今日到油麻地辦點事,完事已兩點幾,肚有點餓,路經人氣越南河⋯⋯眼見唔使排隊喎,於是走進問有冇位,原來依個時間都坐八成滿食客,果然是人氣食店⋯⋯唔使兩分鐘,就安排入座。餐牌底面各一,一面是主食,另一面是飲品,由於首次到來,樣樣都想試,奈何一支公,總要有取捨⋯⋯經過數分鐘仍未決定到,再三被店員詢問了三次之多,其間由於有電話打入,又說了兩三分鐘,足足耽誤了5分鐘才點餐,幸好並不是繁忙時段 否則真係唔好意思。筆者一坐低,店員就送上清水一杯,原來是加入了香茅的溫水,筆者很喜歡。招牌牛柳牛丸河$102~最後決定點這招牌項目。熱騰騰香噴噴,還用上大大隻湯碗,單是目測已加分不少,溫馨提示🔔第一口嚐嚐那啖湯,小心燙咀。滿滿的葱花,還有切碎的九層塔和湯底很夾檔,牛丸是切半,沒有一口咬的爽彈感覺,但反之將牛丸切了一半較容易進食,牛柳是薄薄碎,所以放湯那溫度已剛熟,先吃牛柳之後再吃牛丸,牛丸爽彈吸引。附上半條油炸鬼及青檸辣椒,吱出青檸汁放湯,繼而再將油炸鬼浸湯進食,又一種另類食法,有趣,難怪收$102的一碗河粉。整體來說:單是價錢,$102一碗河粉驟覺頗貴,但吃出他們在這牛河上放了不少心思,在今時今日租金昂貴的情況下和質素相比,都會令食客再回頭的。非繁忙時間到來,吃得比較自在。 continue reading

排咗40分鐘先入到。舖頭面積好細,好少座位。招牌河內牛柳牛丸粉  湯底:走清甜路線,唔係濃郁牛肉味嗰種。比較出色嘅係佢將d 越南香草葉整到碎碎地,融入喺湯底度,所以飲落去係清甜嘅清湯加越南香草嘅味道。材料:有兩粒牛丸,濃郁好味。牛肉係細細碎碎嘅賣相同口感,口感唔係高質牛肉果種爽滑,份量有啲少。🤔越南法式三文治 麵包好脆,同時又唔會好硬或者拮口,質感唔錯。味道就係以酸蘿蔔嘅味道為主,再夾一啲豬肝醬嘅味道。個人口味會prefer肉嘅口感同味道再出啲,或者再濃郁啲嘅豬肝醬味。🤔越發牛油雞翼 食落第一啖都有牛油味道,但係之後會更加多係甜嘅味道。個人會prefer唔甜,以牛油味為主嘅牛油雞翼。😐河内芽車快 比較出色嘅係有啲麻油味,增加咗香味同層次。但係再食落去就會覺得太重嘅酸酸味甜甜味道。之前來食過覺得酸甜味太重,今次已經叫佢少汁,但係食落都仲係太酸太甜。材料方面唔算多雞絲,主要係充滿紅蘿蔔白蘿蔔嘅口感。🤔越南柑桔梳打 30正常青檸梳打嘅味道,冇柑桔味,冇咩特別。另外,扣少少分係餐廳用紙碟嚟裝住啲餸,無論係環保定係賣相方面都差咗少少。總結嚟講,味道唔錯,係可以返食嘅舖頭,但係又未至於話食落會嘩一聲嘅感覺。環境: ★★☆☆☆ 食物: ★★★☆☆ 性價比: ★★★☆☆ 推介度: ★★★☆☆ continue reading

本身滿心期待11:55就已經排隊等位,服務同埋都係乾淨企理嘅,一坐低就叫咗個招牌越南河。碗麵嚟到嘅時候個心都覺得有啲中伏,,碗面又唔係平都成舊水,但係牛肉就係肉碎,牛丸得兩粒切半,湯同埋河都係普通水平。坦白講,普通食個麵係可以特登嚟就不必了。呢個價位,會有更加多嘅選項,和牛嘅船麵,拉麵,牛腩河等等,可能係我唔識嘢肉碎先係正宗地道,但係我真係未食過越南河係會用牛肉肉碎,真係連鎖店嘅越南河都做得比較有誠意 continue reading

❣️見唔少人都介紹過呢間越南河,而我都好鐘意食pho,於是平日放工時間一於嚟咗吓,網上評論好多都話呢間排隊熱店必食,湯底超正🥸但試完覺得味道都唔錯,但絕對未到好驚艷同必食嘅程度,當日7點左右都有3組人排隊,但都唔算等太耐,十幾分鐘就有位,成個用餐體驗唔算好好,店員會好趕咁落單、上菜同埋收枱,位置比較窄,同埋只收現金🥲河粉同牛丸味道的確唔錯,但$102一碗嘅價錢都算貴,個人覺得港島有幾間越南河嘅味道比佢好食好多,價錢都只係60幾蚊一碗🤓🌟 招牌牛柳牛丸河粉 $102一上枱就聞到好香,好多香蔥鋪滿河粉,湯底味道清得嚟都算入味👍🏻牛丸比較出色但得兩粒,牛柳整得好碎,同埋份量唔多,河粉有幼身食落都幾順滑,整體味道係唔錯嘅,但食完之後好口渴,未去到必食嘅程度😅🌟招牌越南脆春卷 $70 春卷外皮的確好脆,但入面啲餡好普通,主要係食落味道一般🥲 continue reading

又喺IG見到好多foodie大推,我又走咗去一探究竟。哩間位於油麻地站附近嘅小店,場内位置真係好有限,可能坐到16個人左右?肥少少都驚自己撞親人,又有咁多人慕名而來,所以我都等咗45分鐘左右先有得入去食🤡不過講翻嗰PHO,真係出色。一埋位坐低,嗱嗱臨叫咗碗招牌河内牛柳牛丸粉,好快就上到枱,熱辣辣出哂煙,仲配咗份油炸鬼,嗰陣心諗係咪俾錯枱,然後見到張張枱都有,原來係跟埋。首先嗰牛骨湯完全係my favourite,冇死咸,飲落去岩岩好。然後啲牛丸爽口彈牙,咬落有肉汁。另外啲牛柳半生熟嘅時候好好食,但因為嗰湯太熱,好快就淥熟啲牛柳,全熟就爭梗啲。最後佢搭配嘅油炸鬼,浸湯好食,不過略嫌有啲淋。最吸引我係佢杯斑斕葉水,好飲到我係咁要續杯🤡最後,其實唔駛排咁耐的話,我都想成日翻嚟食🤪🤪 continue reading
