this is a welcome addition to options for French cuisine in Central. You're often expecting restaurants like this to 
have a whiff of superiority and pretentiousness about them but this is anything but that. Admittedly I've only been 
twice for set lunches (same menu, different choices) but both times have been so good I'm looking
forward to going back for a more serious experience of dinner with some of the wine choices on offer. Great 
ambience too, with just the right semi-French eclectic and jazzy vibes playing at just the right level.

Can you imagine at this price point (500 p.p.), the waiter is unable to recgonize which dish is yours and a restaurant manager taking away your plate when you are not finished?Yes......you can get this service here.The food and the wine selection is ok, but the service is horrible. This is not really about one or two waiter/waiteress, it is about ALL staff there(except the General manager).All in all......just dont go there. I think most bars and clubs are having better services than they do.

天氣熱,當然要點Seafood platter降一降溫,seafood platter 是2層的,有氣勢之餘亦非常豐富,上層有半打生蠔,今次是Gillardeau ,生蠔包滿,味道鮮甜清爽,唔會太重口味,適合夏天品嚐; 而下層則是滿滿的多款海鮮,包括有青口、龍蝦、海蝦、麵包蟹、黃金螺等,海鮮全部由法國空運到港,每星期三次,所以品質有保證!而每一款都好新鮮爽口,當中最推介是生蠔及龍蝦,好味😋

去到甜品,我地揀咗傳統法式甜品- crepe ,店員會即席係你面烹調,先將pan 加熱,將沙糖煮成焦糖,及後加上牛油及橙汁,將己煎好的crepe 放入醬汁一齊煮更入味,及後加上橙酒再點火,好ig-able 的表演👍🏻
最後加上whipped cream 及杏仁片一齊食,橙香滿滿的crepe,好味😋

點左一個超乎預期嘅甜品,係由員工現場製作,用左檸檬,糖,牛油預熱,再一塊塊pancake細心沾滿個檸檬汁,最後用酒來一個火焰收尾,最後係pancake上加上雪糕,整個味道酸酸甜甜超好味,特別係pancake濃濃既檸檬味,超愛。

Onion Soup
濃郁又帶酸甜嘅onion soup配搭一個onion soup, 感覺好新穎。


Main Entree
Bouillabaisse
依款係法式海鮮濃湯,深黃色嘅湯底用左鮮蝦、青口和香煎嘅魚肉,湯底濃郁又鮮甜。


Magret de canard
採用法國國家級認證「label rogue」嘅乾式熟成和煙燻嘅鴨胸肉,香煎而成再倒入香橙汁和蜜汁,鴨胸肉肉質軟腍又帶少甜。


Sole meuniere
法國嘅多佛龍脷魚,加上煮到香焦嘅牛油汁,魚肉嫩滑又重牛油味。


Dessert
Crepes Suzette Au Gueridon
法國人對甜品同樣講究,大廚會拉出手推車即蓆烹調。大廚需要先用中火熱溶砂糖,再分別加入檸檬汁、香橙皮,最後再加入料酒。睇到火光熊熊就知道差唔多完成。Crepe鬆軟又充滿蛋香,香橙皮令到成個甜品好開胃。

平時食西餐都覺得好漫長,但係今次依個法國菜相當有驚喜,不知不覺間就已經食咗三個鐘,由氣氛、食物質素、同烹調手法都令人相當耳目一新,好值得下次再嚟。
