我吾知牛吾同位置ge排有咩分別,不過排比我ge感覺吾會有咩驚喜,
不過佢都會係好食ge中高級範圍入面.
只因食牛排的同事都想轉做牛面了,牛面的驚喜感太大了.
肉眼排同事叫半熟,但好似有點太熟,冇血水,但入面有少少紅咁.

經理係期間好似都FEEL到我地班人有幾餓,
有SAY SORRY,話等多陣好快上菜,不過我地全程都真係冇催佢.
吾知係咪個晚廚房有D咩阻滯,定不嬲都咁GE速度呢?
上菜慢GE好處係,如果係一大班朋友去食,可以坐好耐好耐,都開心GE.

見眾多食評都以 fine dining 評價. 友人是懂飲懂吃之人, 今天和友人穿得漂漂亮亮來吃. 吃後總結來說, 這兒未能算是fine dine. 不是說不是 fine dine 就等於差, 是如果心態錯了, 吃的期望有落差, 會影響對食物的評價. 這兒是一家有海景的西餐廳, 見酒櫃有不少種類的酒, 適合一班人的聚會. 而價錢來說, 定價都合理, 400元有四道菜.這橦食廈之前都有來過, 主打就是這漂亮的維港景色.餐廳共有2款tasting menu 選擇, 像私房菜. 餐廳說因為廚房不大, 想專注一點, 而餐牌每兩星期轉一次. 前菜的賣相精緻, 火箭菜細心的圍了一個方型, parma ham 企了碟中, 原來裡面用哈蜜瓜承托. Parma ham 未算太油潤, 但卷著哈密瓜吃時, 哈密瓜的甜味可以補足火腿的味道. 面上方的鮮無花果, 如果不太早切會更好, 因現在有少少乾身.

蕃茄湯 (前菜二選一)
本來的周打湯沒有了, 轉了一個蕃茄蓉龍蝦湯, 更抵.
聞的時侯, 龍蝦味都很特出, 而湯是蕃茄蓉的質感, 飲下去是濃濃的茄味, after taste 才是龍蝦味. 這個配搭其實十分協調, 是不俗的嚐試.

Hokkaido Scallop Tartar
帶子切的幼細, 但口感還保留. 底層牛油果切粒大小相若, 咬口一致. 一起吃時, 有陣熟悉的酒樓味道, 硬是覺的在吃炸帶子? 感覺很得意, 就當是味道的新衝擊吧.
旁邊有烘到香脆的麵包, 和另外一份沙律菜, 雖有點重覆, 但增加了賣相的美感.

Spainsh Iberico pork chop (主菜二選一)
很細個時, 有人跟我說, 不會吃大陸的豬, 因為有陣怪味, 所以佢在外吃飯是不會吃豬的, 只會回家吃貴點的外國豬. 自從前兩年伊比利黑毛豬鞍的興起, 我才知道佢說什麼, 而我都走了同一條路...這兒的伊比利豬排用低溫慢煮, 可能要煮幾小時, 都是用心機和時間做的菜式.

和平時吃的先煎後焗豬鞍不同, 這兒的慢煮豬排沒有咬下去爆油爆汁之感, 而是十分軟滑. 中心部份還有點生, 有極好的軟心效果. 不像見到它外型時那麼擔心會硬崩崩的樣子.

而這個做法, 免卻了有些餐廳不懂處理厚豬排的問題, 時乾時好. 低溫慢煮質素會好穩定, 放心來吃.
伴菜嘅蕃茄新鮮同飽滿, 而且見外型像土耳奇蕃茄, 用料名貴.

Slowed roasted rack of lamb (主菜二選一)
羊架自動烤到7成熟, 中間帶生嫩, 外層香脆. 羊架的好處/壞處就是羊騷味淡, 適合任何人. 而面層的脂肪層, 煮前己經全數切走, 所以羊架不帶肥膩, 要淋滑就是靠那慢烤. 羊架軟身得一切即開, 入口是軟軟的, 不用辛苦咀嚼, 糖不甩是第一次吃慢烤羊架. 認為值得一試.

Dessert Suprise -- cream brulee
法式焦糖燉蛋, 雖然很高脂, 但它有著脆脆的焦糖糖衣, 配上雲呢拿子香氣, 十分誘滑~ 這兒的法式焦糖燉蛋, 淡忌廉打得很滑身, 很喜歡放進舌頭時的質感, 是水準之作. 上層的蛋糕外層烤得香脆, 我喜歡分開吃, 集中感受燉蛋的綿滑.
