🔸魚子醬雞牛湯凍:底層係幼滑嘅鵝肝醬,中層係用上牛肉雞肉,以8個小時煮成湯凍,上層係來自成都雅安15年嘅魚子醬同鮑魚粒作點綴🤗
唔講唔知,原來成都出產嘅魚子醬佔全球1/3,非常矜貴❗️食落魚子醬鹹香,配埋清甜嘅湯凍同幼滑鵝肝醬,層次豐富又融合得岩岩好😋

🔸蝴蝶竹蓀湯:用上金華火腿、豬骨、雞胸、瑤柱等材料,再歷經4次洗湯同6小時熬製提煉而成嘅高湯,表面非常清澈,飲落味道濃郁唔油膩,配以手打魚肉製成嘅蝴蝶同爽脆竹蓀,完全體驗到廚師嘅心血之作;飲完一啖仲可以加埋有檸檬葉成份嘅山椒油增添香氣,味道更多層次😆

🔸土罐貢椒乳鴿(漢源大產區子母貢椒):乳鴿用上四川傳統煮法土罐,再加入花椒葉得薰熟,聞落花椒味好香好出,食落外皮非常脆,肉質嫩中帶麻,油脂十足😋

🔸青花椒麒麟魚(清溪鎮青花椒):以日式立鱗燒烹調方法,形容魚鱗立身酥脆,帶點油膩感,肉質唔算嫩滑,下層係花椒同青豆打製而成,醬汁口感creamy 帶麻,兩者幾夾😊

🔸老成都水煮牛肉(茂縣大紅袍):staff 會係客人面前淋上熱油,增添水煮牛肉香味,亦令牛肉質感更嫩滑🤩食落牛肉真係好嫩好軟腍,充滿蒜油香味,唔會好辣,真係好好食😆😋配上煙韌掛汁嘅米線非常滿足🥰

🔸 麻婆豆腐冰淇淋:以自家製提煉出花椒蔥油配豆腐雪糕,底下有脆脆增添口感,豆腐淡味清新,唔係真係平時食開麻婆豆腐嘅味🤣幾特別嘅配搭😛
🔸餐後椒茶:以花椒樹嫩芽提煉出嚟,無咖啡因,夠哂清淡健康,可以一清主菜嘅油膩感。全港只係呢度可以品嘗到架咋🤗
🔸糖果(馬卡龍、杏仁薄脆、花椒朱古力):以意大利製造嘅大檸檬包住,乾冰煙飄出超岩打卡,全部都用咗花椒製成😍😍😍
杏仁薄脆食落香甜,唔算好脆;馬卡龍好有驚喜❗️食落外皮脆身,中間夾心充滿花椒香氣好特別,唔會太甜,想encore 🤣朱古力就偏甜,唔係好食得出花椒味😆
