主菜叫左Spaghetti Pesto同薄餅Pizza Margherita. 好明顯兩個Main Course 都係 homemade.  先講Pizza,  餅皮鬆軟,帶麵粉香,茄醬以新鮮蕃茄煮製, 再加以Mozzarella 成主調。 絕對食唔到個種人工味。 Spaghetti Pesto 的pesto sause 的 garlic 香較遜色, 而Olive oil 卻太多, 變得相對Heavy,  Pizza 比較可口出色。

享受完杯White wine, 然後再Order 了一個 Rib Eye steak 肉眼牛扒 serve with Hot Stone。 牛扒上還能清楚看到清楚紋理,牛扒是用熱石板上,肉汁鮮嫩又多汁, 脂肪比例平均牛味濃郁, 微微韌度非常有口感。 此外一讚, 呢到牛扒會伴以4款醬汁
1. 黑醋+olive oil 2. 白松露油 3.lemon juice + garlic 同 4. Olive oil + Chilli.  我個人認為最出色就係白松露油, 松露跟steak既油香配襯得可謂相得益彰。最後來一口紅酒, 一灑膩意。

Steak是肉眼扒半成熟,用Hot Stone熱住上 🐮 牛扒肉質好嫩,肉汁緊緊鎖住冇血淋淋的感覺,唔需要點醬汁原汁原味都勁好食😋😋😋食紅肉又點少得配紅酒呢~🍸上菜前侍應都會一早幫你斟上一杯紅酒,真係好專業同細心,服務態度超好同有禮💁‍♀️

Dessert 來一個Mango Tiramisu 🍮可以話幫成餐意大利菜畫上完美的句號🔴很滿足食品味道好,環境優雅,想不到星期二的晚上食客都座滿了,幸好家姐有book位,否則我怕walk in來會沒位。真得好感謝家姐給我安排的一餐美滿的意大利菜生日飯🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️多謝家姐😚😚😚

Pasta叫左個Spaghetti Bolognese Sauce, 即係我哋食開既肉醬意粉,不過由豬肉同牛肉兩種組成,加上意大利蕃茄醬,茄味濃郁,味道比較酸,意粉煮得恰到好處,有咬口!
另外我哋都叫多左個Mushroom Pizza! 濃郁既蕃茄醬味,加上香菇,同水牛芝士,溶溶既芝士加上香脆既餅底,我終於明白點解意大利pizza唔會加入菠蘿,因為會影響左蕃茄醬既味道!

而今日既主菜就係熱石牛,我哋揀左Tenderloin(里脊肉) , 大概係牛既背脊,賣相吸引不在講,熱石就好似鐵板咁令d 牛肉味道更出眾,香味四溢,牛肉嫩滑還配上4 種唔同既醬汁,包括辣汁,油醋汁,檸檬汁,同我哋最鍾意既黑松露汁,呢個黑松露汁將牛肉味道變到更香,更惹味!

而主菜我要了松露pizza配salad side dish,配上balsamic vinegar實在是賞心樂事,salad雖然是side dish但份量一點都沒有欺場,而松露pizza,在店員端上來的時候已經聞到誘人的松露香,實在是叫人食指大動,皮底好脆,好好食,加上蕃茄底和蘑菇在面,實在做得出色。

另一款主菜上黎,見到完完整整一塊比手掌還要大的牛扒呈現在眼前,真係心感不妙,因為我地一定食唔曬,商量之下,決定將pizza外賣,慢慢食塊牛扒,同伴話牛扒多汁夠Juicy,肉味濃就咁食都好好味,係某d部分生左d,再配上不同醬料又係另一番風味。而伴菜係蘑菇,你睇睇圖片就知無講大話,份量真心多,不過最後都係食完。

不過當日我去光顧就遇上整棟大樓停電,而且細問之下知道原來已經不是第一天發生,始終係舊式樓,改成三間餐廳,未免電力負荷太大,所以出現問題,食客們想試都要考慮呢個因素,因為聽聞一停就兩個鐘,唔少食客都離場走人。

一上枱已經勁香,每舊肉眼扒都有粉紅既外表,油花分佈
平均,超靚!二話不說,馬上將佢放落口!嘩!肉質軟腍,入口即溶,而且肉味濃郁
餐廳仲配有四款醬汁:白松露、醋、初榨橄欖油和辣椒、檸檬蒜汁以供選擇,而我就比較鐘意點醋同初榨橄欖油和辣椒,令肉眼扒味道更上一層樓



食食下野,仲有人唱live,好surprise 呀!可以聽住Live band,一邊食飯一邊聽歌,真係一級享受!

Hot stone USDA certified black angus striploin ($225),烤牛扒熱石上,很精美,附4款dipping sauce,以Italian extra virgin olive oil 為主,加上white truffle/ chilli / lemon juice & garlic / balsamic vinegar。牛扒肉味很香,質地柔軟嫩滑,超美味!個人推薦lemon juice & garlic 和white truffle,令到牛扒味道更多flavour,現在不用去佛羅倫斯吃牛扒了。注意熱石令到牛扒keep住熱,所以要食快些,不然會變全熟。

Tiramisu。千奇唔好俾佢外表呃左以為幾塊生果鋪面就算,入口好奶滑Mascarpone Cheese味道好香。整體唔算太甜,但鋪底嘅手指餅吸滿左濃縮咖啡嘅味道,食到底時為味道帶來變化。

這個carbonara的醬汁充滿有旦香, 還有陣陣芝士香味。每條意粉都有醬汁包住,口感煙韌, 味道比較清爽而不膩。

這個牛扒烤得十分好!表面焦脆富炭火香味,而肉質十分軟稔,肉味濃郁,脂香馥郁又juicy,還有四款醬汁可以沾,正呀!
其實有時候吃angus Beef 比和牛更好吃,肉味更濃又無咁膩。配菜Artichoke 味道酸酸地,口感結實爽口,感覺特別,配牛扒唔錯。

這個tiramisu 好吃!mascarpone cream 十分滑溜,加上香濃的咖啡同餅乾碎,味道豐富又有層次。甜美奶滑的味道中,又透出咖啡的甘香同可可的甜,真的好吃!叫人吃過不停!




估唔到在中環也找到傳統意大利風味餐廳,而且格調高雅,氣氛十足,食品水準又高,怪不得七時許已經坐無虛席。今晚的Italian dinner, 大家都稱心滿意,尤其那個grill steak 同Parma ham pizza , 真的令人難忘。thumbs up!

已經切開左既西冷,我地叫左medium well,但係見到內面仲係紅色
因為佢用好熱既hot stone plate上,佢唔可以整到太熟,一夾起牛扒反轉,見到另一面係熟曬
即刻試左一塊without any sauce,已經有鹽味,好正
4個home made sauce分別係: Chili, 白松露、Balsamic Vinegar 同埋Garlic Lemon Juice
個人最推介既係白松露,勁香,另外Lemon Juice都提升到牛扒既味
繼續飲Red wine,真係好滿足!
呢個hot stone steak真係值呢個價錢

最後仲食埋Tiramisu,仲有埋Massimo Rivetti白酒,為呢個生日晚飯畫上完美句號!
