打冷野真係唔少得蠔餅,呢個蠔餅一d都唔hea,粉薄唔油,入面多汁多蠔好香口

最後我地都將所有野食曬無剩,所有菜式都性價比極高,真係好快又會再去食😂不過都要留意,因為佢其實唔係係d咩商場or大排檔果d場地,係自家生意,係係村屋既地下黎,所以佢既枱數唔算多,都需要自行搵位等位。

唔介意坐耐d或早d食既朋友就可以早d去了😉

食潮洲菜大部分人都即時想起九龍城,該區的確有很多潮洲及學佬人居住,故一想起潮洲菜就會落九龍城,也正因為太出名這區都比較貴,今日有個朋友話去大圍潮洲菜起初我都猶豫,結果令我驚喜,遺憾係起初沒有打算寫下來,所以只得一張相片,食過後太好味一定要同大家分享。「鹽焗烏頭魚」採用上乘烏頭魚所以沒有泥味,啖啖魚香超正「花枝蝦蟹棗」即用墨魚、蝦肉及蟹肉打至起膠造成丸狀再經油炸,這味餸要做至彈牙相當有難,而且工序繁複,這裡的蟹棗算有80分了「潮洲蠔餅」火喉剛好故餅身不會太多油,無比香脆!「蠔仔粥」大地魚是這味蠔仔粥精髓,香口大地魚配上大大粒蠔仔加點胡椒粉,唔該添多碗「潮式鹵水」自選白搭鹵水,三餸都係$100 超抵!「韭菜豬紅」採用潮洲沙茶醬所煮出豬紅特別香噴噴。「薑薯清心丸綠豆爽」潮式糖水代表,糖水清甜,薑薯爽口,清心丸煙韌,令我對中式甜品重新認識。

一個月內第二次光顧生昌今次只係得兩個人,所以只能叫兩三道菜第一樣係鹽焗烏頭魚將魚皮翻開,已經見到魚肉上舖滿黃油魚肉鮮嫩,不用點醬汁都已經好鮮味反而點醬汁會有點過咸平時唔食魚既另一半,今次都同我爭食可想而知條魚幾吸引👍🏻👍🏻第二樣係蠔仔粥叫左一碗既份量,但兩個人食都可以分到一人3碗蠔比例算多,但飯粒較少感覺上好稀但慶幸配料充足,味道亦唔錯最後一樣係滷水大腸拼鵝肝老實說我覺得呢個係最唔抵食味道亦不外如是都係上次墨魚同鵝片會比較好食有點遺憾的是未試到冰鎮菠蘿眼見隔離兩枱都有人食賣相可以話係誠意之作,但味道要等下次人多再光顧先知另外消費滿300元,有12元停車場回贈,方便揸車之人,抵讚👍🏻👍🏻

同事坐月放監 去佢附近打個冷。生昌都幾出名 又方便朋友 所以首度嘗試。打冷 滷水鵝片梗係唔少得。但有點失望 鵝肉都算嫩 但略嫌咸左d 唔算好香而且太肥 唔係我杯茶。墨魚拼鵝腸~墨魚和鵝腸都是一樣 好硬好un. 反而鋪底既豆腐算幾入味。整體來說 滷水係令人失望的。椒鹽鮮魷反而做得幾好 新鮮 魷魚爽口 炸粉唔會太厚 好惹味。豉椒炒蜆都不錯 冇沙。蜆肉幾肥美 炒得幾有鑊氣。另外再叫左個椒絲腐乳通菜 都不俗 炒得香口 菜又新鮮。總括來說 小炒好食過滷水。

墨魚拼鵝腸~墨魚和鵝腸都是一樣 好硬好un. 反而鋪底既豆腐算幾入味。整體來說 滷水係令人失望的。

豉椒炒蜆都不錯 冇沙。蜆肉幾肥美 炒得幾有鑊氣。

另外再叫左個椒絲腐乳通菜 都不俗 炒得香口 菜又新鮮。

總括來說 小炒好食過滷水。

倆口子間中都會揸車到生昌食下晚飯,如果泊隔離會free一至兩個鐘...黎生昌主要黎係食野既,環境同服務都唔好太多要求,環境嘈,如果坐外面更加要食二手煙⋯每次黎一定會叫烏頭,佢係我食過咁多間最掂既一間,魚唔腥、好新鮮,夾埋個醬食好好味!另外亦會叫雙併,生腸配墨魚,一定揀豆腐底,感覺飽好多:P再叫個椒鹽炒魷魚,炸得好脆而且魷魚好新鮮,岩岩好、好味!

這晚在回家的路上舅母一家人突然忽發其想邀約我們一家到附近的生昌吃潮州菜。這裡的食物是不錯的,但價錢mark-up得太高,例如細蠔餅$98、燒烏頭(細)$138、鹵水拼盤更索價$308……先以韮菜豬紅作首,顏色偏深,一看到便知濃厚入味,豬紅不鬆散但又不會過於結實,質感亦不錯。可是味道始於也是韮菜豬紅味,而價錢也是偏貴。鹵水鵝片($108)看似很大碟,但鵝片只鋪在表面,只有十餘片,底下的全都是花生和豆腐,毫不划算。儘管鵝片入味而不韌,但吃進口裡片片也價值不菲,真的有點心痛。燒烏頭($138)充滿黃油,的確吸引。而用了檸檬和大量粗鹽燒製,完全沒有腥味。蠔仔粥用料都幾足,有大量蠔仔之外,還有免治肉碎、芫茜、蔥粒、冬菜以魚湯餚製。整體味道鮮甜而不膩,加少許白胡椒粉更香口。可是粥底飯粒太少,非常稀,個人不太喜歡。

先以韮菜豬紅作首,顏色偏深,一看到便知濃厚入味,豬紅不鬆散但又不會過於結實,質感亦不錯。可是味道始於也是韮菜豬紅味,而價錢也是偏貴。

昨晚考試後慶祝一番最好去打冷!一口氣叫咗很多出名潮州特色菜,其中一定食……酥脆炸蠔餅。份量大過我塊面,香噴噴的炸蠔仔充分地鋪滿每個位置,每一口蛋漿與蠔仔比例非常配合,點上少許魚露就完美!必食推介!
