接近十年前陪人食過一次,今次返黎食返都keep倒水準同風格,雖然菜色稍有更改。但環境比以前真係差左好多,變左似party room,尤其係隔離枱普通話人士整晚都大聲喧嘩,侍應又無法制止,食物再好亦大打折扣,都冇左回憶中果種體驗!快快食完走人了,很可惜!

朋友請食飯,約了我在上環一間不太起眼的餐廳,發掘了不錯的談心地方,雖然餐廳不大,但環境很舒服,裝潢精緻,是一間吃西班牙菜的私房菜餐廳。朋友都預先訂好了,我們滿懷驚喜的一邊傾計一邊品嘗每道菜式!🔹水晶包:個名好靚,咬落去是脆的,沾上用欖油和蕃咖調配的汁,有點開胃!🔹魚湯煮蜆:魚湯和蜆煮出來帶出更鮮味,蜆肉好鮮,魚湯好好飲!🔹墨魚粒配法蘭西蒜頭醬:好彈牙有咬口配了這個醬好香好creamy🔹蒜片蝦:用橄欖油煮的,加了蒜片好香,蝦都幾大隻,肉質彈牙🔹炸蟹丸:好香口,裡面是蟹肉制成,好好味!🔹啤酒煮西班牙辣肉腸:是用Cider beer煮的,但辣肉腸本身比較喊,所以底下舖了薯蓉,與薯蓉瑋起吃是會中和鹹味,吃得清淡些的人應該會覺得太鹹!🔹大啡菇溫泉蛋:我很喜歡大啡菇,好香菇味,好多汁,溫泉蛋汁切開流落嚟和啡菇一起吃,味道不單調👍🏻🔹甜品:焗蛋白和crema catalana,焗蛋白沒有多大特別,味道比較清淡;Crema catalana是西班牙出名的甜品,即是冷凍了的焦糖燉蛋或是奶凍般的,奶味香濃,口感好像雪糕的軟滑,面上是焦糖,真係回味無窮!

朋友請食飯,約了我在上環一間不太起眼的餐廳,發掘了不錯的談心地方,雖然餐廳不大,但環境很舒服,裝潢精緻,是一間吃西班牙菜的私房菜餐廳。朋友都預先訂好了,我們滿懷驚喜的一邊傾計一邊品嘗每道菜式!
🔹水晶包:個名好靚,咬落去是脆的,沾上用欖油和蕃咖調配的汁,有點開胃!
🔹魚湯煮蜆:魚湯和蜆煮出來帶出更鮮味,蜆肉好鮮,魚湯好好飲!
🔹墨魚粒配法蘭西蒜頭醬:好彈牙有咬口配了這個醬好香好creamy
🔹蒜片蝦:用橄欖油煮的,加了蒜片好香,蝦都幾大隻,肉質彈牙
🔹炸蟹丸:好香口,裡面是蟹肉制成,好好味!
🔹啤酒煮西班牙辣肉腸:是用Cider beer煮的,但辣肉腸本身比較喊,所以底下舖了薯蓉,與薯蓉瑋起吃是會中和鹹味,吃得清淡些的人應該會覺得太鹹!
🔹大啡菇溫泉蛋:我很喜歡大啡菇,好香菇味,好多汁,溫泉蛋汁切開流落嚟和啡菇一起吃,味道不單調👍🏻
🔹甜品:焗蛋白和crema catalana,焗蛋白沒有多大特別,味道比較清淡;Crema catalana是西班牙出名的甜品,即是冷凍了的焦糖燉蛋或是奶凍般的,奶味香濃,口感好像雪糕的軟滑,面上是焦糖,真係回味無窮!
