今次師傅就揀咗黎自法國嘅pousse en Claire同愛爾蘭既Gigas,同大部份食好嘅方法一樣,都係唔建議落cocktail sauce,因為cocktail sauce主要係食一啲冇咁新鮮嘅蠔,要琴去嗰陣腥味先至會用嘅,有檸檬順時針方向食起,食咗愛爾蘭蠔先。

愛爾蘭出產嘅蠔多數會比法國出產嘅淡味啲,但係食落我自己個人覺得就會creamy啲,識落海水味十足,咬號身嘅時候已經覺得充滿口感,好大粒好有咬口,一咬落去有種濃郁嘅感覺,每一隻都有半隻手掌咁大,食完之後仲有一種回甘嘅味道。

法國出產嘅pousse en claire比起啱啱食驚愛爾蘭gigas海水味更多,識落會再重未啲,而且因為喺法國出產嘅關係,食落會多咗一份金屬嘅感覺,就好似咬損口腔入面流血嗰陣時,有浸淡淡鐵味,食完之後齒頰留香,嗰陣蠔味久久不能散去。

呢度嘅安格斯肉眼同出面嘅比起上嚟最唔同嘅就係個洋蔥汁,係師傅自己配嘅,可以減低肉眼扒嘅油膩感,一粒粒洋蔥碎炒過之後,食落甜甜地,令到充滿牛尾嘅肉眼扒少左一份肥嘅感覺,食落清爽啲,肉眼扒牛汁滲左落去底下嘅沙律入面,一滴都唔晒。

一客有四件,分量好多,每件鵝肝都幾大塊,最重要係鵝肝出面煎得相當香脆,但係裏面仍然保持住鮮嫩,切開就睇到粉嫩嘅鵝肝裏面冇根好幼滑,配上甜甜嘅意大利黑醋,鵝肝嘅油份逆落去下面塊多士度,成個菜配合得好好,所有精華都流晒喺成個餸入面。

食完咁高級嘅菜式,埋單都係$1000有找,性價比極高,如果以食物嘅質素來講,一啲都唔算貴。

壓軸,當然是慕名而來的創新海膽雪糕$68。海膽雪糕以海膽造型的鐵製器皿盛載奉客,十分趣緻﹗只是奶白色雪糕夾雜了點點金黃海膽,上層有一塊放有新鮮海膽的三角形紫菜。吃一口雪糕,海膽和奶香出奇地夾,幼滑雪糕中吃到粒粒甘鮮海膽,既鹹又甜 ,頗為特別。吃罷,口喉內,仍有一陣陣after-taste。

對比之下牡丹蝦肉就會林少少,但甜味就重D,

北海道帶子,你睇佢立立令,就知道新鮮,

一開頭諗住每人兩粒,所以叫左4粒,

但原來佢勁厚肉,所以店家會將佢一開二,

所以TOTAL好似變左有8粒甘,哈哈。

就算佢切開左一半都仍然勁厚肉,味道勁鮮甜,真係好好味!!!

法國黃金螺,店家已經一早將個’掩’整走,食果時好方便。

雖然螺既SIZE唔算好大,但估唔到個肉又幾大粒,

點少少WASABI豉油食,鮮味會更出,

肉質有咬口,但又會好似香口膠甘趙勁耐,

食左甘多林BABA既野之後,有番D可以咬下既野食都幾開心。

另外,份量真係超大,

味道唔錯,唔會太DRY/ 太FRUITY,

應該可以迎合到大部分人既口味。

埋單大約一千蚊,價錢都算合理。

而且店員仲話,呢到所有海鮮都係新鮮運到香港,

上枱之前一定會眾樣再檢查,一定唔會比唔新鮮既野客人,幾抵讚。

另外一點令人幾舒服既係,呢到既店員唔會好HARD SELL,

唔會係甘叫你食貴價野,唔會有HARD FEELING。

唯一一點係MENU好多野都無貨,

不過都明白始終海鮮供貨可能都唔係甘穩定。

如果你都想同另一半/朋友食好D慶祝,

呢到都係一個唔錯既選擇。

Tonight my friend took me to "Oyster cove" because she tried their lunch set and said the food was very tasty so we went here tonight to try the seafood. Actually it is very busy during night time, we managed to get a table at the end of the restaurant. It was nice and comfortable. We ordered some drinks first before looking through the menu. Lobster scrambled eggs:
The presentation was very nice! I will definitely eat this dish again. The lobster was meaty and delicious. The texture of the eggs were smooth and runny. It matched so well with the lobster. And the garlic breads were homemade, they were very crispy and garlicky. I really like the flavour. The salad was fresh and the cherry tomatoes were sweet.

The risotto tasted amazing! The presentation and smell was mouthwatering. There were quite a lot of crab meat and they were soft and flavourful. The risotto was seasoned perfectly; it was creamy and full of truffle flavour.

完美的一餐當然不少得甜品, 餐廳只有一款甜品供應, 就是海膽雪糕 Urchin Ice cream ($68)。 用上一個海膽殼形狀的器皿盛載上枱, 夠晒心思和代表性, 讚! 牛奶味雪糕 混入海膽肉, 分佈平均, 頂頭還放了一塊紫菜 和一件海膽。先不拌入面頭的海膽, 幼滑的雪糕跟油潤的海膽在口感很夾, 香濃的牛奶味滲出一些海膽的甘甜, 再試埋拌入面頭的海膽和紫菜, 味道更濃郁, 不過…..我倆覺得兩者味道不太匹配, 但很欣賞餐廳的創意和那個盛載雪糕的器皿, 又有心思又驚喜。

而牛奶做底既雪糕配上粒粒海膽肉,驚喜度爆燈!真係估唔到兩者可以咁夾!
