坐低咗之後其實就會推來一車酒水,向我哋介紹一大輪酒,同埋詢問我哋有啲咩鍾意嘅酒或口味,我就選擇左一款一支喺法國香檳地區粉紅色氣泡酒”billecart salmon brut rose”,綿密幼細粉紅色氣泡,微甜較多酸味帶士多啤梨柑橘西柚味!

餐包會用一個好特別嘅貝殼形狀裝住,一共有成三款唔同餐包,每一款都係每日新鮮製,我試咗sourdough 同洋蔥包,兩款都好好食!

Seafood Platter
海鮮拼盤其實選擇非常之多,而且可以自由搭配,亦都有二人或者四人嘅海鮮拼盤套餐,海鮮拼盤上有生蠔,麵包蟹,小龍蝦,青口,龍蝦,海螺,每一款都好好食,非常之新鮮,尤其是推薦佢哋嘅生蠔同龍蝦,鮮甜可口!

田螺肥美,香草牛油parlay butter再加濃烈嘅pink garlic 蒜油味!

Pate en croute $188
自家製豬肉批,酥皮包裏住鴨肉同foie Gras肝醬 ,在配搭時令沙律!

餐枱我哋分別揀咗洋蔥湯同埋龍蝦湯,洋蔥湯非常之濃郁,上面飄浮着法包,吸收晒湯汁嘅精華。龍蝦湯上面有片麵包薄片中間放咗魚子!兩款湯都十分之味道濃郁!

Bouillabaisse
海鮮濃湯上面佈滿多種海鮮例如有鮮蝦青口魚肉等,另外有薯仔等配菜,大家亦叫佢海皇湯,配搭多種貝類同鯛魚,湯底有濃郁海鮮味同蕃茄味交集係一齊

Magret de canard
「label rogue」又叫red legal 係一種國家質量認證,呢個係一款經過乾式熟成(Dry aging)同煙燻嘅鴨胸肉,經過天然酵素熟成,令到肉質達到軟嫩多汁的效果。香煎之後再配搭香橙汁和蜜糖,真係食過返尋味😋

Sole meuniere
多佛比目魚配焦化牛油汁,焦化牛油令到牛油更加昇華,其實好多法國菜尤其是係甜品都會用到焦化牛油,令到牛油味特別濃郁,而且多咗份堅果味!

另外可以加配多款配菜

Crepes Suzette Au Gueridon
甜品方面有好多選擇,但係我哋見到呢隔離枱都有人點咗呢個甜品,感覺好吸睛,而且空氣中充滿橙味,會推出手推車即場烹煮,首先到有砂糖煮到微微焦糖化,再倒入成杯橙汁,加入檸檬汁同橙皮,最後倒入高濃度嘅橙酒,煮煮下仲會有熊熊火焰,大家都忍不住發出驚嘆聲!酸甜味配搭上雲呢拿雪糕,真係一個完美嘅甜品

好有特色嘅法國即叫即整甜品體驗🤩佢個crepe係for 4位sharing,店員即場推架車仔喺我哋面前整。先預熱個煎pan,用橙皮同檸檬等預備汁,crepe係本第就煎好,再加上汁煎令佢入味🍊🍋仲有大火show off下🙌🏻一流體驗‼️最後加上cream同雪糕一齊食,YUMMMMM
整個過程15-20分鐘左右,值得一試👍🏻

Sour de Paris
上層氣泡厚身綿密,放有心型的raisin,中間有一層紅酒,最後就是法國Cognac干邑。多層次的layering出色,呷一口先嚐到果香,其後的干邑味比想像中更易入口 ; 追求內涵豐富的不妨一試。

Le Normand 用上betterave,真的很特別,就如Normandie諾曼第於法國中特別的存在一樣。那片紅菜頭更會慢慢釋放天然紅素。

Parlez-vouz Français
Passion fruit味較重,因此味道清新可人,有vanilla vodka 中和及帶出甜味,實在是女士之選,難怪成為餐廳最受歡迎的cocktail。

Soupe à l'oignon
這道經典的法式洋蔥湯,經長時間小火慢炒煮成的caramelised onion,入口即溶,令湯味非常甜美。洋蔥湯帶有淡淡的紅酒香氣,芝士法包索滿湯汁 ; 以簡單的家常食材加上耐性,就是傳統的好滋味。

Bisque de Homard
龍蝦濃湯 - 濃,是味道上的濃郁,但質地仍是偏薄 。我喜歡法式濃湯,是因為沒有一般西湯的starchy滯膩感整碗湯都是龍蝦的精華熬製成,因此特別鮮甜。

起源於中世紀的法式肉凍酥皮,金黄色的酥皮包裹着凝结了foie gras、豬鴨肉凍砌成,如像一塊大多士。

Bouillabaisse 
法式海鮮湯,源於南部的Marseille,故此又名為馬賽魚湯。主要是以白身魚和貝殼類的海鮮煮成湯。這家的出品用料十足,海鮮量特多,鯛魚魚肉嫩滑,每一口都是大海的鮮味,並以鐵鍋保持熱度。

用上優質的dry-aged煙燻鴨胸,Label Rouge是法國產品的質量保證標誌。鴨胸沾上甜甜的蜂蜜橙味醬汁,除去肉的厚重感,比平常的美味好多 !  

Les Accompagnements中的重點是,外皮香脆內裡薯仔絲絲的  Crispy layered potatoes with thyme & rosemary,和巨型多汁的Grilled

I was with a party of 4. Good drinks but their meals came out ahead of mine. We informed  the waitress twice to find out what the delay was. First time she said that it would be out soon. 10 minutes later I asked her again and she informed us that the fish got stuck on the pan and it had to be redone, plus the head chef was not working that night so the kitchen messed up.and that it should be ready soon.  A proper French restaurant would have brought all the dishes out at the same time. And so what if the head chef was out that night? We are paying top dollar for that meal so there should be no excuse at all. The manager should have come over but we had to ask to speak to her and complain. She had no idea what was going on so we had to explain. She said she would look into it, then she went to find out.  She came back and said that it would be out soon and apologised. In the meantime, my friends were nearly done with their meals. I asked her to cancel my order because I no longer wanted it. Again she apologised and said that it's just about ready and offered to not charge for the meal. The meal finally came but I was in no mood so I just picked  at it.  They also offered to give us desserts at no extra charge. They tried to compensate for the mess up but the damage had already been done. 
The  Duck was a bit tough, both bolognaise dishes were  bland and the fish which came LATE was bland as well.
We didn't expect this so-called French brasserie to be like a Chinese restaurant in Kowloon. It is in Central and service should be top notch and wait staff should be more attentive and not just offering lip service.

值得一讚是餐包也很高質,熱騰騰和新鮮!

先來了6隻oyster🦪! 很fresh, 海水味重,正合我心意😍

Starter點了beef tartare 和 smoke salmon , 估不到份量一點也不少,吃完starter 我們已經飽了七成😅

我最喜歡是這裏的環境,坐在梳化很舒適,

Pic 1️⃣: 𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒂𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒏 𝒅𝒆 𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒄 (Pan fried pork medallions wrapped in smoked bacon with morel cram sauce) - $358 hkd 🐷
— Really liked the presentation of this dish as well as the combination of flavours found. The pork medallions were really well seasoned the pan fried to perfection, leaving the meat tender and juicy on the inside. I loved the smoky and savoury flavours in the dish, as this came mainly from the bacon and went really well with the pork. The morel cream sauce was slightly lacking in flavour though, I expected something a bit stronger.


Pic 2️⃣: 𝑩𝒐𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒃𝒂𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒆 (Seafood soup with crustacean bisque, traditional rouille, and grilled snapper) - $388 hkd 🦞🍲
— Haven’t had good bouillabaisse in ages, and this really hit the spot for me. The soup itself was super rich and sweet, with the sweetness coming from the saffron and all the different types of seafood included. The rouille sauce served on the side went perfectly with the bouillabaisse, as it had the perfect amount of garlic, lemon and saffron to further elevate the flavours of the seafood and added a slight tanginess to the dish.


Pic 3️⃣: 𝑺𝒐𝒖𝒑𝒆 𝒂 𝒍’𝑶𝒏𝒊𝒐𝒏 (Roscoff onion soup, garlic parsley crouton, aged Swiss gruyere) - $168 hkd 🧅
— The onion soup was crazy delicious…🤤 it’s made with Roscoff onions, a unique variety of onions which are sweet, with a unique mild flavour that makes it perfect for soups. The toast with the melted Swiss gruyere was simply to die for as well, it was super flavourful and hearty, as it soaked up all the goodness of the soup.

— Good bread to start with! The brioche was light and fluffy with a rich buttery taste to it.



📍Ambiance: Simple yet elegant decor, really reminds me of the brasseries in France! Staff are really friendly and attentive. Really great spot for a date night!
