三文魚柳可以選全熟或溏心,我們選了溏心。三文魚柳是煎出來的,外層脆脆的,裡面卻是軟滑的,口感十分豐富,令人十分驚喜。溏心魚的食法,相信是三文魚柳才做得好吃的!

我頗喜歡去Pink Salmon,有時吃Lunch,有時吃Tea,皆因每次都有位,地點在油麻地與佐敦之間,鬧市中感覺卻很靜,雖然食物質素普通。今天下午二時半才去吃Lunch,但已經是下午茶時段了。肚餓得很,唯有揀一個較大Size的Tea set.選了「黑椒牛肉炒意粉」黑椒味很濃,因我不嗜辣,所以覺得黑椒落得重手了點,要邊吃邊喝水。而牛肉就幾香,也算幾鬆化,而意粉炒得香口,油就略為多了點。 另,配菜有甜椒,椰菜,芽菜和紅蘿蔔,算幾豐富。咖啡就好普通,奶太多。餐廳雖然有宗教背景,但通常會播八十年代英文歌,感覺懷舊,算是一個幾好坐的地方。

豬排腸拼意粉係最失色既套餐. 豬排味道唔太濃, 而且唔滑. 意粉好多, 但係未煮得太熟, 有d硬.

我地當晚仲開左支house red wine, 好飲, 對於當晚食既紅肉都好襯.
整體來講, 呢間餐廳除左大大件食物之外, 仲有味道同浪漫氣氛, 我覺得就算係俾$300一位都好抵食!

帶子鮮蝦海鮮素翅忌廉湯: ) 真的很海鮮~
餐包是法國長面包: ) 除了butter, 還有三文魚醬*好好味~
以栗子蓉取代薯容, 口感不錯, 除了是「蓉」外, 還有栗子粒*但味道太濃, 應該加了不少調味料, 還是清一點較好: ) 然後是雞腿、豬仔脾、羊仔膝, 最美味是豬仔脾, 因為肉質較爽, 吃到甜甜的蜜汁*
西冷牛扒七成熟配香煎鵝肝* 西冷的口感是帶硬, 肉質腍的該是牛柳, 所以看個人味不同:)

錫紙包香焗意式香草煙三文魚及海鮮天使麵 ($105)
這個, 只聽其名字, 好像好勁. 可是, 現實和幻想總是兩回事. 實際上, 這個只是錫紙內包著天使麵, 煙三文魚, 海鮮和蕃茄. 先說個sauce, 想不到是以蕃茄為這個sauce, 配以香草和大大片的蕃茄, 令到整個天使麵的味道也瀰漫著甜甜酸酸. 煙三文魚份量只有三片, 但我和堂姨也覺得用蕃茄汁來襯托煙三文魚, 未免有點兒怪怪的. 而海鮮呢, 就有蝦仁仔和魷魚仔, 份量適中, 味道很淡, 都是雪藏貨式, 無甚特別. 反而, 天使麵沒有淋到一pat pat, 要值得一讚.

香蒜欖油煙肉帶子卷伴香草田螺肉炒扁意粉 ($105)
最初, 我是被煙肉帶子卷這名字所吸引而提議吃這個意粉. 不過, 當吃過這個煙肉帶子卷之後, 我就有點兒後悔--包著帶子的煙肉很硬, 而帶子也感染到煙肉的味道而失去了帶子原有的鮮味. 失望哩. 幸好, 另一主角田螺肉份量很多, 與扁意粉一起炒得很均勻, 蒜容不是太多, 但已夠惹味.

心太軟($65)
總覺得吃生日飯最好有一個甜品喇, 於是就order 這個心太軟. 雖然這個心太軟的流心程度很慢, 但朱古力味道很濃, 放在一旁的雲呢拿雪糕也很重奶味. 十分欣賞在雪糕上鋪滿杏仁片, 用以增加口感. 另外, 在心太軟旁邊放了一片橙, 感覺挻奇怪, 可是, 也可令整個甜品變得多一點色彩, 也不錯.

這是跟餐送的甜品. 是咖啡味啫喱, 啫喱上有cream, 伴著一起吃, 沒可能不滑滑吧? 這個啫喱的咖啡味和甜味也很恰當, 想不到跟餐的甜品也做得不錯呀.

星期六在油麻地工作,上Openrice看看區內有什麼午飯好去處,想環境雅靜一點,而價錢大眾化的,覺得Pink Salmon應合心意,故和Honey試試,果然不錯!店內客人不多,燈火昏暗,卡座靠背高,聊天時較具私隱,午餐都如此有氣氛,哈...沒想到!餐桌擺設與名店相關。午餐雖然選擇不多,價錢大眾化。我點西式Set Lunch:餐湯、餐包及餐飲。多士即烘,好脆。蛋白醬好味。雙色三文魚(煙 / 香煎),兩者亦香口。波菜麵份量不少。Honey點日式Set Lunch:拼盤+拉麵。拼盤"小巧",太"的式"!拉麵好大碗,湯底OK。西式比日式美味。最後是餐飲。

Men may not like pink, but their companions would usually buy it so it was full of couples the night we visited. However, we saw there was a room reserved for gathering for around 10 people. It is really thoughtful for the restaurant to have a separated room for gathering.

Everything on the menu has a very long name and it was the only dish that I had marked down its name. Though it said the sauce was spicy, it was not spicy at all and the taste of goose liver was quite unique. However, the pork was a bit tough and my friend was the last one who finished the dish because she had to spend time cutting and chewing it.

This grilled pork is from a special menu and the display was quite appealing. I appreciate the cook's effort on cutting the sausage into the shape of a flower and the arrangement of the veggie. Many restaurants don't bother about the display and think it doesn't matter to the customers. I think if you want to charge a few more bucks with the same ingredients from a dish, this is effort you have to pay.
I also liked the french fries, they were real fresh from the stove and nearly burnt my tongue. Freshness is the best seasoning in the world.

This was the dish I ordered and the potion was larger than I could consume. The beef was tender and the dish was rich with ingredients. If I really have to criticize it, I would say the spaghetti was not 'al dente' enough.

Finally, the complimentary dessert is a real surprise. My friends and I were talking about how many restaurants in this price range would still serve complimentary dessert nowadays. We could think of the Chinese restaurant with red-bean soups only. This restaurant was serving coffee mosses. It was really tasty and it really looked adorable.

紅粉佳人是一條身型高挑的貴婦型大魚(大概是三文魚吧)穿粉紅色長裙披著皮草步向古堡,門前有兩位歡迎他的粉絲,一位是餐廳部長另一位是廚師;很詭異的圖畫印在餐桌紙上(此餐桌紙已被食家拍照多次及上載「開飯」網頁,恕不重覆),當貴婦魚走入廚房後的下場可想而知,我每次看了心裡總是忐忑不安。下午4點多鐘來到還有好幾檯客人,一個人坐在大堂中間。這裡的主色是粉紅色,天花、餐桌紙、一部份的椅及檯布連凍咖啡的膠杯都是粉紅色的。我杯咖啡太甜,喝了兩口就無法繼續,如果能將糖水分開另上豈不簡單。看看這裡的下午茶餐牌有16個選擇似乎太多;就算廚房不介意備貨也令客人看到眼花,就將不討好的項目取消吧,簡單即是美。我選的5號茶餐「熱烘菠蘿火腿芝士牛角包」,就完全唔掂。牛角包夾著一片卡夫芝士內裡再包半片罐頭菠蘿片,碟上配兩片品客薯片,簡單的就像初中女學生所做的早餐;請問能專業一點嗎?成個包淡而無味,幸好牛角包還是熱的,假如簡單如此;不如請換一塊鮮牛油配小碟的果醬給我那豈是不更好。這裡的服務員態度很好,只是賣的東西「不是我杯茶」。

上星期五,去咗pink salmon 食lunch。幾年前都食過一次,唔錯,不過地點唔太近地鐵,有少少唔方便,所以唔會成日黎。Set lunch 選擇唔多,西式午餐有3款,仲有一款中式客飯餐。要咗豬手意粉,$54,有多士、湯同餐飲。多士配三文魚蛋白醬,個醬好好味,好濃魚味,唔好魚嘅人可能會覺點腥。餐湯有羅宋湯同忌廉湯,羅宋湯味濃多料。豬手係炆嘅,層皮好厚,唔算太肥。好多肉,肉嫩滑,仲有好多筋,d 筋好煙韌,好好味。意粉都唔錯,彈牙,唔會過淋。

陪完母親大人, 當然要陪自己的另一半今之是我們第二次來這家餐廳,對上一次應該是一兩年前吧!跟之前沒太大分別環境依舊都是比較暗和迫, 首先前菜, 我們兩小無猜免食得太貴, 都沒有加$20轉泡沫三文魚湯 (後悔了), 所以點了紅湯和沙律, (普通)先來個三文魚白汁醬伴法包, 係超級好味都係熱辣辣, 趣卜卜, 加埋三文魚白汁醬主菜, 我點了粟米汁龍利柳, 另一半就叫了芒汁雞扒, 大家都是配著菜粟米汁龍利柳煎得不錯, 沒有太油膩的感覺, 不過偏鹹反而另一半的芒汁雞扒的芒汁香甜, 不錯最後是甜品,記得上之加錢轉了自己的最愛的tiramisu是的暫時食過第二好食的tiramisu, 因為酒味夠濃今次就沒有加$, 是日甜品, 冧酒雪糕,另一半就覺得不錯, 我覺得尚可,沒特別最喜愛都是三文魚白汁醬,結果結賬時問服務員有沒有散賣我都未問完整條問題, 已經很詳細地解答,所以我相信不少人問過過條問題答案當然是沒有

突然想起經過很多年的這餐廰卻從沒有試過, 於是到網上一查看看是怎樣的一家餐店, 原來feedback多是幾好的, 於是一 試!主題是粉紅色及三文魚, 很特別, 很多東西都很consistent.微暖的麵包, 非常脆的邊, 很讚呢.. 加上特製三文魚醬, 非常美味!高評價的這個湯真是令人回味無窮, 很特別的泡沫, 保持了下面的湯的溫度, 到最後湯仍是熱熱的, 湯的味道很清甜, 內裡有不少三文魚肉, 這個真讚!想不到豬柳都可以這樣嫩滑而且沒什麼豬味, 很驚喜, 每口都很令人回味, 真是難得, 幾粒田螺也不錯, 整體非常好呢! 三大塊豬柳真令人飽得很!服務不差, 環境是迫了點但可以忍受的, 事關食物的質數蓋過是次是不完美的環境!
