黑松露多士, 麵包煙煙靭靭 ,外層香香脆脆, 滿滿的黑松露醬, 非常美味。

阿拉斯加蟹腳 + 季節性大蜆

大大隻嘅鮮蜆🐚,分量很多,而且相當肥美,肉質嫩滑鮮甜,忌廉香草汁,味道又香又濃, 蜆肉完全沒有沙, 可以放心品嘗。

阿拉斯加蟹腳🦀, 經過炭燒之後, 仍然能夠保持肉質鮮嫩, 鮮甜味美, 唔需要加任何醬料, 已經非常好吃。

呢個係餐廳自己熟成嘅牛扒,喺特定嘅溫度同埋濕度之下,熟成左30日以上,屬性牛扒嘅水份會少好多,牛扒嘅味道就會濃郁好多,所以熟成牛扒唔會係比普通牛扒貴,香港識到呢隻牛扒嘅地方都唔多,入口果然好濃嘅牛肉味,一試難忘。

💜Chocolate Tiramisu +💜Panna Cotta

甜品都有兩款,兩款都好滑,Panna Cotta特別出色,又滑又有奶香,on top仲有酸酸甜甜既莓醬,食哂成餐都唔覺得heavy。

跟住小食就有King Crab Leg 同 Daily Seasonal Clams揀,本黎以為一人set既小食會好細份,估唔到都幾足本。大家share黎食,啲蜆全部都好飽滿冇沙,鮮甜彈牙,少少辣好惹味!蟹腳相比之下睇落就份量較少,但係一揭開入面啖啖肉,都接受到,帶少少海水味,另外有牛油可以自行加,加左會更鮮呢!

唔洗點汁都好有牛味
感覺唔會好乾

乾式熟成的牛肉外層與表皮油脂因水分蒸發風乾,有助於鎖住內部的水分,讓內部維持鮮肉般的質地,且肉質肌理在緊實的過程後,也會讓油花相對來說更集中,因此熟成過的牛肉會更鮮甜
