最後,我有一個小小嘅意見,係有個別員工比較cool, 感覺黑面,這家中菜廳我已經幫襯左十幾年,次次見到呢位資深女員工都係黑口黑面,個人認為一頓美滿嘅飯局,都要由服務開始,希望酒店能多加留意和改善,加強員工培訓。

In fact when I closed my eyes I would have thought the place was close to empty. It was that quiet. Maybe some soft background music could be introduced?

Service was excellent but the highlight was definitely the dishes. We ordered jelly fish in balsamic vinegar, garlic beef cubes, lemon chicken, fried noodles and XO sauce rice rolls. Both the presentation and the taste were beautiful and carefully done. Little touches like scattered seasalt on the plate for the beef cubes and dry ice on the serving plate of the jelly fish. To prevent the crispy but juicy chicken pieces from getting soggy, the warm tangy lemon sauce was served in a separate container.

This place is not cheap but I found it to be of good value as the overall experience was top notch. Look forward to going back.

因翌日早上有重要事在香港仔做, 今晚逗留在數碼港艾美酒店.我們懶得出去市中心晚餐, 結果決定在酒店的餐廳「南坊」解決.疫情剛出現, 餐廳只得小貓三四隻.愛人選擇困難症發作, 我們便隨便選了晚市套餐炸蟹鉗味道不俗.蝦膠彈牙爽口, 油炸火候控制得很好, 完全沒有油膩的感覺大蝦蕃茄湯十分不錯! 蕃茄湯底味道鮮甜, 酸度適中, 極其開胃鮑魚的體積雖不算大, 但炆煮烹調的時間足夠,蠔汁調味不俗, 鮑魚入口軟腍入味估不到每人有一隻全隻炸乳鴿! 咬下去乳鴿肉鮮嫩有肉汁, 不會炸到「乾爭爭」.只是調味略嫌重手了一些, 吃下去鹹了一點點接下來的菜苗和炒飯就沒有什麼特別, 水準正常.炒飯炒得尚算乾身, 但是味道偏淡.最後的兩道甜品叫人驚喜! 楊枝甘露用乾冰上, 出煙的效果在視覺上加了分 奶醬多士炸得鬆脆不油膩, 奶醬香甜且份量充足, 非常好吃總的來說,這個晚市套餐在水準之上, 餐廳環境以及侍應服務也十分不錯.這個價錢來說,是絕對可以再光顧的.

「禪關萬象」其實依個係一味素食嚟,以原個去皮番茄釀入唔同珍菌,再用米水打成泡沬伴係番茄旁,睇個樣都覺得好特別。有外觀亦有內涵,珍菌都好夠味而且入口又有層次,估唔到一向唔鐘意食菌類嘅小小豬都可以一個人食晒成個,仲話係佢全晚至愛嚟呀~

昨晚家庭聚會,為確保食物質素及出入平安,即刻想起數碼港艾美酒店三樓的「南坊」。頭盤叫了「蒜片牛柳粒」「招牌黑毛豬义燒」及不能少的「片皮鴨」,牛柳粒肉質鮮嫩,黑毛豬义燒,香味濃郁,燒得剛剛好,我喜歡有少少肥的部分,格外香口,片皮鴨保持一貫水準,尤其塊蛋皮,真正做到皮薄,暫時未有其他食店做得比佢更好。跟著飲咗個「羊肚菌花腸螺頭湯」,鮮甜美味,材料十足。到主菜,必然一定有我念念不忘的「牛肋條」,亦叫咗「鮮露荀百合炒帶子」、「上湯大虎花蝦脆米粉底」、「咕嚕肉」及「蒜香真菌炒菜苗」,牛肋條簡直好味到停唔到口,牛味足,肉質好,另外值得一提的是米粉底大虎花蝦,這個米粉好味過大虎蝦,跟著「海龍皇泡鴛鴦西施飯」,龍蝦湯底配以海鮮,然後將炸米傾入湯內,成為泡飯,非常非常好味,無論海鮮或炸米及至湯底,配合得宜,真的缺一不可。飯後甜品是「西瓜西米露」「招牌黑白芝麻卷」及「爆炸大良脆奶餅」,西瓜甜,芝麻卷簡直稀有,爆炸餅,令人回味到兒時的爆炸糖。又一次令我流連忘返於南坊的食物中!

今晚的朋友聚會來到數碼港艾美酒店南坊中菜廳,多謝Chef Bosco Li&Chef Fung 的熱情款待 令我的朋友可以品嚐到如此美味的菜式,花膠螺頭燉湯好足料鮮甜,禪關萬象好特別,以新鮮蕃茄去皮再將黃耳及齊菜讓入其中,特別之處係用分子料理做法將粥打泡為湯底,成個感覺好清新西施鴛鴦泡飯超正,用龍蝦熬成濃湯泡飯,上檯再加入炸米,食落既感覺覺得難以形容其他菜式亦不在話下!壓軸出埸的當然係飯後甜點,楊枝甘露、爆炸大良鮮奶餅、芝麻卷,楊枝甘露一上場已經好吸晴,又一分子料理做法,用干冰制造煙霧效果,成個感覺好夢幻。爆炸大良鮮奶餅一入口口感更加難以置信,加入爆炸糖既甜品之前從未食過芝麻卷更加係手工製作,現在已經好少地方可以食得到,芝麻味好出,吾粘口Happy ending!!多謝兩位廚師‍的用心制作及熱情款待令到我和朋友們有個開心、滿足的晚餐聚會!!

一家人到數碼港艾美酒店三樓南坊慶祝母親生日。這是第一次到這裡晚飯,地方寛敞整潔寧靜,侍應有禮笑容可親,這些已經是近幾年難得一見可以並存的。先叫了餸,不久便開始上菜,等候時間不長,先到了炸蟹鉗,我太太的至愛,我覺得幾好,因為無太大研究,但太太認為是食過最好的蟹鉗,其他地方都比下去。跟著鎮江脆鱔條,鱔條真的很脆,鎮江醋味十足;北京片皮鴨無論鴨片蛋皮或京䓤都配合得非常好;牛肋條-簡直可以成為招牌菜,牛味足,份量夠,非常可口。跟著是黑松露北菇扣鵝掌,味道很好,無論北菇抑或是鵝掌都很入味,而且件頭更是很大;再上的薑蔥桶蠔煲,金牌吊燒雞,蒜香雜菌炒菜苗,鮑汁雞粒炆飯都是水準之上,可惜比較起牛筋骨及鵝掌,即刻遜色不少!一個一定會再光顧的地方:南坊。

I was on a special diet per doctor's order when we first checked in and the staff were kind enough to make sure all my requirements were met. I am very very grateful that they took the effort to make sure I was well looked after and passed on my requests to their colleagues before they go off duty. Some of the dishes are really really nice, eg the steamed chicken in a bamboo basket, the steamed pork patty, sweet n sour pork etc. But there are other dishes that I feel perhaps not my cup of tea.  Some of the dishes are really really nice, eg the steamed chicken in a bamboo basket, the steamed pork patty, sweet n sour pork etc. But there are other dishes that I feel perhaps not my cup of tea. They are expensive dishes but you will expect that eating in a hotel restaurants.

The dim sums are not as tasty as other restaurants - but they are definitely far less oily - so there is a trade off. I would definitely go back should I stay in this hotel again.
