天氣開始轉熱,係時候要食下泰國菜。事關我朋友係九龍城番工,成日食泰國菜,緊係由佢發板啦,佢今次就話去旺角試下新野。我就叫左個和牛湯河,湯底味濃,牛肉夠曬牛味,肥瘦岩岩好。河粉好滑,口感岩岩好,食到差d連湯都飲曬。我朋友就叫左個豬頸肉湯檬,濛粉份量好多,湯底較和牛清,但都夠味。豬頸肉超好食,烤得岩岩好,唔肥唔瘦,香口濃味。牛油雞翼,外脆內軟,牛油味岩岩好,炸得好干身,唔會感覺好油。軟殼蟹,炸得岩岩好,蟹味濃,十分野味。椰青都好正好鮮甜,連肉都食埋。

放工同同事去了附近的越滿食飯,同事仲意食雞,所以點了兩款雞食。朋友點了杯熱青檸水,而我要了越式滴漏咖啡,咖啡味都既香且滑,是溝了錬奶,所以奶香且甜。牛油雞翼外層炸漿較厚,但放了一段時間都依然香脆,而且有淡淡的牛油香味,雞翼入面都有肉汁,不會炸得太乾。原只燒雞外皮燒至有焦香,而且皮薄肉嫩,皮下脂妨少且在燒的過程已流走大部份油脂,所以一點都不覺油膩。炒芥蘭苗炒得翠綠,而且是最嫩的部份,爽脆有蒜香。越南什肉炒飯加了些姜黃粉,而且粒粒分明,有點似糯米飯煙煙韌韌,有些扎肉及臘腸等,炒飯很爽口而且有臘腸油香,炒得不錯。

同朋友行完花園街,去了附近的越南餐廳食晚飯,七點半都已經全場滿座,不過等了十分鐘就有位,都唔算太耐。西貢牙車快沙律沙律有椰菜絲、花生碎,炸蒜片及雞絲等配搭而成,最後淋上酸甜汁,沙律清新爽脆還有點花生香味,可以放在鬆脆的蝦片上食用。牛展冷盤牛展外觀不太吸引,望落有點乾身,咬落其實都幾腍,都不會太乾,而且有肉香。越式炸春卷春卷裏面是粉絲、蘿蔔等素食,外表炸得香脆,以生菜及薄荷葉包著食,減輕油膩感。越滿和牛湯檬份量十足,有二人份量,上枱後再即時淋上熱湯,讓生牛肉慢慢浸熟,和牛肉不會太肥,肉質嫩腍,牛丸彈牙有肉汁,檬粉有點似米粉,爽口不易腍。鹹梅梳打有梅的咸味但無酸味,個人覺得比較咸,味道比較一般。整體味道不俗,尤其係湯檬大件夾抵食,旺角區這個價錢有此質素,確實抵食。

係呢間鋪食lunch多,第一次食晚飯,同朋友一齊食好處就係叫多d野食試多d款~和牛湯河必點,我最愛! 和牛肥美好juice,牛味係口腔停留,勁正! 河粉滑吸收湯既牛味,無得頂蕃茄大頭蝦蟹肉湯檬超濃蕃茄湯,厚厚蕃茄精華在湯面,蝦大大隻新鮮爽甜,蟹肉碎多,夾檬粉時會附帶好多蟹肉,咖哩軟殼蟹咖哩味濃而不辣帶香,蟹殼夠脆帶點蟹肉夠實在豬頸肉青瓜沙律前菜一流,酸尾尾好醒胃,豬頸肉燒得好,有脆邊feel春卷春卷皮炸得好脆,要點d醬汁去油膩感魚餅有d似手打鯪魚球feel,彈牙兼啖啖肉,比出面厚身兼無味精味,呢個做得幾好

這一所新開不久的越菜店,最近在網上十分具人氣。作為越菜大好者的我,當然是對之躍躍欲試了....一個人來,可點可裝落肚的並不能太多。只能精選一款店自慢的菜式來試....許多人提起過的這碗海防蕃茄大頭蝦蟹肉湯檬,湯色紅噹噹的甚吸睛。呷將下去,茄味與香皆濃重,味道酸酸甜甜,挺開胃的;大頭蝦肉很爽甜但頭裡卻沒如所料有太多味甘香的膏存在,這就有些令我失望;反而湯內的鮮拆蟹肉碎份量就很慷慨,差不多喝每口湯都能與鮮甜的蟹肉相遇,喝及嗒得非常過癮....除了大頭蝦兩只加上大量蟹碎外,配料更有許多鮮蕃茄茸及好幾片扎肉,吃起來就沒覺太單調....檬粉本身略嫌有點碎濕,這要扣點分....不過整體來講,這仍是得分甚高的一碗湯檬....吃完回家跟同樣愛食越南嘢的太太說起,她過幾天後就馬上去嚐,吃後也覺甚滿意呢....

許多人提起過的這碗海防蕃茄大頭蝦蟹肉湯檬,湯色紅噹噹的甚吸睛。呷將下去,茄味與香皆濃重,味道酸酸甜甜,挺開胃的;大頭蝦肉很爽甜但頭裡卻沒如所料有太多味甘香的膏存在,這就有些令我失望;反而湯內的鮮拆蟹肉碎份量就很慷慨,差不多喝每口湯都能與鮮甜的蟹肉相遇,喝及嗒得非常過癮....

食晏時間旺角區總要等位,我13:10分到了,排左陣5分鐘已經有台。坐低就立即交單,點左個"番茄蟹肉湯河"5-10分鐘內已經送到面前,味就唔錯,番茄味濃,蟹肉比想像中多。之前食過一些出名的越南餐廳,蟹肉幾乎找不到,溶哂在湯內。這碗,我都搵到及食到飲品:我選擇咸梅soda (另加$16),味道好過咸檸,值得試下。溫馨提示:點餐時,可選擇走或加多;蔥、芫茜、芽菜其實這店午餐人多時,4人坐埋卡位都算寬闊,不會迫到手踭撞手踭。

尋日2點同男朋友去食。我點左「豬頸肉撈蒙+生牛肉」 豬頸肉分量唔錯 。可惜無味 。個撈蒙。都係無味。最失望係個生牛肉 裝湯另上 上到離完全熟到熟過熟牛肉. 甘點生牛肉噶意義何在?男朋友點了「番茄蟹肉湯蒙+扎肉」又係淡。。淡到一個盡頭。。究竟正宗噶越南菜係咪真係甘淡? 😔樓面最失望。去到已經係無咩人 落兩張單就漏一張。可樂點一罐就離兩罐。個阿姐 收野真係超級快手。都未食完個筷子放低想羅塊紙巾已經衝過離收走。罐汽水又係甘 唔係問你中要五要 係直接羅起搖下覺得中有先放低。。 🙄感覺差到爆炸💥好似趕住你走甘。中之就係失望 👋🏻五會有第二次。
