薑蔥大頭蝦煮年糕 $258 絕對超值,因為他們採用非常巨型的大頭蝦,足足12吋咁長,蝦頭超多糕,蝦肉雪白又彈牙又有嚼頭,真係好少見咁大隻的,連頭都要食埋,蝦還有長長鉗都有肉,個汁出奇地充斥蝦的鮮味,同年糕煮得剛好,煙煙靭靭又吸收蝦同汁的精粹,超級 Yummy呀。

The assorted Xiaolongbao came in four fancy flavours: Basil, Fennel, Garlic and Original.
I was glad it was not truffle!!
Since they were flavoured, I didn't use the vinegar.
Imagine stir fried Thai minced pork with basil in a xlb and the fennel one just tasted like Northern Chinese fennel dumplings.

位於灣仔 [日熹樓] 是我喜歡的上海菜之一,記憶中上年年尾先去過。

飯先炒後放沙窩內焗香, 一打開蓋子, 金黃色炒飯盡配眼前,相當吸引。 

很難得炒飯吃到有飯焦,而且飯粒一點也不油、非常乾身,雞蛋絲像開花;鱈魚粒有淡淡咸香,但可惜份量太小。 味道清啖,令我們可以接著口

吃,遜間已經可以清曬,每人有兩大碗份量。

 一般的炒河蝦已經夠鮮味,當加上黑松露後更令香氣四溢,層次感更豐富。

河蝦大小均一,肉質比一般蝦肉更爽口彈牙,用來送飯一流。 

唯一美中不足是隻碟唔靚,如果可以換一隻黑色碟子,和白雪雪的河蝦成強烈的對比。 

總括之而; 上菜神速; 價錢合理,藉得光顧。
