Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 師傅花上心思在黑色的碟上加上白色粉末的圖案媽媽抱著 BB 的,很貼合這個主題啊!

燉蛋的方式就好似雙皮奶有雙重口感,
 表面帶有雙皮奶這種煙韌的表面!
內裏是嫩滑甜美的燉蛋,加上燕窩,正好把整道甜品也矜貴起來!

今次又有好介紹,早幾個星期去過海洋公園裡的海龍王餐廳,享用了陳國強師傅主理的星級套餐,都不用$400,老實講,單係坐係個擁有5000條魚既魚缸旁邊用餐,全港獨一無二,環境已經值返一百幾十,好過去連鎖集團酒樓逼餐死,仲要限時限刻,有車階級仲要四圍搵位。

擺盤一上,是完全切合主題~「母親節」。

正如之前所講,海洋公園內的餐廳,每樣食材都是緊扣環保意識,所以帶子及蝦球都可以安心食用。

雖然是很傳統的宴席菜,但爆炒得有少許鑊氣,蝦球是恰如其分的爽彈,帶子肉質嫩滑,松露的幽香,彷彿將食物蓋上了一層香味的衣裳,我鍾意。

最精彩係佢用上全部都係sustainable嘅海鮮,呢個煎炸百花鱈魚膠,吃下去那感覺非常之滑,同野生鱈魚膠味道真係冇乜大分別,外邊嘅脆皮都炸得好好。用上挪威嘅鱈魚,跟平時吃到嘅雪藏味道完全不可同日而語。

It should be really nice to dine with the lovely fish. However, it would be better if no seafood was served in the menu. By the way, the fish tank looked a bit dirty. There were not many choices from the menu. For children meal, apart from the extra dessert, everything was identical to the meal you could get in a regular restaurant in Ocean Park. So, the price was be a bit high in here. For adults, there were not many choices as well, I ordered a set, of course, not seafood.

In general, the food was ok. Do not order drinks from their bar. The price was relatively high. Some waiters were very experienced, some were not. This is a restaurant you would visit only once for experience.
