呢個西班牙焦糖燉蛋都係有層脆面,底下會偏向流質濕潤啲,亦有少少檸檬同肉桂味🍳

最得我歡心既甜品非佢莫屬,用上咗七十二度嘅黑朱古力,切開有熱騰騰既朱古力漿流出,味道甘醇🍫

面頭有層蛋白泡沫同埋松露油,不過飲落感覺比較稀身,個味無預期中咁香濃🍄
- Spanish cold soup(8/10)
本身對西班牙凍湯印象麻麻哋,曾經飲過好重草青味,但呢碗反而有驚喜,飲落酸酸地既蕃茄味為主幾醒胃😗

🥄最後嘅甜品就係自家製🍍菠蘿雪糕同埋用氣槍打出嚟嘅Tiramisu,仲有一款焦糖燉蛋。菠蘿雪糕酸香解膩,氣槍打嘅Tiramisu質感比較輕盈,唔會太膩。而焦糖燉蛋就係比較liquid d 嘅質感,加咗肉桂同埋檸檬,有別傳統嘅焦糖燉蛋,幾有特色。
