My second time to this restaurant. First time I was impressed with the cocktail but not the food. This time I confirmed my view and probably this isn't a restaurant that I'd like to come again in the near future. The food did not deliver the quality of a fine restaurant and they have this rather peculiar rule of only allowing 2 bottles of BYOB even if you pay them full corkage, I can understand it if this is a fine dinning restaurant but Flint, I don't think they have the bargaining power to be

The suckling pig was actually good, the iberico ham was also good. The lobster salad is absolutely terrible. Not a very ideal situation if you're looking for fine foods. Also we ended up paying $800 per person before corkage without eating a lot of food.

Flint @ JW Marriot. A forgotten place for me. I've been to this place 2 years ago. Food wasn't very remarkable so I forgot about this place for a while. Saw on openrice so decided to revisit. Surprise! On the drinks though. Orderd 2 bourbon based cocktails. The smoked drink is called traveler, bourbon with camapari and white oak smoked brings a very mysterious feeling to the drink. I loved it. Food, however, was not surprising at all. I'll come again for the drink but probably not for the food..

今日第一次來,食晚餐。電梯出嚟後,首先見到Bar area,沙發睇來幾舒服!餐廳位置走簡單工業風,座位、枱與枱之間空間寬闊,燈光設計不錯,不會太暗。冷氣亦都唔會太凍。Today special 有兩款生蠔,價錢合理,揀咗法國Cancale。新鮮唔係太鹹,銅鐵味都幾出,但唔係去到Belon嘅程度!好!主菜叫咗medium rare 45day Dry-aged New York strip on the bone。第一次嚟嘅overcook ,變咗medium to well, 退返比佢。第二次來非常好,Juicy 嫩滑,14oz 冇難度!另外叫咗 King Crab Bucatini, 亦都好好味。個 uni sauce唔係太厚身啱啱好,bucatini 就係比較粗嘅意粉,所以都幾飽。配菜一樣得!菜一個字:鮮!薯條都唔錯,只係個調味唔係好啱我。食到返艇,叫唔到甜品,下次再試。Wine list 都幾廣, by glass 都有好多選擇。

Ordered the same bone in dry age rib eye I had for 12 times, and disappointingly it was overcooked on one side. Chef, please watch your grill! Its a steak house and pay attention to your signature products! Overcooking on 1 side is easy to spot!

Wine menu seems to have diminished, selection was a lot less, and with a price increase for sure.

Service was not attentive. Come on, it used to be a good contemporary steak house, and with many of my foodies and customers, we agree its one of the best. Now you have to prove to us you can get back to where you belong otherwise there are plenty of new coming choices.

既然是知名美式扒房,怎樣也要嚐嚐炭火燒烤,說是草飼澳洲西冷,我點了médium rare,送上枱的牛排,近乎完美的cross-mark先讓人眼前一亮,隨後將牛排切開,粉嫰血紅的顏色,掌控恰當的生熟度再令人折服,專業炭火燒烤牛肉特有的焦香跟電爐,grill pan簡直不能相比,至於牛肉本身質量,肉味未必及得上其他知名地方品種,不過這個價錢,連伴碟薯蓉和沙拉菜均毫不馬虎,"絕對超值!",至少我是這樣認為.
